1 SHE'S HOME

The airport was quiet and still the dirtiness from the busy day still remained. Moving gracefully was a slender figure she was shining like a bright light wheeling her luggage towards the airport terminal's main entrance.

The slender figure stopped to look ahead of her. Her slender fingers gripped tightly on her luggage.

'Everything will be okay.' Her almond colored eyes looked towards the entrance. This was a new fresh start forgetting whatever happened in the past and starting a new future. She was finally back and ready to start her life. Whatever it threw at her.

The workers were busy cleaning the airport and didn't pay no attention to Bai Xin Xi. Miss Bai the doted granddaughter to the great Bai Zhou was back. She looked exhausted from the two-day travel. One look at her and you could see that there were bags under eyes. Her beautiful face had blue marks from the lack of sleep.

It was 10 at night when she landed in City Z. She had contacted her Mother in Law to let them know of her arrival time when she landed in Germany. Taking her phone from her pocket she went to dial her Mother in Law, the phone flashed and died. She walked around looking for a payphone to use to call her Mother in Law.

At the other end of the strip Han Yi Fei took off her sunglasses, the 1.7 Supermodel stood even taller in her heels looking at the beautiful figure moving around. "Bai Xin Xi?" she yelled from where she was standing.

Bai Xin Xi was looking at the girl 7 feet away from her. She almost couldn't recognize who she was at first until Han Yi Fei took off her sunglasses.

"Xi Xi!!!! Is that really you?" Han Yi Fei was so excited to see her best friend she ran towards her. Her normally cold demeanor was now trampled and replaced with pure happiness. Even after years of separation Han Yi Fei could still recognize the girl standing in front of her.

Behind a pillar there was paparazzi taking photos of Han Yi Fei. Behind the lens he found that the young girl that Han Yi Fei was hugging was gorgeous, she was absolutely breath taking. She was as pretty as a dew of raindrop. The man stopped taking photos of Han Yi Fei and took pictures of Bai Xin Xi. The supermodel was always photographed so it was normal, but her friend looked like a goddess. He saw her walking from the Pax terminal the way she swayed looked like she was ascending down from heaven. He wondered who she was and where she came from.

Upon looking at the other girl Bai Xin Xi was surprised, "Han Yi Fei..." instead of waiting for Bai Xin Xi to acknowledge her she immediately hugged her.

In tears, "You're so cruel, leaving me without saying a word. You know the other girls bullied me once you left." Han Yi Fei's slender arms was wrapped around so tightly that Bai Xin Xi thought she would die from suffocation.

"Silly girl stop crying, I'm here, now aren't I?" her voice was so calm that Han Yi Fei's body instantly relaxed.

"Are you staying for good?" with tears still filling her eyes.

Bai Xin Xi shook her head.

"Do you know how sad I was when you left. You didn't even say anything to me. You left you mean friend. How can I call you best friend," she said that jokingly.

She knew that Han Yi Fei was hurt she felt the hurt that she caused onto her friend, her tears started to stream down her face. It wasn't that she wanted leave, but she needed to. She kept tabs on her friend though. She knew that she was the highest paid supermodel.

Han Yi Fei had little makeup on, but her face was stained with her tears. Her strong features were wet from all the tears that were glistening down her face.

"How can you look so pretty even when you're crying. You make me look like a pig," she laughed and cried at the same time.

"Super Model Han Yi Fei looks like a pig, stop sprouting that nonsense. You're the prettiest of them all." Bai Xin Xi assured her friend.

"You're not allowed to leave anymore do you hear me!!"

Bai Xin Xi nodded her head.

They arrived at Han Yi Fei's vehicle, Gu Chen her driver came to pick her up. Han Yi Fei due to her heavy work schedule rarely came home so Old Madam Han wanted him to pick her up. To his surprise he saw a beautiful girl walking with his young mistress. He's been the Han's driver for 30 years, so he was surprised to see young mistress with anyone. She had a fierce temper and not very many females could tolerate her. He was surprised to see his young mistress laughing too.

"Gu Chen please put the luggage in the car. We'll be driving Miss Bai to her destination."

