11 The Door

'hello four..I mean Lin! Can we talk?' The person said as soon as I opened the door, this words made me wide open my mouth in amusement

'Yes, please come in Wang' I said politely after abaut two minutes but he shook his head 'no thanks I won't be long' 'Alright then Wang I'm All ears, you can start with how you got the place I'm leaving?' 'Yang send me your address, anyways that's not important now I'm specifically here to warn you, my mom told me abaut how you treated her on my get together party' he swallowed before continuing 'listen you can do anything to me like getting me married to a pregnant women but I won't tolerate my mom being disrespected, i am willing to break the bussiness contract if possible..My mom is my mom no one can ever disrespect her' he angrily said, i still didn't understand what was going on, i ofcourse recall the get together party but I was only defending myself and it's unfair Wang comes to accuse me like this

'I didn't mean to..' 'save your excuses for your hus-husband four-lin' I tried defending myself but he just cut in, i realised it was difficult for him to call me by my actually name as he was used to the nickname he gave me "four eyes" he use to call me that back then as i always wore glasses

'Oh I get it, you're mad cause I got married? But you're married too' I teased as soon as I realised him struggling to say the husband word 'I don't really care abaut your marrige life but atleast you could have told me abaut it, is that why you got me married to your sister so I won't disturb your marriage life huh? And how long have you guys been married?' He asked non stop questions that i wasn't unable to answer

'No..Not that..I mean...i' I stuttered, i just couldn't form words now, i couldn't think of what to respond, i just felt tears falling off my cheeks I don't even recall the time they started forming I could have told them in 'don't give me crocodile tears, you know for the past years I've pitied you, i always thought you were emotional suffering, i mean your fake tears..My gosh I can't believe you were able to fool me, why did you do this to me?' he said in a regretting tone with his hands running aimlessly through his hair

I still couldn't form words, so I didn't open my mouth just blankly stared on his face, he had the right to get mad and I deserved this hash words 'you know my mom warned me, she asked me not to see you a multiple times we even had fights abaut you, i risked my mom's health just because of you but today you betray me and get me married to a pregnant women..if you've ever considered me as your friend then i should update you that it all ends today as even if I forgive you for this betrayal you'll never have your friend back..you'll never get Wang back just a bussiness partner' he said and I felt like falling to the floor, air was slowly sucked out of my lungs by this words, i wish I could explain the reason I did all this, it was only to save my family, he was always the one who asked me to do anything to keep the family together and today he's the one judging me

'Alright I'm leaving but get this in your head, i can do anything to keep my family together so if I hear any complains abaut you from my mom then you'll be starting war against me..now i understand the reason why you're unwanted, no guy even wanted you cause you're badluck now I get it..' he said then turned to leave but stopped midway, spoke without turning to look back 'we're only bussiness partners at work nothing more' then left without even looking back

I fell to the floor hearing this words 'Wang!! Please listen to me..i did this to save my family too, please forgive me' I mumbled to myself, i felt strong arms wrapped around my body, realised who it was by his scent as the person didn't say a word 'he does not understand, i only did this to save my family..they threatened to leave me alone..I can't lose them I already lost my mom! I couldn't lose them too' I explained even if he didn't ask me I just felt like talking

he stood up, closed the door before picking me up and started walking

Abaut a minute later, i was seated on the couch still in his arms, i felt really comfortable in my husband's arms it's like I was back to life now, but still started talking nonsense 's the party I wasn't disrespecting his mom, i just tried to save myself' 'it's okay..just promise me that you'll never open our door unless I'm the one at the door' he said then handed me some tissues and a handkerchief which I used to blow my nose as i was crying so bad that it effected my nose 'i promise, don't you want to maybe move..as I'm abaut to blow my nose?' 'No it's okay..go on we all blow our noses sometimes you're my wife! I love everything abaut you okay' he sweetly assured 'aw you're so sweet' I said before blowing my nose, he just watched me and handed me another tissue as soon as I was done with the other one, aww he was so sweet, i couldn't picture my life without him already, i think I was falling inlove

After abaut thirty minutes

My sobbing stopped and I felt much better now 'I'm hungry' I spoke trying to lighten his mood 'dinner is ready, i just need to warm it as it got cold' he said scooping me in his arms 'where are you taking me? I'll just wait for you here while you warm it' I suggested but he wasn't in the mood of listening to me as he just kept walking then set me on the dinning chair as soon as we reached the dining room 'I won't leave you All by yourself again, I'll take you with me anywhere that i go' he said before heading to the kitchen which was just across the place I was seated

Since it was separated by a thin short wall i could see him, he placed the bowl which I assumed contained the food in an oven

A few minutes later after he was done with warming the food and setting the table, he took a comfortable seat beside me then started feeding me and himself with the same spoon, he cooked spaghetti with green salad which was paired with fried meat and juice, the food was really delicious i couldn't believe a guy could ever cook like that my husband was really talented, Wang couldn't even cook I just wondered how they were surviving with my sister as she could not cook too I guess they ate pizza, fries and all those ordered food lol, i was hell lucky to marry Chen as he was everything, handsome, smart and can do household chores!! well lucky me as I can do both too, growing with my family were I had house chores too, i learnt to do this

On Monday

I was in my office with my eyes glued to my phone, i received a text from my husband earlier inviting me for lunch, he was worried abaut me working so much, i didn't plan to go for lunch today as i wanted to Finnish some work but he insisted and warned that he wasn't taking no for an answer, Chen really made me believe in movies, like there's always a happy ending at the end of most movies so I thought this was my happy ending too crazy right

after rereading the text maybe abaut ten times, i responded a simple okay then started parking my stuffs getting ready for lunch, i didn't even mind the knocking on my door just instructed the person to come in without looking at them just parking my stuffs but jumped as soon as I heard a the person speak 'you can go cindy, I'm here now' she said before drawing her attention to me

'I won't take much of your time, I'll just go straight to the point' the person said taking out a Bristol, i wide opened my eyes seeing it 'oh my gosh mom, what are you doing?' I asked 'no don't worry this is for me' she said pointing the gun straight to her forehead 'I have some documents for you to sign that's if you want me alive' she said 'No mom I'll sign whatever i need to, to keep you alive please just put the gun down' I said taking the papers which she placed on my desk earlier when she came in

'By signing those papers you'll legally transfer the company to me, I'll be the rightful owner of it and don't worry you'll still be the CEO but not the owner which means all the money comes to me and you'll be my employee' she stated
