6 What is your name?

The first rule of caring for a stray vampire:

Don't tell anyone you are taking care of a stray vampire - The care and feeling of stray vampires....

...

The boy felt extreme warmth upon touching her soft and delicate hands, and that was when he also realized that his body was turning ice cold.

"You will be fine. Did he hurt you anywhere?" The girl rubbed her warm hands on his freezing hands, looking at him in much petrubation.

The boy smiled a bit looking at her worried face. He had never seen this amount of care for him in anybody's eyes ever since his mother and father passed away. "M... My leg."

The girl touched his leg, trying to find the wound in the dark and realized it was full of blood. "Oh goodness. He did hurt you. This... this... how can this happen to you upon a single scratch?" The girl frowned in much distress once again looking at his face.

"Maybe, the beast h.... had poison in his claws." He muttered and closed his eyes taking deep breaths. He never wanted to stop looking at her but his eyes had now failed to co-operate with him completely.

"No... It is not him, but it is you." The girl nodded her head in panic looking at the boy as if he was some kind of a uncanny person. "But we don't have time for all of this." She quickly stood up on her feet and held the boy's arms tightly.

"Uffffff..." She let out a deep breath as she started to drag the boy towards her tiny house, situated amidst the valley of the dense woods.

"It is alright. Don't trouble yourself s... so much. Let me die now. But... but just tell me your name before dying or my ghost will keep haunting you out of curiosity." Marc spoke up in a feeble manner, as he could feel himself being dragged somewhere.

"I have not seen a man like you. Even in a condition like this, you will not stop joking." The girl rolled her eyes as she kept pulling him, nearer to her house. "My name is Lisa."

Marc smiled a bit weakly and nodded his head in approvel. "L... Lis..a...a.."

Soon after speaking her name, his face dropped, and his body was now almost motionless. Apart from the faint smile on his face, the boy had no sign of life in his rest of the body.

"Oh! No! No!" The girl quickly opened her house's door, and dragged him further inside near a tiny fireplace. She then quickly rushed towards a compact room and took out an extensive metallic knife, from a leather made pouch, hung on the wall.

The undersized house was situated amidst a small barren land, surrounded by thick woods in all directions. The house's location as well as its structure was what made it very disparate and amusing. This was probably the only house in the entire woods and was made entirely of tree wood and bamboo. The walls were covered with mud and several hand painted beautiful drawings were inscribed on the mud walls, to beautify them.

Right outside the house was a giagntic swing, clinging to a tree while a small pond, was situated just next to it. The ashes of newly burnt bonfire, giving more clues of a sign of life in woods would make any person to gasp in disbelief.

It was impossible to imagine a girl this frail and young would be living all alone in these scary woods. She had created a miniature world for herself amidst this unknown land.
