11 Arc I: Chapter 11

Crystal's POV

I just turned 2 years and 6 months old, three days ago. Ever since my encounter with the 3 capture targets, they have been coming into our place to play and have snacks with me, sometimes they would even stay for dinner.

Prince Argen somehow started showing his true emotions with us, but he is still two-faced with other people.

Kyle's been spending time making pranks every time he comes here. He makes toys that will make a kid scared, but I never got scared so he keeps making one.

Xeon has been guiding his highness in his wrong attitude as a royal family, he's turning out to be a righteous aide to his highness.

Brother Lorenzo has been also guiding his highness as a future aide to the royal family, he got used to these three coming at our place every time they want. At first, he made a huge fuss but he just gave up, since the three won't give up.

Now we are here at the garden having snacks, except my brother who was with father to assist in what is happening in our dukedom.

"Crystal, what are you thinking?" Asked prince Argen at me, while I was in daze.

"I was just thinking how I can make my father, mother, and brother allow me to train swordsmanship." I said at prince Argen.

Xeon, Kyle, and Argen widened their eyes in surprise.

"Huh?" Xeon said as if he just misheard what I said.

"What?! Is it because you don't get scared of my pranks that is why you aren't also scared of swords?!" Kyle said while shouting.

"I don't think your parents and brother will allow that to happen, and even I won't allow that. A 2 years old practicing swordsmanship and a woman at that." Argen sighed while lecturing me.

"Hmp! I don't need you allowing me Argen! I'll do my best for my family to allow me, just you guys wait!!" I said protesting at them.

Argen's POV

"Hahahahaha!" I laughed together with Xeon and Kyle.

She was so cute, she was protesting while pouting and her cheeks were stuffed because of the snacks she's eating.

She was still eating her snacks while still not looking at us.

"We'll see what your family has to say. I'll wait for that. " I told her after laughing.

"Look forward to it your highness." She said mocking me with my title.

I snort.

This kid really is interesting, it makes my black and white surroundings colorful.

"If they allow you, I know someone who will start training soon. Maybe they can train with you." Xeon said at Crystal.

"Really? Thank you Xeon, you are the only one who thinks I can make them allow me." Crystal said smiling at Xeon.

"Your welcome." Xeon said while blushing.

This kid! He is so stern at me, but not at her!

"Your highness, we are sorry for disturbing your time but his majesty is asking for you." A knight assigned to me interrupted us.

What does my father need this time?

"Well then, I'll be on my way. Xeon and Kyle, I'll drop you off your places let's leave together since its also getting late." I said to everyone.

"Bye Crystal! Be prepared for my next prank on you!" Said Kyle and stood up from his seat.

"Good luck on getting permission from your parents, I'll see you later." Xeon said and stood up from his seat then patted Crystal's hair.

"Thank you Xeon!" Crystal said happily at Xeon.

"Ehhh! What about me Crystal?" Kyle said dejectedly.

"Hmp." Crystal said while pouting and stuffing her cheeks.

"Let's go." I said sternly at the both of them.

Then we left, while I was pissed at Xeon because Crystal was favoring him.

After dropping off the two at their home, I got home at the place and directly went to the throne room where my father was.

"Father." I said inside the throne room grabbing the attention of my father.

"Son, how was your visit?" My father asked ethusiastically.

"It was fine father." I said to my father.

"Are you interested in Crystal?" My father asked seriously.

Interested at her? I guess I am, but I'm not infatuated at her.

"I don't know father." I said at my father.

My father sighed.

"Well, if you are it's not like I can help you because I already promised the White family that Crystal will be the one to decide who she'll marry." My father said to me as if lecturing me.

"Okay father.. I'll think about it." I said while pondering and left the throne room.

Do I feel infatuated with Crystal? I don't know, but right now it's fun when I'm with her.

After the 3 idiots left, my father and brother arrived. I went to father's office to ask for permission for me learning swordsmanship.

I knocked on his door and Sebas opened the door.

"Come in, young miss." Sebas said as he ushered me inside the room.

Sebas has been my father's butler ever since he was young and even his son is training to be one to be a butler for my brother.

"Thank you Sebas!" I said to Sebas while smiling widely.

As I walked in, I see my father buried in papers and seriously thinking what to do about the papers his holding.

"Father." I said to get his attention.

"Ohhh! My Crystal!" Father said at me surprised by my presence.

"Hello, father. Am I disturbing you?" I asked him, who looks so tired, probably because of all the work.

"Of course not!" He said as he rise up from his seat, then walked at me and crouched down to my level.

"Can I ask you something, father?" I said while fidgeting.

"Of course, what is it?" My father asked.

"Can I learn swordsmanship?" I asked while acting cute.

My father's face paled and seems shock to what I just asked.
