Elena returns her phone into her bag as Rick walked toward her.

"It's still not going through?". Rick asked.

"Yes... This the 10th term am trying the line again".

Elena said.

Rick sat beside her.

It was break so she went to the library to read.

"or should I go to Lyrem city to check on her?". Rick asked.

"You should stay cos if this beast comes again i can't take it on my own". Elena said.

"U know but we really need Silvia and Maggie right now" ".Rick said.

" Trust me, Silvia and Maggie can take care of themselves ". Elena said.

"I know but she needs to be here too". Rick said.

"Yes i know but you can't just leave like that, I'll keep trying to get in touch with her". Elena said.

Rick nodded.

"I gotta go". Rick said standing up.

"one more thing". Elena said.

"What??". Rick asked.

"Be careful how you talk to me, if Sarah notices, she might suspect us been werewolves". Elena said.

"Okay but nevertheless she don't know you're my cousin". Rick said before walking away.

MEANWHILE ...

Doctor Tom held his wife close to his chest crying profusely.

Was this the end of him.

Blood flowed down from her neck and that pain caused her to pass out for the moment.

Doctor Tom already knew that if she work up, she'll become a Lycan too and not a real human anymore

He couldn't watch this happen.

"if only he had known, he wouldn't have Joined Doctor Oscorb on this research now it has cost him his wife.

Doctor Tom carried her into the back of his car and after that closed the door and drove off speedily to the lap.

He got to the office and hurriedly took her running inside speedily.

The other scientists stared at his in awe.

He entered the lab and paced around the room after dropping her in a vertical tube.

"No.. No... No.. Peace cannot become a Lycan, no my wife cannot become a beast.

Doctor Tom suddenly stop remembering something.

There was a new drug he created for reversing a just occurred reaction but can this save his wife.

He took a syringe and drew it a liquid drug from a test tube.

He heaved heavily as he moved toward his wife.

"if anything happens to you please do forgive me peace". He said and forced the syringe into her neck.

Elvis walked into the basement in which Devina was tied to a chair.

He raised up her face starring into her bloody eyes.

"You don't have to suffer anymore Devina tell us the names of the new werewolves in this city and you'll be release and you can join us if you wish to". Elvis said.

Devina remained mute.

"speak out or you want it the hard way". He asked caressing his knife.

"Stop disturbing me and get the hell outta here". Devina shouted.

"Oh grown wings just for the few days we treat you like a queen because you told us the next plan of the werewolves". Elvis said.

"You know what? No food for you today". He added.

"I Don't care ". She muttered out.

" Really? ". he said grabbing her hair and staring into her eyes.

" You're too cute to suffer all this torture, drop off all this protecting the werewolves and tell us all you know about them, you'll become a queen here ". Elvis said smiling swiftly.

Devina spat On his face and swiftly bite his nose.

Elvis shouted loud moving backwards as he held his nose.

The door open and a young man peeped in.

" Boss are you alright? ". He asked.

" Get out! ". Elvis screamed and kicked the door close.

He took his hand of his nose and there was blood on his hand.

"You bite me you bitchin girl". He shouted.

"You're the bitch.... You're afraid of the new Lycan huh?". Devina said and laughed out loud.

"And what gets me angry is whenever you call yourself a hunter of supernatural Creature... Go after the Lycan and i promise I'll be glad to attend your funeral.. Now who's the bitch? ". Devina shouted.

"You've seen it and that's an evidence you know the werewolves too. Now for the last time tell me their names". Elvis asked breathing heavily as he roll his sleeves..

"James Grimes, Elvis Grimes and Sarah Elvis ". Devina said laughing wickedly

Elvis rushed at her with fury punching her face without pity.

Elena tried to sit on her chair but Sarah pushed the chair away.

"Elena!". Johnson shouted.

Elena turned to him.

He pointed to her seat.

She looked back and her chair had been drifted a little.

She raised her head Up slowly staring angrily at Sarah.

She was tempted to land a hot slap across Sarah's face but held her self back as that might raise the suspicion of the class on where she had now gathered the boldness to face Sarah.

Elena arranged the chair and sat.

The maths teacher entered and they all greeted while some murmured.

"Lazy class.. You don't know what is really easy". Mrs. Anna said.

