This story had me on hook. I can't even imagine reasons as for why this story isn't getting noticed. Your story is about a girl who is hated by her father and brother for the death of her mom. Leaving her to be cared by servants and maids. I honestly don't blame her for the way she treats others. In her past and current life, she didn't have such a great family hence her not experiencing both parent's love causing her to have slight trust issues. I mean I would treat others the same if that happened to me. That being said, I relate to her on some cases. This is pretty sad, but I know she'll manage to make those who doubt her regret it.
