Chapter 12: meeting the family!

A week ago after they were married and happily together as a newlywed couple. Alex received a call that his grandfather was seriously ill, he had to go home because he always mentioned his name, he asked Daniel to buy a ticket for them, he would take Diane with him.
he will introduce her to his parents. he would not have planned to introduce her today. but he could do nothing, because of the sudden incident so he had to go home and take Diane with him.
"did you packed your things? Alex asked." As she was approaching to the Living room, she went out to her room to check for Alex, but his already in the couch, waiting for her, with two men was sitting next to him.
"Yes I'm already done! She replied." The two men stood up after they've heard her replied, came in to her room and took her luggage.
"Let's go! he said with an authoritative tone."
They left the house and went straight to the elevator down the building to the main door, they boarded a black service car right from the airport,
After a six-hour flight, they also reached their destination, from the airport they boarded the gray Mercedes Benz car, the car stopped at a very nice villa, in a secure gated community, this beautiful villa offers an amazing sea view, the villa, which is accessed through a remote-controlled electric gates,The place is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the sea from everywhere.
Large public park just outside the residence. Sea and beaches are only 5 km away.
It's because it's already noon in this place, they were met by two elderly couples who were over forty years old,

they found two old couples sitting at the dining table, Alex kissed the two adults and she did the same.
"Grandma and Grandpa, I want to introduce my Dear wife Diane, Alex said with pride in the face and tone of his speech.
"Welcome to the family, our dear granddaughter, and the old woman stood up and went to hugged her."
"Thank you, grandma," she uttered she feels shy as she felt they received her warmly.
"You young man, if your Grandfather does not get sick, you will not take your wife to introduce us, the old woman said.with a sulk in her tone."
Alex hugged the old woman and said "don't be angry Grandma, here we are , your favorite grandson are already here, with your new granddaughter."
"Alright, Go ahead and sit down, eat before the meals cool down." said the old man, Alex pulled a chair for her, she sat down next to Alex's Grandmother.
She was surprised when food was placed on her plate, "eat a lot don't be shy, you need to be healthy so you can get pregnant early," Diane almost choked on what the old woman said, Alex handed her a glass of water and tapped her back.
