19 Chapter 17 The three Locations, Yagura Answered and Ino and Hinata's problem

-Kira's P.O.V.-

"Now then, let's start, a few days ago we ended up capturing an important base and from there, we found out that Kiri as a seal barrier protecting Kirigakure. Up to now, we have no idea where they got that kind of seal that protects the entire Kirigakure and if an enemy ninja appears there they'll lose their chakra like poison until they are empty and not only that they'll also know where they are"

Mei said in a serious face.

Everyone of us where in shock about the seal and how it got there.

"Wait, if everyone loses their chakra like poison, does it affect them too?" Naruto said

Mei shakes her head "no, after we kill Yagura's Ninjas, we saw that all of them had a seal in their hand, we can theorise that the seal gives them protection from the Barrier"

"The level to make that kind of Seal barrier is at least peak eighth close to nine and a huge barrier like that has to have a master seal somewhere... How big is the barrier anyway? does it cover only Kirigakure?" Naruto asked.

"When we capture that bases we found out that Kirigakure has it's own barrier but there's a second one that expands even wider" Ao said.

"How wide?" i asked.

"Ao bring me the map" Mei said while Ao nodded and walk to grab the map thay was on the edge of the tent and brought back, he then opens it and put it in the table they where using.

"This is where Kirigakure is" she pointed it to the middle of the island "and this is how wide the barrier is" Mei makes a circle around almost the entire island.

"Yo, how do we even get pass the barrier, better yet, how'd did u conquer that base without dying from it's effect?" Bee said in surprise while everybody else nods.

Mei smile cunningly "We used their own seal against them, that's how we capture their base and found about this information"

'Smart' everyone thought

"But the we might be seeing a change in the seals since the effect of the protecting seal we took from them are decreasing, so anytime now the protective seal will be useless" she bitterly smiled.

all of us nodded with understanding.

"If we can find the Master seal of this wide barrier, we can tale it down and have your people move in and get closer to Kirigakure" i said.

"That's right, a Barrier seal this large has to have a weaker resistance and if Kira or i get closer to it, we can shut it down for good, thereby getting your people closer to ending this Civil War" Naruto said.

Mei nodded but in a bitter voice said "that's the problem, we don't know where it is and the barrier covers almost the entire island, and that's a wide space to look, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack"

Everyone sighs in this hopeless situation until Ao spoke.

"While i waa in Kiri's ANBU, just like all others in the ANBU where privy on Information on secret places that only the Mizukage knew"

Mei then looks at Ao "you mean...", Ao nodded at her "yes Mei-sama, there's a very good chance that the Seal Barrier's master seal might by in one of them"

Everybody's mood lift up due to that information.

"But won't Yagura know about them as well, i mean he is the Mizukage" Naruto rapidly said but Ao shake his head "due to a certain incident that happen in the past, the Third Mizukage treated ANBU with more respect"

"Incident" asked Mei but Ao said "am sorry Mei-sama but this is a secret i'll be taking to my grave"

Mei narrows her eyes at Ao but only sigh in the end.

"Alright, so... might telling us where this places are?" Asked Mei in a bitter voice.

Ao sigh knowing that he might have lost her trust but he made a promise to the Third Mizukage and he'll keep it "Here, here and here" He pointed towards an old destroyed fortress west of Kirigakure, a Mountain range in the east and a Cave close to the river in the north.

Everyone of us look at the map, engrave those locations.

Mei then looks at Ao and ask in a harsh voice "Ao, if you knew about those locations then why didn't toy told me anything"

Ao looks at Mei and in a calm voice said "because we didn't have the capacity and strong manpower to go there, we might have been able to check the Cave in the north but the other two location, we would have never made it due to the barrier and since the seals we got from the enemy has been losing it's effect and we might have die while been inside the barrier" Mei grips her hands in anger but Ao continue "Mei-sama, you're the one holding this rebel group together, if something happens to you then Kirigakure would be truly lost" Mei still grips his hands

She knows she's the one holding this group together but still....

