But now, a Hero from the nation that would like nothing but to erase all traces of the hybrid race from history, was now begging for the survival of its leader?

What kind of mismatched scripts were this?! Haruki would like to report a bug to the game development team!

But the words that were spoken were real and judging from Fleming's earnest look, it was 100% genuine. Haruki would have liked to interrogate the Human Hero who wasn't following the script, but the yell of a deranged young man prompted him to take things one at a time.

And thus, the Demon King had no choice but to promise. "Yes, I'll help you preserve the Chimera King's life but the Enchanted bracelets gotta go, NOW!"
