Back to Beijing, Li Bao had gotten a potential buyer and he sold ten percent of his shares for a Billion Yuan and he remained with ten percent shares in the company. He called Jin Liwei's assistant who sent him the bank account onto which he should deposit the money which he did. After, they prepared and left for Shanghai so as to talk to Mr Jin Liwei. On reaching Shanghai, they got a hotel where they were to sleep.

Early in the morning when both woke up, Li Mei decided to go to Li Fei's prison instead. "I want Li Fei to find me there by the time she leaves that horrible place," she said. "Okay, I get. But Jin Liwei hasn't told us when she will be freed," Li Bao told her. "I'm sure that with the power of the Jin family only one phonecall is enough to free her. And perhaps I don't think he will make us wait for so long since we also didn't take long to give him the money," she said. Li Fei had lost count of the days she spent in the cold room. She felt her bones ache due to the coldness and hardness of the floor. She was so hungry and thirsty. Suddenly, she heard the door being unlocked and when it was opened, two guards came in and dragged her out. "Take her to the dinning hall and tell them to give her something to eat," the head guard instructed the guards and walked away. She was afraid of her dying of hunger and thirst since she had been locked up for three days.

As soon as Li Fei was given food, she devoured it hurriedly as she gulped the water. The food was hardly enough to satisfy her but she couldn't ask for more because she knew that they would not give it to her. After eating, she recovered some strength and went to her cell room. Reaching, she found no one there as they were in the entertainment room.

She picked a uniform, towel, toothbrush and soap so that she could bathe having taken three days without bathing. She took a long while in the bathroom ensuring that she was clean.

On coming back, she found her cell mates back and she just went on her bed. She wanted to have a rest. "You thought you wouldn't come back, b*tch?" one of her cell mates asked and she turned to see whether they were referring to her. On seeing that they were looking at her with rage and hatred, she was confused and she asked," Huh?"

"Don't feign ignorance. All along you were a spy. We are so happy to see you back," said another one as she took a step closer to her. Li Fei became scared and confused at the same time as she took a few steps back. "I don't know what you're talking about," she whispered and one laughed hysterically before saying," You sure know how to pretend.

You tattletaled to the head guard that we have illegal items and thanks to you, our stuff has been confiscated and we are waiting for our punishment. But you won't go away with it. We have to tame that running mouth of yours before it's too late." Slowly, they all surrounded her and she said," I swear I don't know what you're talking about. I didn't meet anyone while I was in confinement- " She was slapped hard and she fell on the ground. She felt her cheek burn as a result of the slap and tears flowed from her eyes.

She looked up at them and said," Please believe me. I didn't do anything like that." They all started beating her as she was on the floor screaming that she was innocent. A long while later, Liling came to interrupt and said," Guys it's enough! You've punished her enough." "Shut up! Unless you want to join her," Ju Zhan warned Liling. "The guards will find out then report us to the head guard and we get a heavy punishment," she told them and that's when they stopped hitting her.

"Pray that we don't get a severe punishment, b*tch because we shall be back for you in round two," said Ju Zhan and they retreated one by one to their beds. Liling looked at Li Fei who had been mercilessly beaten and was now bleeding from her mouth and nose. A while later, the bell for supper rang and they left for supper leaving Li Fei and Liling in the room.

On hearing the bell, Li Fei struggled to get up from the floor as she winced in pain. She had been kicked and boxed everywhere and her ribs were hurting. She crawled and sat on her bed sobbing as tears flowed from her eyes. She didn't know what they were talking about.

She was innocent. As she was still crying, Liling gave her tablets and a bottle of water then said," These are pain killers. They will help you relieve the pain." She took them and swallowed them then said," Thank you. I swear that I'm innocent. I didn't say anything."

"I know that. I believe you," said Liling much to her relief. "Really?" she asked. "Yes. I know that the head guard is against you. We have to go for supper or else we shall be punished," Liling reminded her. "Thank you so much for believing in me. I don't think I can eat with this pain. You go ahead." "You're going to be punished more. At least go and sit in the dining hall," said Liling and she nodded then they left. Li Fei sat beside Liling at the table as she ate her food. The head guard on seeing Li Fei's swollen lips and bruised face smirked as she knew that her plan had worked. Her cell mates hated her and now they were going to make her life a living hell.