"He's right" Naruto said looking at Mei. Everybody looks at Naruto while Kira is thinking 'Here comes the Talk no Jutsu'

"Mei, Ao may have lied to you by not telling you about those locations but he did it to protect you, if he would have told you, you would have prepare a response group and headed there, what would have happen if it was a trap? how'd many would have die due to your actions? and what would have happen if the seal wore off while you and your group where fighting against Yagura's Ninjas while inside the barrier? by not telling you, he protected you and protected the other Ninjas who would have come with you" Naruto seriously said to Mei while loooking at her eyes.

Mei knows they are right but she also knows, if she knew about that information, she would have truly made a response team and headed there but can't you blame me? my biggest wish is to end this Civil War as fast as possible and start on restoring Kirigakure to his former glory and make it better.

Mei sighs calming herself down.

"I know Naruto, i know that he couldn't be blame for not telling me but still..." Mei sadly says

"That's what we are here, with helping, we'll be able to finish this war faster" Naruto said with a grin while the others nods with a smile.

Mei nods with a smile before her smiles changes into a sly one.

"Do i have to feel a different emotion after what you just said, Naruto?" she said with a sly grin.

"Different emotion" Naruto asked in confusion while Karui facepalm while saying in a voice only Izana heard "It truly happening...", Izana herself giggles at Mei and Karui's antics.

Ao and Chojuro are pitying Naruto's luck and Both Bee and Darui silently thinks 'lucky bastard...'

Kira grins 'Naruto, good luck with her mate, i wouldn't be surprise if she tricks Naruto into a wedding haha'

Naruto after thinking about what she said immediately blushes and said "no, no it wasn't like that!" Mei began smiling even deeper at his answered.

"Ooh~ are you sure you weren't thinking about it" said Mei while pressing her breast into Naruto's chest with a sly grin.

Karui sigh at tha knowing it was gonna happen while Naruto blushes even more at what Mei is doing until a coughing sound was heard.

"I think we are getting away from the main reason we are here today aren't we?" said Ao in an annoyed voice.

Mei sadly sigh and separate from Naruto and with her eyes pretty much told him 'we'll continue this in the future' with only Naruto blushing and giving a bitter smile.

"Now then, there's three locations we must reach as fast as we can, knowing how less effective the seals are becoming, we theorise that by tomorrow at night, the seals will stop working anymore" Mei said while everyone nods.

"The closest one is the cave by the river, since our base is in the north then that's our first stop but we might have to make teams to reach the other two locations since they are farther and since we don't know what to expect there we have to prepare for a fight" Everyone nods at her words.

Mei looks at Kumo's team and smiling said "but for now you rest, i mean having to come to Kiri on boat and reaching here just to have a spar could make anyone tired" Kira immediately says "aren't we press on time?"

"That's right, but we don't know what's in those 3 locations and your team needs your full strength, besides we have until midnight of tomorrow for this mission to find the master seal" Mei seriously said.

Darui then said "She's right, tomorrow is where we'll use all of our strength to get to those locations and there's a chance that enemy Ninjas are there as well.

Kira nodded at the explanation "alright, i already prepare your sleeping area so you can rest, tomorrow, we'll get that Barrier down so my forces can move im towards Yagura to end this Civil War" Mei seriously said while everyone else nods.

Everyone left while Kira went to look for Samui, Yugito and Ameyuri the plans for tomorrow.

-Kirigakure's Office-

A young man with short, messy, grey hair falling to his right side and spiked on his left side with pupiless pink eyes and a stitched-like scar just below his left eye reaching towards his cheeks is seen talking with a man in a mask.

"When will the outer barrier be fix, Mune?" asked the young man.

"Yagura, this is the third time you asked me this, by night, tomorrow, the seal will change automatically if you put the protective seals on your people and yourself, then it won't affect you" the masked man now named Mune, answer annoyingly.

"I don't want any 'stupid' problems happening due to the seals or outside interference" Yagura said looking at Mune with narrow eyes.

"If any problems happens is due to your people not protecting the master seals, so long as there's no Seal Master on the rebels, them it will be fine" Mune amusingly said.

"Well i now have to get going now, since our deal ended today, you're on your own now, Yagura" Mune said with another amusong voice then began walking away with freely steps and left the office.

