1 Prologue

In a formal party, filled with men in suits and women in extravagant dresses. A group of men surrounding a plain, but cute girl confronted an evil beautiful girl

"Mathilde von Donnersmack, I hereby declare our engagement annulled! And that I shall be engaged to Sakura"

"What!? You dare to break an engagement between the ducal house of Donnersmack and the royal family, to marry a commoner girl!"

"Stop right there, woman! We have evidence of your harassment against Sakura"

"But she was the one who kept approaching men engaged to other women!"

"Silence! Your evil deeds against the weak are clear! By the rules of the kingdom, you shall be sentenced to exile! You will be allowed to go back to your dormitory and pick your belongings before departing immediately out of the kingdom"

"... *Biting her lips*"

Mathilde looked down hiding her face from everyone, her former fiancée, her supposed friends and allies alike, then she turned her back to the group showing only the lower part of her bitter face, and the CG stopped at that scene

"Kyaaaaaaaa!!! That was so cool! Prince Diorno protecting the heroine like that! Kyaaaaaaaa!!!"

The girl who was playing the otome game screamed so as her bad taste for man kicked on

"*Muffled voice*"

"Huh?"

Then she heard her mother calling for her, so she opened the door of her bedroom to hear what she had said

"What is it!... Okay! I'll be going down in a sec!"

Then she turned back and paused the game

"Oh! Hey there, Puss"

She petted her cat that jumped onto her bed and went downstairs. Then the cat who was seating, walked a little forward and laid down on top of the controller, unpausing the game, that pressing the button to continue the ending. Various CGs and dubbed lines were rolled, then the camera was moved towards the villainess, who was walking down a street with her face looking down as it rained

"Why?... Why? Why? Why! Why did this happen! After everything that I did for prince Diorno, he still chose that commoner girl at the end, and exiled me! I did everything that I could for him..."

"WATCH OUT!!!"

"huh? !!!"

And the scene where Mathilde was about to be run over by a horse and a merchant's wagon was frozen, as words appeared over the image saying what happened to her after that, that in a simple way is that she died

"I'm back! And I can't wait to hear prince Diorno say my name!... Eh?"

Then the girl who was playing the game noticed that the cutscene was way far ahead, and about to end

"Nononononononononono!!!"

And then the screen faded black and the credits rolled in

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

The girl cried as she lost the opportunity of hearing her favorite character say her name live... Now back to Mathilde

"Huh? !!! *Crack* *Crek* *Crack* *Splat* ..."

And then the last thing she saw was the wheel of the wagon right in front of her eyes, and she could only think one thing...

And then everything turned black for her

<... ... ... So I died, huh?... This feels... Oddly peaceful... Even after everything that happened, I feel at peace... ... ...Hm?>

She then noticed muffled voices, and then she noticed a bright light appearing out of nowhere, and that she was being pulled towards it

<Huh!? W-w-w-what is happening!? What is going on!?!?!?>

Then as she was pulled towards the light, she was blinded by an even brighter light as she felt cold air hitting her, and difficult to breathe

"It's a girl!"

Then a male voice coming from somewhere, only made her even more panicked

<WHO WAS THAT!? WHERE AM I!? WHAT IN GOD IS NAME IS GOING ON!?!?!?> "Waaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!"

And a baby scream ensued

"Here you can hold her now"

"Haa... Haa... Haa... She's such a lively girl..."

"Yup, she is"

"Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!"

The woman who just gave birth to a girl looked at her baby in her hands with both happiness and exhaustion

"Did you already thought of a name for her?"

"Yes... Her name will be Kimiko..."

<Who is this!? Why am I being held!? Huh?>

And as Mathilde, now Kimiko vision slightly got used to the light, she could see, although blurry, her surroundings, she noticed what appeared to be people in light-blue covering all of their bodies, and when she looked to her front she saw a woman's face looking at her

"I hope that we get along from now on, Kimiko-chan..."

And the woman smiled at her

And Kimiko, who didn't have any more energy to spare to keep her developed mind active, so she ended falling into a deep slumber

<How many days has it been since that horrible time?>

Kimiko was looking at a white ceiling when she looked to the side, she saw a fence blocking her way, she looked to the other side and saw another fence also blocking her way. When she tried to get up, also she could do was flail her arms into the air

<... What is this?... ... ... It looks like some kind of identification tag... But I do not know what is written on it... ... ... Okay, I have no idea in the slightest... Let me see... I am pretty sure I saw something similar before... All that happened...>

And Kimiko tried her best to remember... Mathilde walked down a corridor filled with cages on both sides, inside those cages there was a variety of people, some humans, others with beastly features, while a man guided her, as she was accompanied by a servant

"Now for what you seek, I recommend this one"

The man showed her a big and muscular beastman wearing a collar around his neck, and a price tag hanging from the collar

"Yes... He will do for dealing with that commoner girl, who dares to touch my beloved fiancé"

"Great! Then let us confirm the purchase"

Then three people left the place, to finish their trade talks. That beastman would be used by the villainess to do something bad to the heroine, but with the power of the heroine's shenanigans, he would be freed from his slavery and turn back on Mathilde at the condemnation cutscene

<... ... ... I AM GOING TO BE SOLD AS A SLAVE!?!?!?>

And Kimiko's mind once again started panicking, which once again made her exhaust her energies and make her fall asleep
