Yun Shu was sitting behind her desk to deal with a few documents when someone knocked on the door. She looked up and saw that Zhang Lan was standing at the door with an awkward look on her face.
She flashed a smile and waved a hand. "What are you doing there? Just come in and sit down if you have something to say."
Zhang Lan walked over and sat down. "Sorry. I thought that you were not coming back and decided to invite the couple over to the office."
A few days ago, Yun Shu had told her about her previous relationship with the groom-to-be. This was the reason Zhang Lan tried to be careful around her.
"Initially, I don't plan on taking this client," Zhang Lan said. "However, the bride-to-be seemed to have a connection with the higher-up. I have no choice but to take on the project. But don't worry. I already told the couple that you are too busy to take on this project. I will plan this wedding myself."
