Chapter 40 Vs Destroyer Part 2

In Asgard Palace

Loki held his scepter, he watched Arthur

" This mortal is very interesting unfortunately if Destroyer was fully powered, I will kill him in second. Because of old fogey, I can't use it's full power. Oh well as long as I finish Thor off."

Meanwhile

Arthur was trying to find way to shut down this guy. He knew as they continue to battle they will eventually destroy local areas. This will be very devastating battle, so Arthur decided to find alternative way to end this battle and that is shut downing this robot. Arthur shouted

" Thor, is there way to turn off this thing?"

Thor shakes his head

" It's impossible unless Loki stops it."

Arthur looked at him

" It seems I have to use that move. I should be able bear it's backlash."

After saying that, Arthur's hands shone. He warned them

" Immediately retreat 50 meters. I have to use my trump card."

Thor and others nodded as they retreated.

" Mini nuclear explosion."

Little dust hits the Destroyer but it shows incredible power. All things razed to grounds after Arthur used this power. Arthur panted heavily.

" Thank goodness I am immune to nuclear radiation. I should thank my devil fruit."

Thor and others was shocked. Thor wanted to ask

" Arthur what the fuck did you do?"

However he didn't say it.

Arthur looked to dust, he had a feeling that this isn't over. His premonition came true as Destroyer came out from dust. Arthur complains

" Oh come on, even my big move is useless. What's this guy made of?"

Arthur brandished his sword as he took deep breath. Arthur used his star powers again

" Star fire enchantment."

His sword immediately burned furiously but it didn't melt. Arthur stares Destroyer sharply.

" Turn to ashes."

Arthur sliced Destroyer, Destroyer didn't sit idly. He hits Arthur with heavy punch, Arthur blocks with his shield. Arthur hit Destroyer as he blocks it. The fight immense as ground levels down even more. Arthur was consuming his energy and physical strength too fast. Even so he was determined to destroy this thing. He knew as long as this guy go out, it will definitely slaughter innocents. Arthur used his signature move

" Maximum Energy Impact."

Violent energy hit Destroyer as it deeply buries Destroyer into ground. Arthur used this chance stab his sword into Destroyer's chest.

Destroyer caught his sword but Arthur used his power on his arm. He felt burning pain from his sword however he stabbed his sword in Destroyer's chest. Destroyer immediately lost it's luster. Arthur sighed with relief as he gets up from ground. As he turned around, he felt something hit him. Arthur felt immense pain as he flew away. Arthur coughed blood as he holds his sword. Thor who saw this immediately went to Arthur.

" Thor stop. This area is poisonous."

Thor gritted his teeth as he walks toward Destroyer. He was struggling to get there. Powerful radiation from star power is enough to kill normal person but Thor is Asgardian. Even he is weak just like a normal human, his inner body is strong enough to stand in the radiation for a while. Thor looked to Destroyer

" Brother, I know you here me. Please stop this madness. I know you are kind person but you are doing it because of me. I beg you please stop this. If you want kill somebody, kill me."

Destroyer stops his movements. Thor smiled

" Thank you brother."

But reality was cruel, Destroyer hit Thor. Thor flew like a broken kite. He crashed into ruins. Arthur shouted

" Jane, you guys stay back. This place will kill you."

Others stop moving. Arthur walked toward Thor who is lying on his blood. Arthur went there

" Thor you fool, why don't you listen my words."

Thor smiled weakly

" Arthur it's honor to be your friend. Say it to Jane that I had done my best. I am very sorry. At least I have stopped Loki. Sorry."

After saying Thor's hand weakly came down. However at this moment sky darkened, Arthur heard voice

" Those who worthy will wield almighty Thor's power."

Lighting fell on Thor's body. Thor woke up as he grabbed the hammer. He wore armor with red cape. He laughed

" Guess I am alive. Haha."
