Cecilia sat by herself in the library, reading through one of the journals that she had found. She was trying to calm her nerves and not bring attention to herself. Her mind was racing with questions.
If Jonathon had given her blood, why wasn't she a vampire already? But she had slept for five days solid, maybe she is a vampire and just hadn't realized it yet? Why wasn't she at least starving, or craving blood? Wasn't that how it worked?
"Well, something is definitely going on with that one," Abby said casually whilst gestuing towards Terri as soon as she had noticed Terri turning to look at Cecilia. She put her finger on the side of her head to turn her head back facing forehead. "Eyes straight ahead. You can't control yourself right now."
"She's worried about Terri. Perhaps it is best that we cut our time together today," Gayle suggested, "You can take Cecilia back to Jonathon's room and then come see me. We have much to discuss."
