The Week Before The End

It was a warm summer day as James walked his way to the door of the hulking building he felt he'd seen millions of times before, the same place that had stolen 5 years of his life slaving away on a production line. It was hell for him, day in and day out he was here working himself to death and it only got more dreary as the days went on, having lost all motivation to do anything beyond work and sleep made him like a corpse walking through the factory to the point that he nearly didn't register his name being called.
