Am I a demon ?(Edit)

Naruto Uzumaki, a shinobi of Konohagakure's Uzumaki clan, became the jinchūriki of the Nine-Tails on the day of his birth — a fate that caused him to be shunned by most of Konoha throughout his childhood.

Orphaned, not having parents or anyone else to provide for him, Naruto received monthly income from the village to afford daily necessities. Naruto grew up not knowing who his parents were, receiving only his mother's surname, as Hiruzen wanted to protect Naruto from his father's enemies. Minato's dying wish that Naruto be regarded as a hero was honoured by the very few who could put aside their pain and losses caused by the disaster, while the majority of Konoha, however having no knowledge of the circumstances surrounding his birth, openly ostracised and resented Naruto for containing the beast that devastated the village and took many lives; some even viewed Naruto as the Nine-Tails itself. Soon, the Third Hokage forbade anyone from mentioning the Nine-Tails, hoping that the younger generation would not blindly hate Naruto as their parents did. However, Naruto's peers emulated their parents' hatred of him, despite not knowing why.

>Streets of konoha<>A regular day<

Women gossiping, children playing, a lot of hustle around the shops; the perfect example of a busy daily street.

Enters a boy of 10-12 years of age ( probably); unkempt hair, yellow with a tinge of orange, noticeable yet faint fox-like whiskers and a simple pair of clothes in wearing; that too bordering between rags and clothes.

A sudden faint yet receiveable chatter arose....

"Hey, isn't that the demon fox ??"

"No way, I thought that every single person had boycotted him. How come is that thing even alive?"

"No wonder 'That-thing' is in him. After all which child can survive like this. You know, I pity him some times."

"sheesh. Have you gone mad? it's all a bloody act I tell you."

"yeah, I think yo....."

The boy tripped all of a sudden.

"Bullseye!"

"Yeah! now that's what you get for comings into the town."

"Yeah! now GO AWAY you demon."

A group of children, seemingly bullies, rolled with laughter after this.

But, now the atmosphere grew heavier all of a sudden. Wind blowing in a whirl.

The malnourished boy's previous humble and pious expression changed to a disgusted, angry, and beast-like.

His eyes grew slits and a faint and translucent energy-coat surrounded him.

A shaky beam of light shot off from his forehead and knocked the laughing fatty bully down.

Soon after the boy fainted and left the fatso rolling on the ground, crying in pain.

When,

"Takio!!"

A someone came shouting in a shrill feminine voice.

(oh! I tell you, not a voice you would like to hear. Imagine a peacock's.**author**)

"YOU DEMON! look what you did to my son ."

"You would surely and dearly pay for this ."

A fat woman, seemingly the boy's mother, started yelling at the fainted boy on the ground and surprisingly or not-so surprisingly the crowd supported the woman and was yelling at the boy. Not even bothering to check him or support him to get up.

When,

"Narutoo!!"

A black-haired man came rushing to aid the boy.

The crowd quietened with a faint murmur going about

"BIRDS OF FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER."

Soon after the lady arrived except the faint murmur, which too died a while later, and everyone returned to their jobs

During the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's Attack, the Uchiha were absent in the village's defence. Because of this and the Sharingan's known ability to control the Nine-Tails, Konoha's government came to suspect an Uchiha's involvement in the attack. Being regarded with such scepticism despite their years of service to the village convinced most remaining Uchiha that Madara had been right.

Thus, the entire clan suffered a worse fate Naruto's.

The entire clan had vanished from the face of konoha. Only two were known to have survived this, excluding the person who did it,Itachi.

Uchiha Sasuke.

and

Uchiha Sen, who was a half and was unable to awaken the sharingan, as a result, he was abandoned.

Also, a certain someone had deep ties with Naruto's deceased mother, Kushina . The non-Uchiha mother of Sen who had invited Naruto to stay with them . However, Naruto did not accept the invitation as he wanted to find the reason he was called a demon.

Well, this was quite the strange reason . However, Naruto's refusal had something more to it.

Something very unusual and mysterious that he discovered after a near-death experience.

Something that will change his life.

And something he could not unveil currently.

After some time, Naruto awoke and the first word was...
