2 Chapter 2- Karma is a Bi*ch

"Ugh, where am I?" Ying Yue said and held up her hand to soothe the headache that came. 'I thought I died?' A incruciating pain shot through the lower part of her back and she couldn't help but wince at the pain. Ying Yue carefully looked up and observed the surroundings before her. She was in a poorly dimmed room as the only light source was through a tiny window. Ying Yue the felt something poke at her clothes and went on high alert but sighed in relief when she found out it was just hay. A pain shot through her feet when she moved it and found it bruised and sprained. But she didn't care about it and quickly stood up, brushing off the remaining hay that stuck onto her skirt. 'Wait a moment....' She thought. Ying Yue held her habds up and took a good long look at her hands. She then noticed the small outline of them. 'Huh? Why are my hands so small? Oh nooo, did I just transmigrate to another body?' A sudden idea popped in her head and she slowly brought her hands up to her chest, expecting to find something there but met nothing, as it was flat as a board. 'Ahh, my huge racks dissapeared and now I am stuck with a body that hasn't even delveloped properly yet.' Ying Yue sulked about this and knew rhis body was a girl's since she felt nothing down there. Soon memories of the original Ying Yue filled her head and before she could process the things that went on, the door was slammed open and a piercing light slashed through the darkness. As she tried to look at who it was, a plump but short figure rushed up to her and give her a tight hug.

"Ahh, my dear. Why did they have to treat you this way?" The woman said. Ying Yue felt tears drop onto her shoulder as the woman cried. The woman quickly let go of the hug and held both of Ying Yue's shoulders to take a good look at her face. "Look, your once smooth and white face is now dirty and bruised. Mother has to get revenge for you!" The woman rashly said. This lady was Ying Yue's mother and it seemed that the original Ying Yue and her held a pretty close relationship. She had found out that her two sisters, Ying LiZe and Ying Hua had framed her for the cause of her brother's death, when they were the ones who accidentally shoved him into the cold icy water that drowned him. Ying Yue also found out that she was born with a meriderian defect but her mother never cared about it and instead loved her more. Her father was never there for her once he found out how useless she was. Thus, this incident caused the bullying to begin. Everyone in the manor knew her as the Useless Ninth Miss and treated her like a slave. The reason for this was because in this world, females started cultivating earlier than males, but a male's speed in cultivating was much faster so in the end this world still favored men over women. If Ying Yue couldn't even cultivate, how would she survive in this world when the stronger you are, the more respect you earn? All the famous and honored people in this world were all males since being a female was a diadvantage when trying to break through a rank. Since men were born with more strong and built muscles that developed later on, it helped them cope through the pain during a break-through. So it was rare for a female to break through the Saint God stage. After what seemed like a forvever silence, Ying Yue stared at the fragile woman in front of her and looked into her eyes.

"Don't worry Mom, these people will kneel before me after they find out what a bi*ch karma can be."