Yagura narrowed his eyes at him, him and his people have tried to take that mask off to see who's Mune but every single one of his plans as failed, not only is Mune a Seal Master in the middle Level nine but he's also a strong Ninja capable of giving even S-Rank opponents a hard time and with his seal, he's an extremely dangerous individual.

Yagura though for a moment before saying "ANBU!" Three mask men appear i front of him "Hai Mizukage-sama!" Yagura look at the three of them and told them "Call Tiger and Lion" the three ANBU said "Hai!" but went they where about to leave, they heard Yagura's voice "Wait!... Call Shark as well" the three ANBU where in shock, one of them, concerned said "are you sure Mizukage-sama" Yagura look at his ANBU "am always sure, go"

"Hai!!" The ANBU's answer and left.

Yagura seated to wait while closing his eyes and after five minutes, two ANBU appear.

Yagura open his eyes and saw Tiger and Lion.

"Tiger, Lion" Yagura said looking at the two ANBU that appear. These two are the most powerful people he has on his side not counting Shark since he can't control him.

Honestly he feels like Shark will betray him anytime now but if he tries to put him down, thag will put his forces on edge thinking they'll be put down too, so he can't do anythinf to him now and as for Shark, he's the strongest in the entire village aside from me.

"Mizukage-sama" said Lion in an obedient voice.

"Mizukage-sama" Tiger said in a casual voice.

Yagura nods "The northern base fell against the rebels" that answer put them both on alert.

"Do we have another traitor?" Lion said

"Not this time, the only way to walk in the outer barrier without feeling it's effect is by the protective seal. Before one of our own died he sent us a messages that the Rebels where in the North but not where exactly, that led me to believe that they used the seal on his arm to make cheap copies of it and using it invaded the Northern base, so there is a high chance they know about the Master Seal of the outer Barrier" Yagura seriously said.

Both ANBU wait for Yagura to continue.

"This is the reason why am putting you both on decoy duties"

"Decoys?" Ask Tiger

"Exactly, here" Yagura gave both a decoy Master Seal from the outer barrier.

Lion look at the decoy seal and he then understood what is the Mizukage planning.

"Holding them back, is it?" Said Tiger while Yagura nodded "when night comes the seal will change and the protective seal they are using will cease to function then the barrier will kill them slowly" Yagura said

Both ANBU nodded

"If i could ask Mizukage-sama, who's protecting the real Seal?" Tiger asked

"Shark" Answer Yagura, shocking both of them.

"Sir with all due respect, is it wise to let him protect the real seal?" Lion immediately asked.

"It is, but i gave Shark the old protective seal, so not only will he killed the Ninjas that comes after him but he will also die" Yagura cruelly said.

Both ANBU nodded, they have seen in their eyes that Shark will betray Kirigakure anytime soon, so letting him die alongside the rebels is a good way to go, no one in the village will feel unsafe with Yagura killing them and they will see him as a hero.

"Now that i think so, how does the rebels know about the three underground bases"

He know that those three underground bases are ANBU training arenas from easy to hard and it's also the place where the most secret information about the village are, especially the Underground arena in the Old Destroyed Fortress, where the information there is enough to ruin the village.

"Ao, an ANBU from the third Mizukage's era, he left the ANBU before his passing but all information about the ANBU are destroyed after they left, so anyone can live normally after they leave the ANBU" said Yagura in a serious mood.

"I see..." Tiger slowly said then he looks at Yagura and said "Sir we'll get it done, no one will get close to the dummy Seals" Lion nods as well

Yagura nods "Go, do not fail me, and if you can, Kill both Ao and the leader of the Rebel group Mei Terumi"

"Hai!!!" then Both ANBU disappear from the office.

Yagura put both his hand in a prayer position and closed his eyes waiting for Shark. After a 10 minutes he hears a sarcastic voice.

"So Yagura-sama, who do i need to kill" the voice said almost laughing.

"I need you to go to the Old Destroyed Fortress to the west, below it, there's an arena, the Seal that controls the outer barrier is hidden there, anytime you should received some 'Guest' killed them and don't let them touch the Seal" Yagura said with his eyes closed.

"hehe.... what makes you think that i will not destroy it?" The voice laugh.

"Easy, because you won't get to fight" Yagura amusingly said.

