9 Serene Town

Back in gazing moon village, Jack already came back from his visit to the Bardo family, he was leisurely sitting on the main chair in the meeting hall waiting for his family to gather up.

While he was wildly thinking about how he gonna take his revenge on the demitry family and when he was gonna attempt his breakthrough, Jesse entered the hall accompanied by Marina on his right side and a few of the clan elders following behind them, which every one of these people radiated an aura of that of tier 1.

If Mike were to see this, he would surely celebrate his decision to not come back and attempt to steal the treasury.

Upon entering the hall, everyone respectfully bowed to Jack and then each took a sit, they don't need to think hard about which sit to take since everyone knows his position in the family clan.

Seeing that everyone took a sit, Jesse hurriedly went and kneeled in front of Jack to report for the task he was given.

In a spacious hall, that spans hundred of meters inside, stood a golden throne at the end of it, towering above all of the other chairs. A middle-aged man around 40 - 50 yo was sitting on the chair with an imposing image that befits a lord that rules over people.

The spacious hall was made with spatial magic, which is why it was a lot bigger than the palace itself, but it didn't have anything fancy except that it was made of gold.

The hall was simply for meetings and discussions, so it only contained tens of chairs surrounding a big table in the middle that was indeed made of gold, basically, everything was made of gold that even the people who visit it can't help but wonder how the lord of this town made it possible.

After all gold is only below platinum in worth, which is why when people see something this big made of gold they really can't help it but ask from where he got that amount of gold, even for a tier 4 ice mage, building something like this is nigh impossible. But no one dared to question him or inquire about his source of money since they still wanna keep staying in the world of the living.

In one of the main Golden chairs, was sitting a young man, that was wearing almost the same as the lord since he is his son, he sadly got the gold addiction from his father, he had yellow hair, and green eyes which matched perfectly with his white face and golden robe, almost looking like an emperor candidate if you didn't know better.

The young man named Jeff spoke respectively " Father, Maya should reach the town in a few days if nothing unexpected happens".

Jeffrey his father simply gave a casual remark, like the world is his and nothing can happen to his town or guests " Nothing will happen, you don't have to worry about that, I sent a request to 2 of the large sects nearby, the blood moon sect sent a tier 2 fire mage to escort her safely while the black flower sect sent a bone fide tier 2 swordsman that's capable of using mana and even on par with the mage in terms of fighting, so calm yourself, your fiancé will reach here safe and sound ".

Upon hearing his father's words, Jeff relaxed a little, nothing can happen with a tier 2 mage and a warrior escorting her after all.

In a very very far away place from Mike's planet, exactly at the center of the universe,

He suddenly opened his eyes and looked in the direction of Mike's planet while muttering to himself ' seems like that guy's aura is back again, well it doesn't matter. He miserably died cause of not listening to our advice, this one won't be any different if he follows in his footsteps '.

The moment he finished speaking, several figures that appeared out of nowhere can be seen surrounding the black dragon in a semi-circle.

One of them spoke with boredom displayed all over his face. "Shall we get rid of him or simply let him be? He won't be posing any threat to us but the moment he angers those people, this universe might really cease to exist this time".

Another spoke adding to the man's words, "that's true, we barely managed to survive last time after what that guy tried to do, we even had to give him a lot of our strongest descendant for compensation, we can't afford another monkey playing in a field that doesn't belong to him ".

All of the others nodded in agreement with the two people who spoke, they all stared at the black dragon waiting for an answer.

After a few hours, he answered saying, "that's indeed true that we lost a lot, but to be honest. I couldn't be happier that those people had to waste their energy and time dealing with that guy, if you ask me, I'll simply say let it happen again if possible, but we sadly can't do that since we are like ants in front of them. The dragon spoke again after being silent for a few hours, " don't start jumping to conclusions and panic over such a small matter, the aura might die before it matures

He instantly jumped in to take a shower and drink to fill up his thirst.

'Okay let's take a small nap under that big tree first and after that, I'll keep farming levels while still heading in the north direction as I started ' Mike planned his next actions while moving towards the big tree.
