48 Party job?

There had always been a pattern to my weekends. Usually, my aunts pet Phoenix Phi would come to pick me up when I had to go run errands for them. The things that I did for them were things that I would have never done in a thousand year if I had the choice or an opinion, for example, I would never dress up in a tiny provocative black dress that barely covers my bottom half, sit on stool in a Rave party waiting for my mark.

Not that I don't like Rave parties. The music was a bit loud and they were rather crowded. I don't like people touching me. For some reason, it felt a lot more wrong than usual.

I took a deep breath, letting the splashes of noise from people and music. This could be overwhelming since everyone was with someone except maybe me.

"Great party" I mutter to myself.

"It is, isn't it? A girl passing me shouted into my ear.

Some people just don't understand when you are being sarcastic. Not that I doubt that she was having a good time, she looks really wasted and it did not look good on her.

Tonight was like any a typical Saturday night very busy and lots of sex in the bathroom. It least I was getting a little something out of this trip as it was looking to be a bust. It was my fault for coming this close to closing. Alpha Knight really put a dent to my plans.

Even when I'm still not sure about the Libra signing I had gone ahead and done it. His offer was more than generous, even if he did turn his charm on me more than once.

Worst of the worst was I don't even blame him. It was his thing to do, I've heard of it before but firsthand experience was an experience beyond words. I was a hot blood female so who was I to resist the famous, Alpha Knight. Not that I wanted a repeat performance if I could help it. I was lucky nothing blew up. The man was too lethal for his own good.

"Bad day?" asked the bartender.

"Godfather, double." I sat at the bar and ordered my drink.

"Don't want to talk about it, huh?"

"Well, I could but aren't you busy. Are you normal?"

"No, born and raise a high priest. Rebelled in the late twenties and never look back. Alcohol and males there was just so much options. You get me, right?" He said sliding the glass over. "I've sample a few tonight and there are a few more."

I nod. Took my drink and gulp the gold liquid down. It just was one of those days. Men never approach me even if I was dressed up, today was no exception. So after telling the bartender my sob story and three more drinks later, I decided it was time to go back home.

There was one thing I had to do. Just to be sure, one walk around won't hurt anyone but it saved me an extra trip back if I did find my mark.