"....hahaha true, i hope this guys are strong otherwise hehe..." the voice said and the left.

'Shark or should i say Kisame Hoshigaki, today is the day you also dies, if it wasn't because i still have that wound from Mune, i would have personally taken care of you' Yagura angrily thinks.

One of his plans to uncover Mune, ended up disastrous and a wound that still hasn't fully healed yet until tomorrow.

Yagura opens his eyes and Sharingan eyes are shown briefly before disappearing in an instant.

-Forest heading towards the Old Destroyed Fortress-

Shark or his real name Kisame Hoshigaki is heading towards the fortress to protect the seal inside

While heading there, he suddenly stops, he grins showing his shark teeths and said "What is this, are you my first victim?" he then looks at his left and a masked man came out.

"hmm... aren't you the guy that made both Kirigakure's barrier and the outer barrier? what are yoy doing here?" Kisame questions Mune while he only stares at Kisame

"You are annoying me with your silence" Kisame was becoming annoyed when the Mune didn't say anything.

"you are going to die Kisame" said Mune with amusement.

Kisame then question "is that a threat?" while Mune laughs and said "it isn't, in your hand is the old protective seal, it will protect you until tonight in which the barrier seal will automatically change one last time and those that doesn't have the new protective seal will die slowly due to it's effect"

"I didn't knew you care" said Kisame in a sarcastic voice "but seriously, why do you care if i die or not?" Kisame looks at Mune with a serious face.

"Well let's just say that i belong to a certain organization and since your village wants you dead, i though why don't i ask you about joining?" Mune said in an amusing voice.

Kisame looks at Mune then gave a bloodthirsty grin and said "let's see how it all works out eh" then Kisam left for the fortress.

Mune looks at him leaving then after awhile hears a voice "so he refuse you?"

A man with short spiky black hair with a swirling mask appear "nope, i can see he was interested but he's also interested on the Rebel group that will appear in the fortress so for now his interest in the rebel group won out" said Mune to the masked man.

The masked man stay quiet for awhile then said "how is the 'hidden' effect of the barrier going?" Mune answer in an amused voice "he hasn't even realise it, little by little he's losing his tailed beast chakra, though it won't be as notable but it's enough right, Tobi?"

The masked man now named Tobi nodded "... i'm still surprise that in order to used the Gedo Mazo we don't need to physical mainfestation of the Tailed Beast, only fifty percent of their chakras" Mune said with a laugh "that's what information in a cave will do to you but the higher the tails" then Tobi said next "the more difficult is to get their chakra without them knowing" Mune nods.

"Only reason why Yagura doesn't know, is because of the genjutsu you put him in and the tail beast... isn't that right? 'Madara' " Mune said in amusement while Tobi glares at Mune.

Tobi sighs after awhile then ask Mune "you really want to play games with me? 'Shirogane'?"

Mune gave Tobi an evil laugh "Toucheé"

Both of them look at each other and just sigh in the end.

"...I'll be returning now, what about you?" asked Tobi

"I'll stay to hear Kisame's answer and to gather the Tailed Beast chakra that has been gathered, if things go to hell" said Mune before Tobi nodded disappearing in a swirling Vortex while Mune stick a seal on himself, making his chakra disappear before leaving after Kisame in secret.

-Konoha-

This village has seen his fair of wars in the past but with teamwork and planning has been able to keep in the top, the people of Konoha felt invincible due to their Ninjas that always brings the victory home but after the knowledge of finding out about Kira's Sharingan and his title of Second Coming of Madara Uchiha and Naruto's wood style and him being even more stronger than Hashirama Senju, their mood drop due to knowing that it was their fault, they left the village, because of all the pain they gave them but these people are only the minority.

The majority still believe they are invincible and in the future, Kira and Naruto will return to the fold and help Konoha be even greater. As for their title, they don't believe them at all and felt thay Kumo is getting arrogant by 'spreading those rumors' and believe that Sasuke Uchiha is the only one that will always be on top and he fully believe it as well.

In the Hyuga estate, in the training area, we see a young woman hitting the dummy's with the Gentle Fist technique.

This young woman is Hinata Hyuga. She's been practicing with the Dummy since this morning and just now it hit midday.

