Annalise watched with her jaw hanging open as small portions of all the spiritual herbs that she still hadn't collected, flew up into the mid-air and then disappeared inside the pouches which too disappeared once all the herbs were collected.

Kenric clapped his hands in satisfaction as he ended the spell and proudly looked around the fields to make sure that he had all the herbs in his collection. Then he finally took out a small flask from somewhere and spoke while turning to look at her.

"You were asking about the spirit water. Yeah, we will need that..." The rest of the words failed to come out of his throat when his eyes finally landed on her and noticed the expression on her face.

"You...!" Annalise almost felt like bursting. The man really played her well and still had the cheek to act so innocently like he had no idea about what he did wrong.
