After Katerina coldly commanded the voice inside her head to explain the situation, she felt more and more annoyed the more she listened.

Katerina felt intrigued, so she asked the system to explain in more detail.

Katerina suddenly felt a sharp pain. Her entire body tremble with discomfort as she tried to accommodate new memories into her mind.

It turned out that the host had the same name as her. But, unlike her, this Katerina was 23 years old. 5 years younger than her actual age. She was born in a house with a low income, and to support her mother and little brother, she became an actress when she was 18.

Due to her beautiful appearance, she was scouted by OakTree. OakTree, was just a branch of an extremely influential company who did business with whatever and whoever brought money to their pocket. OakTree was just a branch in charge of scouting talent. They had a large influence on the internet and news media. Katerina, was overwhelmed by the privileges they offered her. A college student who only earned 200 dollars a week, was suddenly offered the chance to earn thousands or even millions. She couldn't refuse them.

Thanks to their offer, Katerina dropped out of college and signed a 5 year contract with them.

She has taken part in over 12 major production movies, and has been the main star in two of them.

She has won two Golden Spheres. One for a romance movie, Give Me All of You. The movie that captivated the hearts of all the single women in the country, and made some men cry. The second one was for, Sangrienta. The bloodiest, scariest, jaw dropping film of the year.

Katerina was extremely talented when it came to acting. Unfortunately, that was all she was talented at.

A year ago, Katerina's agent arranged for her to attend a charity banquet. There, she met the villain's father, Jace Parks.

At this time, Jace was receiving pressure from his family to marry. His ex-wife had gone abroad and sent him signed divorce papers.

There was no explanation. He didn't need one. Jace had no affectionate feelings for his wife. He was just doing his duty as an heir. Even if that duty required him to have an arranged marriage. However, he was still human, and when his wife became pregnant he felt as if he could learn to love her.

Unfortunately, she hated everything about their marriage. Her family forced her to marry a man she didn't love, to help their company that just went bankrupt.

She felt as if she was being sold. They pressured her to do it, calling her ungrateful and narcissistic.

They raised her and gave her everything, so she couldn't abandon them.

Jace Parks was kind and treated her well. Better than her family did. However, she was in love with another, and felt trapped in her marriage.

Jace had always avoided his wife. Her attitude made it seemed as if she was extremely uncomfortable around him. Fidgety and frustrated, were the only words he could used to describe how she looked around him.

However, when she became pregnant with his child. He suddenly felt a sense of responsibility. Not like the responsibility his parents put on him as their offspring, but the responsibility a man and a father should have.

His wife, Flora, was pregnant with his baby. He felt happy that he was gonna be a father. Unfortunately, Flora wasn't.

Every time she looked down at her belly she felt hate. She couldn't describe her feelings, but she hated everything about her life. Jace noticed that.

When she finally gave birth to a cute healthy boy, she left. I'm going abroad, she said. Jace understood what she meant.

He didn't love her. He loved the thing that was inside her, so what was the point of keeping someone who didn't want to be with him next to him?

Yet, as months past his family kept pressuring him. A child needs a mother.

He listened to his family's advice and did feel that his son needed a mother. However, the prospective marriage partner they showed him didn't catch his attention. He always found some flaw with them.

That was until he met Katerina. She who wasn't afraid to get close to him, had a gentle temperament, and a beautiful appearance caught his attention.

Not only that but, she worked for one of his companies, which made the process of looking into her background much easier.

He decided to pursue her romantically, and dazzle her with expensive things until she finally gave in.

Katerina immediately felt enchanted by the man's appearance. She showed interest in him, and surprisingly- He easily reciprocated.

She didn't have the chance to resist the flow of things, as she felt she was walking on clouds.

The only thing that surprised her was that he asked her to marry him only 5 months into their relationship. However, she didn't question it.

He was rich, handsome, and cared for her. Why did she need to refuse him? So what if he had a child? The boy was cute and didn't cause her any trouble. She even liked playing with him.

The only downside was that he asked her to keep their relationship secret, but that was only because of their identities as public figures.

She married him without cared.

That was two months ago.