Gu Chen the middle-aged man stared directly at the young woman next to Young Mistress. 'Young Mistress Bai…' as if remembering the sweet girl tears welled up in his eyes.

"Young Mistress Bai, you're back. We all have missed you. You are all grown up now." As if remembering a memory, he smiled and hurriedly put the bags in the trunk. He remembered that the girl who used to play with his mistress was a scrawny little girl. She was all bones but had the prettiest pairs of eyes. Her big feline eyes thick full of black lashes were always smiling bright towards people. He also thought of her smile that always had everyone in a daze.

"Fei Fei, can I borrow your phone for a minute, my phone died."

Bai Xin Xi dialed her Mother in Law's number it took her mother in law a second to pick up the phone.

"Hello this is Mrs. Mo who is this?" Zhang Hua was worried sick waiting for her Daughter in Law to call her all afternoon. She called about three million times to reach her but couldn't reach her. She thought of calling Mo Yan, but she knew that he was in City B doing a big business deal. Not wanting to bother her son and not wanting to panic yet she decided to let her Daughter in Law call her instead.

"Mom, I'm back, my plane just landed. I'm so sorry my phone died, and I forgot to bring a charger. But I'm getting a ride with Fei Fei. She said that she would drop me off at home, I should be there shortly. I know you've been waiting for me all night so go to bed I'll see you in the morning."

Her bright voice calmed Zhang Hua, she was so glad to hear her voice, "Em, mom will wait up for you, Nai Nai is waiting anxiously for your return also."

Her Mother in Law and Grandmother in Law were two very strong domineering ladies. In the rich inner circle, they were known as the lioness. Both were strong and hardheaded. But they both doted on her so much and only showing their sweet side to her. The entire Mo Family was known for the cold aloof attitude, strong headed and their tough exterior.

"Em," with that she hung up the phone and asked Han Yi Fei if they could drop her off at home.

"Xi Xi does Brother Mo know that you are home?"

Bai Xin Xi was married to Mo Yan who was the CEO of Mo Enterprises. He was in control of one of the biggest business in the world. The man was named "The Devil" for a reason.

"Umm, I think mom said that he was in City B for a business meeting." She said in a short curt matter so that Han Yi Fei wouldn't ask any more about it. Not thinking too much about it she continued to talk Bai Xin Xi's ears off. Bai Xin Xi was listening attentively to everything that she was saying. Nodding, laughing, and at times wiping off the tears from her stories.

By the time they arrived at the Mo residence Han Yi Fei felt sad. As if knowing what she was feeling Bai Xin Xi reassured her friend.

"Fei Fei you can come visit anytime, I'm back now," she smiled sweetly at her friend easing everything that was in her mind.

"Here let me save my number to your phone, call me when you are free Miss Super model." Her best friend always knew the right things to say to her to make her feel at ease.

Gu Chen grabbed the luggage from the trunk he was about to take it to the door when Butler Shu was in front of him.

"Xiao Xi!!!" Old Madame Mo ran down the steps to her great granddaughter in law.

Bai Xin Xi was worried that Grandma Mo might trip and fall so she hurriedly ran to meet her.

"Nai Nai, where are you going in such a rush?"

"Xiao Xi, you've gone for so long," everyone was admiring her in the moonlight. Her fair pearly skin was shimmering in the moonlight. She rendered the Mo Family speechless. She was a beauty in the moonlight.

"Nai Nai don't run okay, you might get hurt," she assured Grandma Mo that she was going nowhere hugging and tapping the sweet older lady.

"Xiao Xi, we were too excited for you to come home, no one takes care of us like you do," she heard from behind her. She was pulled into a hug by her Mother in Law.

"Mom, it's cold let's go inside I don't want you both to get sick okay," it was the beginning of autumn both Old and Madame were not wearing jackets. They were so excited that Bai Xin Xi was home that they forgot about their own needs.

"Xi Xi, I have somewhere to go but I'll make sure to call you tomorrow okay." She was happy that her friend was home.

"Fei Fei thank you for the ride," she had Butler Shu take her mother and grandmother inside and watch Han Yi Fei's Car go out of the Mansion. She turned and went inside.
