133 What Happened to Tara

"What if… what if Tara is a spy?" 

Leo's question brought a heavy silence among us that started to fill in the air for the second time around. That made me scowl at his question.

"Tara is your closest friend, and before I knew her I know you three are close to each other. How come you will think of her that way?" I asked, with one eyebrow arched at the golden-haired lad.

Aiden nodded. "Lianne is right. We already know Tara for a year since the camp was built. The three of us are the founders of it, so I know she wouldn't do such a thing." 

"Yeah… whatever," Leo said in defeat. "But if I were you, I'd be more careful now around her. Just saying."

And then without even uttering any other words, Leo left and walked away to somewhere else.

I turned to look at Aiden. "What's wrong with him?"

"Nah, typical Leo. He is just concerned about our welfare, that's all." Aiden responded and smiled.
