1 discovering dead bodies?!
As a girl with wild ginger hair spiking to the right spiking to the right with bangs going to her chin her beige pants flooding, the dress shirt tucked in.
Theli looked up at the ceiling and, stared at it in boredom, she got up leaving her semi-completed homework on the desk she walked down the stairs and called out "mom". Theli shouted "I'm going out" without say more she opened the door and stepped out.
as she closed the door behind her and walked down the sidewalk, looking up at the sky; a magic circle appeared under her, and just like that she was gone.
Theli opened her eyes looking around in a panic she saw others doing the same thing she then realized something, she could move her head but not her body she then tried to open her mouth to say something but nothing came out.
suddenly a ball of light lit up the white padded room and looked down at them "hmm all these people here alright get out of my sight" the ball of light said disinterestedly, all of a sudden she felt pain then nothing.
As Theli opened her eyes she noticed her body felt weak as she got up she looked up at the green forest; now that she got herself together she noted her ears and back felt weird as she reached up to feel them and noticed furry ears were coming out the side of her head and a tail too she could even feel the fur on the rest of her body as well.
'don't panic take deep breaths' she thought trying to calm down as Theli took five deep breaths she then looked down and noted there was a dirt road 'okay that's a start ' she thought starting to walk down the road.
she then saw a village and what looked like a girl standing in the middle of it "hey!" Theli called out the girl turning to look back revealing her brown skin and brown eyes with black hair going, all over the place as Theli stopped in front of her she noted that she was very...short.
"so...did the same thing happen to you were you suddenly in a place then transported to a location where there were other people like you; a ball of light then transported you somewhere else, where you now have mutated body parts that you didn't have before" Theli explained quickly "I just want to know you know," Theli said when she realized the girl was staring at her weird.
"were you thinking of saying that to everyone you met even? though that did happen to me" the girl questions Theli opens her mouth to dispute the claim but closed it again "oh my God you were," said the girl chuckling a little bit " oh where are my manners my name is Gyles Greene," Gyles said telling Theli her name.
"Theli grant nice to meet you" Theli introduced, herself " heh...now that I think about you are strangely calm," Theli asked.
"yeah I make it a habit to not panic in new situations," Gyles said putting her hand on her forehead and pushing away her hair to reveal little horns she then lifted her black cloak to reveal a black smooth tail "it's like I can feel its part of my body but its also not just weird..you too," Gyles said questioning me.
"ah don't worry I feel the same way too...so do you think are people are here," Theli asked looking around nervously.
"or maybe they're just shy HEY IF YOU CAN HEAR ME COME OUT!" Gyles shouted looking around for any open windows or movement, "heh maybe this is a ghost town" walking up to one of the wooden houses she then knocked on the door as she knocked on the door it creaked open, and a terrible smell. Started creeping out, Gyles plugged her nose "ugh what is this smell it's terrible" pushing open the door some more there were black inky substances, on the wall and floors.
Theli then walked up next to Gyles plugging her nose and coughing a bit "man I smell a whole lot of odors its kind of hard to breathe with all these smells"
"is your noes more powerful now that you are kind of like a lion?" Gyles asked Theli
"I think it is"
"well I will go first since your nose is more potent come in after me alright," Gyles said to Theli walking inside Gyles looked around and saw more of that black substance most of it upstairs maneuvering her way through the black ink and stopping in front of the stairs Gyles looking up.
"don't you want to check the other rooms first?" Theli questioned.
Gyles shook her head " most of the black stuff is up here you can look around if you want" she then started going up the steps she then turned back toward Theli "so you coming".
"it's creepy down here anyway.. and two is better than one" Theli said shrugging her shoulders, following Gyles up the stairs.
Gyles halted at a door she then looked back at Theli "ready" Theli nodded opening the door they were greeted with the sight of two corpses slumped against the wall their entrails ripped out mixing with the black ink on the floor. As Gyles approached the scene, her face twisted in disgust the blood under her brown shoes making a squelching sound like water being squeezed from a sponge.
Theli then looked away putting a hand to her mouth in disgust and shock Gyles looked up at the ceiling and saw a man was pinned up by his limbs a hole through him as if something Doug through him; his blood coming down in waves Gyles then turned her head to the two bodies one smaller then the other their bodies covered in black ink, as Gyles got closer she could see that they were naked 'what the hell happened here' Gyles thought questioning why they were naked.
turning her head to Theli "hey are you alright are do you need to go outside for a breather?" Gyles questions.
"I-i'm just going to go get a breath of fresh air y'know," she said turning around coughing a bit.
"Alright I'll see what I can find here," Gyles said squatting down to the two people who looked like mom and daughter; the edges of her cloak getting a face full of blood.

As I crouched down to what I presumed were mom and daughter, I noticed a book in their hands as I grabbed it the blood started sticking onto my fingers. Opening up the book I then saw entries in strange letters I could make out some of them.

As I flipped the pages a little bit more I realized there were only two entries 'she died before she could write any more' continuing to read the one last entry.

as I closed the book and stood up I then looked up at the ceiling where the body is "that must be the husband, Jason" I said out loud 'I guess I'm going to the manor next to find this mystery Shield' taking the book with me and tucking it in a convenient side pouch.
walking outside I then see Theli pacing around 'I guess she managed to hold it in I thought for sure she was going to throw up' i thought.

"Hey I'm done exploring I now know where I got to go next," Gyles said to Theli " by the way... you can sit this one out if you want because they're probably going to be a lot more bodies in the manor".
Theli then took five deep breaths before opening her eyes "I'm ready".
