12 Chapter Twelve

Chapter twelve:

Meng slowly wiped away the dirt Feng Qi's body collected while sitting in the dungeon.

After getting all of the dirt off Feng Qi, Meng realized that the gash on his body was a lot deeper than she originally thought. The wound was gushing blood, which caused her to pale at the sight.

Grabbing the alcohol Meng mercilessly poured it on to the wound before grabbing a hand full of unrolled gauze to press down on the wound with. Feng Qi's eyebrows wrinkled at the pain, but he was too tired to wake from it.

Meng pressed down on the wound until the bleeding stopped and then used the anti-bacteria salve to cover the wound. Taking her stitching materials, Meng stitched up the wound to the best of her abilities before wrapping the gauze around Feng Qi's chest.

Seeing that the worst part was over Meng sighed in relief before attending to Feng Qi's other wounds. Grabbing a knife off the table Meng went to cut off the lower part of his pants to clean those wounds as well.

Unfortunately, at this very moment, Feng Qi woke up to see a crazed girl holding a knife over him. Her undone hair flowed around her small face in wild abandon, bringing an uncontrollable and dangerous look to herself.

Feng Qi knew that he couldn't trust Meng, but he didn't expect her to try to kill him this soon!

He rolled away from her as quickly as possible to avoid the knife, which resulted in him falling on the ground. His just treated wound screamed in pain as he tried to crawl away from her.

'I just have to reach the door and get help.' He thought determinedly while continuing his slow crawl. Even though the majority of the kingdom was against him, it was his best chance at the moment.

Meng was still holding to knife in shock before she felt tears falling down her face. She really didn't know how she insulted the god of this world to make them punish her in this way. Out of all of the times Feng Qi could of woke up did it have to be when she was holding a knife.

The way things were going she would never earn Feng Qi's trust.

Meng really didn't want to hurt Feng Qi again, but by dragging himself on the ground he was destroying her hard work. She was extremely tired and did not want to have to redress his entire wound. Also, if he kept dragging it on the ground it would definitely get infected.

Meng comforted herself with these thoughts before self righteously going up and karate chopping Feng Qi's neck.

Feng Wi: "..."

Meng: "..."

... it didn't work...

Meng cursed at every single book she ever read in her past life for lying to her. She depressingly thought that maybe her mind was really suited for a ten year old.

Feng Qi was officially terrified of the insane girl who was letting out a stream of curses behind him. He must of been a mass murderer in his past life to be aquatinted with this kind of psycho.

His crawling picked up its pace and his muscles gained strength from pure determination to get away from the girl. He needed to take advantage of when she was distracted to get help.

Seeing Feng Qi speeding up his pace toward the door, Meng's eyes grew dark. The quicker he moves the more likely his wound will reopen.... when did her idol become such an idiot.

Meng has never been known for her patience even when it came to the person she cared for the most. Walking toward the shelf Meng grabbed a heavy pot and walked back to Feng Qi.

She silently begged for his forgiveness before lifting the pot over his head.
