15 (almost 16)years later

"Huh huh huh"

The sound of hurried breathing echoed throughout the jungle. A well built boy was running like his life depended on it. Well maybe it did.

"Damn!Damn!Damn!" .The loud curses echoed throughout the jungle scaring a four eyed bird half to death. "This is the worst ! I really had to get chased by a bloody tree murker today itself. Damn I should listen to mother More"

This "charming" young boy was none other than "The Great Ren Heavensheath" . The self proclaimed future ruler of the underworld as their little subterranean cave was called. But it seems that this future tyrant was experiencing some problems himself namely in the form of a small,cute but rather oddly coloured bunny.This was a tree murker and it really was quite a docile creature or well ....at least as "docile" as a cave dwelling man eating bunny gets.You get the picture ,don't you?

But really any adult who had gone through the awakening could easily kill it but there was just one teensy tiny problem ,there was still 3 years till Ren was at the age of wakening and lets just say that the bunny is going to have a Ren shaped supper tonight.

Now into the mind of our hero we go where,I hope he is having a most delightful pre death regret fest (am I a sadist ...?)

"Oh Gods above ,why me ?why today?Just why?"

"Not only am I going to die , even if I live my mother will still kill me now."

You see in his world the MOST important day for any child is his 16 th birthday for it is on that day that they become an adult and unlock the potential buried within them through the awakening ceremony.It is the day that decides that fate, in a manner of speaking and is both dreaded and seen forward to in a manner quite unlike anything else and our dear hero somehow has somehow managed to be late to what is supposed to be the most important day in his life .