"...gasp...gasp..." Hinata was gasping for air, she started doing this due to Naruto's support. Everytime mails come, she always gets excited for receiving a mail from Naruto, though one day, a fox appear into my room and after he told me that he is Naruto's Summon and that he'll be the one bringing the letters which i was happy for.

When i finish getting my air back, i took a break, i never stopped training at all, Naruto even send some of his technique to me, through him i also found out that the original Gentle Fist wasn't suited to me, a more fluid style was better, so i secretly began making a fluid Gentle Fist and it fit me completely fine, i was to make less mistakes and dodge and counter-attack more but i also knew that the elders of the clan won't like it but on the Chuunin exam i plan to unveil it, knowing i might get punished by this, i'll still do it, just like Naruto.

Befote i started training again, two branch member pass through while talking between each other.

"Yes, Ino was pretty much forced to become Sasuke's fianceé and from what i heard, she's isn't pleased, Ino hate him due to his arrogant attitude and believing he, has an Uchiha is always superior to everyone" said one of the branch members

The other one scoffs at the Uchiha's attitude, ever since he found out that Kira Kurogane, not only has awaken the Sharingan but now he's been compare to Madara Uchiha, has make him angry.

It's not news that what the Uchiha desires the most is the death of his older brother but ever since news about Kira Kurogane, having the Sharingan broke out, he's been desperate for more power.

It's obvious that he not only desires more power to kill His brother but he wishes to crush Kira Kurogane to assert his dominance that the Uchiha clan is better than any other clans, that unknowingly has piss off every shinobi clan in Konoha yet the Civilians and the Civilian Council is on his side.

While they where walking, they see Hinata resting, looking at them in shock, they though the said something wrong, so they make a short bow and said "Hinata-sama".

Hinata immediately woke up from the shock of the news and looks at both of them and a second later, she though that they insulted her by not greeting her.

She immediately said "you don't need to do this remember, am a branch member too" said Hinata towards the two girls.

Hinata stand up and hurryingly left while the two girls watch her leave. They where sad when Hinata became a member of the Branch clan all because he try protecting a Branch member for getting hurt due to the Caged Bird seal. Out of all the Main clan, she's the only one that actually care about the Branch clan members life and the only one who doesn't treat us as slaves and treat us with respect, so when the news about her becoming a Branch member came out, it infuriate the entire Branch family, but no one can't say anything due to the Caged Bird seal.

Hinata left in a hurry due to the news. Out of all the people her age in Konoha, Ino is her best friend. She ended up meeting her through Naruto and Kira and little by little ended up becoming best friends. She, alongside Naruto and Kira, helped me in increasing my confidence to myself.

Ino is the type that doesn't care to fight and rather focus on her body and beauty, but whatever Kira told him, change her mind and she actually began training hard with Kira sending her a few Earth and Water Jutsus for her to practice on.

She knows that Ino hate Sasuke because he always badmouths Kira and would never accept being bethroted to Sasuke Uchiha because the man she's in love with is Kira.

She also hate him due to also badmouthing Naruto. Hinata left the Hyuga clan and went to Yamanaka's flowrr shop, where Ino lives alongside his parents. On the way i heard about Ino's engagement to Sasuke through the voice of others, calling her a lucky woman and envying her for being Sasuke's Fianceé.

I became angry at that, the people of Konoha has fallen so low to believe that Sasuke Uchiha will make Konoha strong, he's only one person and one person doesn't make a village.

I move my steps faster towards Ino's home and after walking for a few minutes i see her home but when i walk in front of the door i heard voices with a few screams.

"For the last time forehead, i don't want to marry the prick, i got more important things to do" sounded Ino.

"Oh really? like what? ino-pig" the other voice spoke clearly not believing Ino.

"Like training, forehead, do you really think the life of a Kunoichi is easy? of course not, a Kunoichi's life is more difficult than a male Ninja, if we are ever defeated, we Kunoichis are the ones who suffers the most, Sakura" Said an irritated Ino at the voice now named Sakura.

"hmmp, why should i worried, Sasuke-kun will always rescue me, am in his Team and tbe one who should be marrying is me, i know you ask your father to do something about it, Ino-pig" Sakira said in anger and obvious jealousy.