"Ma it's not easy it's really difficult and ends up giving you headaches". Darwin said.

"Gives you headaches not me". Mrs. Anna said moving to the board.

"It's easy for you since you are the teacher". Darwin said.

"You've forgotten that I was a student like you". She said picking up the marker.

"Johnson what about you how do you see maths?". Mrs. Anna said.

"Ma hmmm". Johnson said and everyone knew something silly might follow.

"Ma it's a Chinese movie without subtitle". Johnson said and everyone burst into laughter while the teacher opened her mouth aghast.

NEPTUNE LAB .....

Doctor Tom sat down on a chair after bandaging her neck.

He held her hand as tears drip down from his eyes.

"Am sorry for the pains I've caused you peace, just wake up and i promise to make it right. Don't wake up as a beast but as the woman i know". He said and made to leave when he saw her hand moved a little.

He stopped and noticed it for a while.

Her eyes lids began to shake as tried to open her eyes.

Doctor Tom cleans off the tears in his eyes and sniffed in.

Her eyes opened Slowly and the colour were normal no changes.

Doctor Tom heaved in as tears of joy flowed down his cheek.

Peace tried to stand up but he held her back.

"What am I doing here? And what was that animal that attack us". She asked.

"It's okay Dear everything is under control you just need to rest". He assured her.

3:30 ...

The entire student troop out of the school after the electric bell rung out.

Rick was searching for Elena when he collided unto Sarah.

"Hey!". She said.

"Hey". He answered as his heart began to beat fast remembering this was the daughter of the Man who almost made him lose his sister.

"You're sweating". Sarah said.

"Oh really sorry". He said wanting to bring out his handkerchief but she helped him clean it with hers.

"Oh thanks". He said scratching his head.

"You're the new student right. No wonder you're nervous". She said.

"So what was your name again?". She added.

"Rick". He answered.

"Cute name". She said.

"Yeah. Thanks ". He said looking at the ceiling.

"You didn't even bother to ask of mine". Sarah said.

"Oh sorry".

"Well am Sarah". She said smiling.

"Yeah. Nice name". He stammered.

"Well I'll be having a birthday party soon so you're one of my invitee". She said handing over a card to him.

"Oh happy birthday". Rick said.

"I'll only answer you when you attend". Sarah said.

"Well I don't really know yet". Rick said.

"Ohh. Riiick please... Please come to the party". She begged.

"I'll see What i can do about it? " he said faking a smile.

She frowned her face.

" Please rick ".

" Okay okay I'll come ". Rick said.

" oh my God thanks so much ". She shouted and left immediately.

"Rick stared at the invitation card.

" You're playing with fire Rick ". He whispered to himself and walked away.

MARDON STREET ...

Elena walked out alone as she couldn't find rick or Tara.

She was missing Silvia already. She sighted her father in front of Neptune Lab showing Professor Clinton his Warrant to search the lab.

Elena ran there and hugged him from the back.

He almost flung her away thinking it was one of those prostitute.

"Oh my God Elena what are you doing here?" he asked she released him from the hug.

"Dad is it a crime to say hi to my dad while returning from school". Elena asked.

Mr. Gomez laughed out.

"Thanks. What you walked under the sun?". Mr. Gomez said with a frown.

"Yes". She said.

"O God what about the driver i told your mom to employ". He asked.

"I prefer to trek or option 2, buy a bike for me". Elena said.

Mr. Gomez giggled out.

"I can buy it but I won't you're too young". Mr. Gomez said.

"But dad...". Elena tried to talk but he cuts in.

"As you can see am busy now so I'll stop a cab which will take you home or nevertheless you can wait inside if you wish". He said.

"i prefer option 2". Elena said.

"Good". Detective Gomez said and entered with the two cops while Elena followed from behind.

"Wait here i should be through In 30 minutes ". Mr. Gomez said pointing to a chair On the hall way.

Elena removed her bag and sat down.

Oscorb walked out of a room and watched as detective Gomez enters into one of the experiment room.

He took out his phone and texted an unknown number.

" Detective Gomez is here and seems he'll find out soon if we don't acts".

Elena was busy reading a novel when she heard screams outside.

She raised her head up wondering what's happening when the beast broke in through the window slashing the head of one of the employee.
