47 Sealing the deal?

I look at the Ruby necklace and couldn't understand. It looked powerful but there was nothing. It was a piece of rock to me. But to David or Finex this was gold.

"Interesting,"

"Tomorrow, I'll wire the six hundred thousand into your account if you sell it. You've make Finex very happy." He said smiling showing flashy white teeth.

"Deal at eight hundred for that and the box," I said and closing the box and handing it to him in advance. "It's a good deal I think. I'm still not too sure about the deal."

A closing tactic that is quite effective but I didn't stand a change with a master. He counters my counter offer with a counteroffer of his own.

"I'll give you a million if you to do a Libra signing with me. It's a good offer, take it."

It was a mistake to match his gaze; I saw smug satisfaction in the silver depths. He thought he knew my answer. This was tricky it was like making a deal with the devil and you usually don't win.

Sealing the deal may have its advantages as everything given would be return twice it's worth. This was made to for a bond of sort. The condition is we had to meet often in the future. It didn't make sense for him to want that. Unless he knew I was from the future when he looked into me, and Knight now wants to know everything I know. Then again that would not be useful for him. I didn't know anything about his life. We've never cross path before.

I'm afraid in the end he did know my answer. I took my time I wrote it down on my notepad asking permission with my aunts.

The answer was as expected she said it cryptically but they imply that they were pleased. I could feel the aura emanating so powerful and so intense it was as if they were here pushing for the deal. The last time they were like this was when Sofia was born.

"Deal, a million for the chokers and I'll do a Libra signing. I need a promise with oath." I said finally holding out my hand.

"I swear with all that I am and all that I will be. GRAY will not regret ever meeting me. Gene will be happy and safe" He said placing his hand over mine.

The moment later, he caught me off guard as he pulls me in his arms and kissed me on the forehead. I melted. His lips were flames against my skin. It was the first time anyone other than my family had done that to me and I found out I liked it very much just his little innocent touches made me feel very love, feminine and delicate something I've never experienced before. It was a kiss that left you wanting more but wonderfully fulfilled at the same moment.
