His name is Delirious, he's also mysterious, and just a little curious. This laughing serial killer is a skilled combatant with a machete, and an average frenemy/rival of Vanoss.

Let it be known that Delirious has an issue at seeing creatures of the paranormal that just might actually be there, and sometimes they may just act out.
