Chapter 2: Hologram Name Fey

From all the yelling, I got a splitting headache and groan in pain.

I heard everyone gasped in surprise.

"Yu.. Yun'er, my little fairy, are you ok? Don't worry everything is going to be ok. Grandpa is here."

I felt his hand holding mine; ever so gently like he was afraid to cause any little pain. His other hand patted me on the head. I wanted to open my eyes but my eyes feel very heavy.

"Hey Quack! Come examine her."

"Yes. Right away."

He put a cloth over her wrist and check her pulse.

1 minute passed.

3 minutes passed.

10 minutes passed.

"Well. How is she?"

"She is fine. It is a miracle Master Chen. I will get our chief to bring the pill right away."

Rushed footsteps were heard, getting further and further away. Once more a gentle hand grabbed mine.

"My little fairy..."

It sounded like he was about to say something when footsteps came towards the door and slide the door open.

"Master Chen! Second young miss has broken through to Martial Knight"

"What?! So soon. Tell them I be there soon."

The servant left and went back to inform the others.

"My little fairy. Be good and rest. I will be back soon. Thank you for not leaving me and your mother. I promised my son to protect the both of you until he returns. "

He got up and left closing the door behind him.

"You two guard this door. Don't let anyone in."

"Yes Master Chen."

I opened my eyes slowly. Letting my eyes get use to the light. I looked around taking in my surroundings. The room reminds me of ancient China from the dramas I watched on TV. I sat up.

"Don't tell me I travel to another world. I wonder if this world has cultivation."

"Yes it does ."

"Oh what about mystical beast."

"Yep that too."

"Oh. Can I be Pill Master, Beast Tamer, Armament Master, and Array master."

"Yes. You can be all those and more."

I realized that someone was responding to questions.

"Who is there?"

A hologram appeared in front of me.

"My name is Fey45999. I am here to help you on your journey and help the person you are suppose to protect."

The hologram is in a shape of a little girl. She has long wavy chestnut color hair and green eyes. She has red bow in the middle of her hair. She has on a light green dress with golden thread.

She look so cute. Wait. What? She wants me to protect someone. I just got here. I don't know where I am; much less I cannot protect myself right now.

"Hold on. You want me to protect someone? I cannot protect myself."

"Don't worry. I will help you."

She waved her hand and a box magically appeared. It softly landed on my lap.

"This is your beginner pack. Open it, see what you get."

"Ok."

I opened the box. Inside the box was small boxes. I picked up one of the little boxes and inside was a pouch. I took the pouch out of it. After picking it up was a ding sound. I looked at it and question marks appeared a crossed it.

"Why am I see this, Fey."

"It's ok. Just think of it as you seeing everything like a video game. Right now the pouch is like that because you don't know what is inside it. Go ahead and open it."

I opened it and poured it in my hand. 20 green marbles came out. It smelled like herbs.

"Is it what I think it is?"

"Yes it is. It is Qi Gathering Pill. It speaks for itself on what it can do."

I was so excited. I am holding actual pills that can help in cultivation. I really did travel to another world.

I put the pills back in the pouch. Now on the pouch says this:

20x Qi Gathering Pill.

"So anything I pick up will be like this?"
