A New World

When Declan woke up he felt different, he had no idea why. Then he remembered the global pandemic. He said "Why did I have to wake up."

He looked at his phone and said "It's a good thing I have no one I care about."

Then he got up and went to the window, but he was really fast. He said "Woah, that's not normal." He looked at the light floating through the curtains and said "Maybe it was all a dream."

He opened the curtains and what he saw shocked him. The outside looked like an apocalypse. There were cars crashed everywhere, he could see no people, and there was a really weird thing plants and savage looking animals. That seem to be straight from a video game.

He said "What the fuc*!" then realized he needed to calm down, and he knew just the thing.

He went to the kitchen to make himself coffee, but there was no power, he yelled "Fuc*!!" The only other thing he could think of is the only picture he has of any of his family, his twin brother.

He got up and went to grab his wallet that would be in his pants. Then he realized he didn't have any on. He went back to his room, put on his pants, and grabbed his wallet. He pulled out his brother's picture, he was identical to him, 6'2" dark brown hair with welcoming blue-green eyes. The only difference was he was a agent for the CIA whom went undercover in american business and crime rings. He went missing in action six months ago somewhere in Chicago.

After hugging his picture and calming down, he started to formulate his plan.
