Chapter 189 Piece of exciting news

Liu Han's life had completely taken a drastic turn, one she had never thought it would ever take. She was walking like a beggar on the streets hiding, with nowhere to go. The police was looking for her everywhere. Everyone had turned their backs on her, even the ones she had thought to be her friends.

She couldn't contact the powerful men she used to get favours from because their videos with her had leaked and they were probably looking for her to kill her.

A week passed when she was in the same situation until one day when she was moving and got kidnapped by some unknown men.

"We have her in our custody Mr Jin Liwei," Wang Mel came to report to him. "That is great. Make sure to torture her but she has to stay alive until I pay her a visit," he instructed and he nodded before leaving. It was high time the woman got her punishment for trying to kill his woman and succeeding in killing his child.

On the weekend as Li Fei had prepared herself to cook a meal for Jin Liwei so as to showcase the skills she had learnt from Yin Chen, he suddenly said that he was heading somewhere. "Where are you going? I thought you were not going to work and spend the day with me," she said sounding disappointed. "I'm not going to work."

"Then where are you going?" she asked. "Somewhere. I will tell you when I come back," he said and he saw her sulking. "I had prepared to cook for you today," she complained. "Please do. I will make sure not to eat anything and come back to eat your food," he said. "Okay but come back early," she said. "I will," he assured her.

She decided to go to the kitchen and prepare the food as she had planned.

After an hour's drive, Jin Liwei reached the place where the socialite was being kept and he walked towards the old house. Getting in, he caught sight of the woman who was placed on a seat with her hands tied from the back and head lowered.

Standing infront of her, he looked at Wang Mel and asked," How has she been?" "She's okay. Just pleading to be set free," he answered.

Hearing the voices, Liu Han was woken up from her short nap and she raised her head to see who it was. Seeing the familiar person who was standing before her, she writhed in the seat while making sounds as if indicating that she wanted to say something.

Jin Liwei gestured for Wang Mel to remove the cloth from her mouth which he did.

"M-Mr Jin Liwei, please help me! Help me please I beg you," she spoke desperately.

He chuckled and asked," What makes you think that I would help you?" "B-because I kept it a secret! I never told it to anyone I swear," she said referring to the time he ordered her not to tell anyone about Li Fei's abortion.

He examined her bruised face and said," I can see that the boys did a great job."

She grew more desperate and pleaded," They brought me here yet I did nothing wrong! Please Mr Jin Liwei. I promise to do anything but please help me. Save me."

"Anything? But you did everything," he said slipping his hands inside his trouser pockets.

"Everything?! I don't understand. I've not done anything to you," she said confident of her claim. He must be mistaken, she thought because she had honoured her promise even though she wanted to expose that bitch!

"You dared to kill my woman. Don't you have quite the nerve, woman?" he asked.

Liu Han recalled ever crossing paths with his late wife and she couldn't recall any moment it happened.

"You must be mistaken Mr Jin Liwei! I've never- " "You're trying to deny that you asked a maid to poison her?!" With that, her eyes widened almost coming out from the socket and she asked," Li Fei is your woman?! That bitch- " She couldn't complete her sentence when a hot slap landed on her face that she soon tasted blood in her mouth. "Insult her once more and you won't have all your ten fingers intact," he warned. It was never in him to hit a woman but this time, he couldn't take it. After everything she had done to Li Fei, she still had the nerve to insult her!

She looked at him, more like glared at him until she realized that she had no way out of this situation. Breaking to tears, she said," I'm so sorry. I didn't have any idea that she was your woman. Had I known, I would have never messed with her. Please Mr Jin Liwei!"

"It is too late," he said looking at her with a bored expression.

"I-I thought you hated her for killing your- " "That is my business," he interrupted her," I didn't need anybody's interference in my affairs." She gulped before asking," Does it mean that the child she aborted was yours?" He looked at her before asking back," What do you think?" "I-I-I'm sorry. I didn't know. I would have never thought of it. I'm so sorry," she said crying. "You know what, I would have been a little merciful had you not killed my child but thanks to the poison, she lost the baby," he said and her eyes widened in shock.

She couldn't believe her bad luck.

"Please forgive me. I didn't know. I will tell the whole world that I'm the one at fault. I will go to every media and confess the truth. I will also kneel before her and apologise to her. But please, don't kill me," she pleaded once again. "As I said, it is too late. Wang Mel, you know what you have to do," he said and Wang Mel nodded before gesturing for the boys to pick her up from the seat.

Knowing what that meant by that, she yelled," Please forgive me! I will never do it again! I'm so sorry." He only looked at her and turned to leave when she screamed at him," How are we both different?! We both hurt her and it's quite ironic when you try to blame for everything."

He turned to look at her and seeing that she had gotten his attention, she decided to say what was on her mind after all, it wasn't going to change anything. "You know what, I'm glad I did it and I will do it again given the opportunity! Although she didn't die, I'm glad she lost that filthy child- " Wang Mel was the one who slapped her this time as Jin Liwei just looked at the filth of a woman.

She spit the blood in her mouth in his face and he inched to box her when Jin Liwei said," Don't! Let's listen to what she has to say."

Wang Mel hesitantly dropped his hand that was going to hit her with clenched jaws.

She laughed as a maniac and looked at Jin Liwei to say," That bitch had to die long time ago but I wonder why she always survives. You remember the time when she was stabbed in jail? It was all my doing but she always cheats death," she revealed.

Jin Liwei looked at Wang Mel and instructed," Kill her." With that, he turned to leave when she said," Jin Liwei, you think you have made it in life, don't you?" He turned to reply," Of course, I have everything I need."

"I have a very piece of exciting news to share with you though," she said and when he didn't reply, she continued to say," I wonder what you're going to do after I tell you that Li Fei....."