"Isn't your mother in the Civilian Council? ask her about you becoming the pricks fianceé, now forehead, if you could ask her to take me off being the pricks bloody fianceé, i'll be very happy" said Ino in a sudden moment of intelligence.

Before Sakura could answer back, the door opens and in comes Hinata.

"Hinata!" Ino smiles at her and runs to give her a hug.

Hinata smiles while finishing her hug with Ino and turn serious "Ino, i heard about you being the Uchiha's fianceé" then Ino irritated said "Hinata, i don't like him at all, you should know who i like but have you tell HIM about you being forced on the seal?"

"No, i don't know how he'll answer" Hinata said worried while Ino understand. If Naruto knows about the Caged Bird seal forced on Hinata, then he will come to do something about it since Naruto has a soft spot for Hinata since they where young.

suddenly an amused voice said "you mean Kira and Naruto? what do you care about those losers, they are not as strong as Sasuke-kun and he can easily do something about it" then she felt the shop go cold and when she found where it was emitting from she said Ino and Hinata lookong at her in anger.

"I think you should leave Sakura" Ino coldly said with Hinata nodding at her.

"WHAT!? why me aren't i, your friend?" Sakura asked in surprise.

"I though you where but now i don't know" Ino said to Sakura in anger.

Sakura Hmmp-ed and left.

Ino sadly sighs while Hinata puts her hand on her shoulders.

Ino smiles at Hinata and changes topic "So, how is the life of a 'Branch member'?"

"No changes for now, i've been training all this time" Answered Hinata.

Ino nodded "Come on, let's go and have a spar as for the Fianceé thing? i've always been someone lucky so im going to wait because there's luck on those who wait" She smiled saying that with Hinata nodding then they lrft for the back of Ino's house.

-Root Base-

Danzo was sitting thinking until two Root ANBU appear in front of him.

"Danzo-sama, we have news" said one of the ROOTs

"Talk" Danzo said in a cold voice.

"Kira Kurogane and Naruto Uzumalo left Kumo with the two tails and the eigtht tails alongside their wives, Izana Kurogane and Darui of the Black Lighting" Said a ROOT Nin

This surprise Danzo, all the missions they both receive where close to Kumo's, sometimes they headed to Iwa but this time they left with a huge group, even more so with four Jinchurikis? somethings wrong.

"Where" Danzo said.

"We couldn't get closer due to Kira being a sensor, so we had to rely on tracking them due to footprints" Said a Root Nin

"how did you knew they left Kumo?" Danzo question.

"Merchants, Danzo-sama, pay them and they'll talk" Said a Root nin

Merchants, true they are like hyenas, as long there is money, they'll give you anything.

"Were where they headed?" Danzo questioned

"Southeast, Danzo-sama"

Southeast? why did they head there....?

"Anything else?" Danzo questioned

"We used the clues they left behind and followed it to a port town, we then went inside a bar and after paying the bartender, we got information that they took a ship to Kirigakure" said a ROOT Nin

Kirigakure....? why do they.... Wait! the Civil War, from the information we got about the Raikage, he's not the type to send reinforcements to Yagura, but the Rebels are a different thing. No i can't let them complete this mission, if they do, then the new Mizukage after they disposed of Yagura could even created an Alliance with Kumo, they already have one with Iwa, if they get one with Kiri, weak they maybe, it would still be bad. This alliance can't happen.

"Call Bear and Eagle, Now!" Both ROOT nin nods and left. After a few minutes, two ROOT nins appear with a bear and a eagle mask.

"Danzo-sama" both kneel and said in an emotionless voice.

"Bear, Eagle, take 10 ROOT operative each, head to Kiri and Kill the Rebel leader and if possible, Capture Kira and/or Naruto and bring them to me" Both ROOT nin nodded but before they left "Wait...take the 'poison' it will disable the extra chakra and extra healing that the beasts give them" Danzo ordered.

"Hai! Danzo-sama!" Both Nin noda then they disappear.

'Konoha's 'Weapons' have cause enough problems, if you two won't return being the 'Weapons' that you two were meant to be, then i'll force you to' A cruel glint shine in his eyes.
