6 New relationship

Edmond put his hands on the wall and a red sparkles appears and then turned to a blue in a second, it scans his face and hands it then disappeared and the door open. A large passage was seen , Edmond walk inside and stops when he reached a glass door, he sigh and fold his hands tightly he walk in.

Entering the room, his face turned black he inmates a cold air , if anyone was there they will melt in his angers. On the wall of that secret room there was several photos pinning on the wall and one of them was Mercedes.

Taking a pin from the board he stuck it on Mercedes photo and smirk, "you wouldn't get away this time, I will let my nightmare be yours "

Then he look on another picture and his face turned even darker , he gritted his teeth and pick up his phone he dial someone and said "prepare my stuff this noon I got somewhere to go" he cut the call and get out from the secret room.

When he came back to his office he saw his assistant entered the room. "Boss I got an email from overseas they want to meet you"

Edmond nodded and wave his hands.

His assistant nodded and left taking that as a sign. Picking a remote control from his shelf he press the button and a screen appear where several people waa sitting on a meeting.

Seeing the screen open, they turned to the camera and nodded their heads as a greeting, Edmond nods back"speaks " he said.

One of the people from the screen stood up and said

" boss we got your email and we did our investigation, there are ups and downs we managed to track their move but we got caught on the middle we didn't get anything, sorry boss that party attacks our system so we have to secure our system first, I'm sorry".

Edmond face darkened he folds his fists and said " try again don't let your guard down, we need to perform quick before they prevent us from secured our world again".

The people nodded and said together "yes boss" Edmond then said " check on Mercedes work this days don't let anything slipped your ears " and press the remote again the screen disappeared again.

Just then his secretary came in " boss we got the reply from Diamond enterprise they were ready to meet you tomorrow, dinner at elite hotel".Edmond smirk and said "ok prepare my car I got to go somewhere".

He got up and went inside his elevator, while contacting Maria to make her move faster, after getting her assuring answer he smile and got in his car where he told his driver to drive him to their bar.

Meanwhile, Maria was waiting for Mercedes and Gloria for their girls nights. When Mercedes and Gloria get out from their car, Maria smile at them and take them to their private room where she already book for them.

While waiting for their order, Merce said " did you came here often " to Maria.

Maria smile and said " yes my friend was the owner of this bar so usually I came with them".

Gloria smile " that's good it safe then ,let's get drunks" they all laughs at her words.

When the waiter brought their filled they started digging up their food while bickering with each other.

Maria smile and suddenly said " Merce can I invested in your mall, I mean I don't have friends and you two were my only friend I feel happy and not lonely anymore even though we just met I feel that you were good people, so I want to unite my friendship with you can I "

She continue " if you don't feel good , it's okay " she look down on her food with pitiful face.

Mercedes secretly smirk and said " no it's okay we will be happy having another friend, it will make our group more joyful " she laugh.

Maria smile with a happy face " thank you so much for taking me in, I feel grateful for your support"

" let's cheer to our new relationship " Gloria said raising her glass of wine. Laughing they click their glass together and continue eating their food.
