The Unwanted Gift

When Gabrael turned 21 he was bestowed a gift that had been handed down his paternal line for centuries, but being that he had been put up for adoption after his parents mysterious disappearance when he was just two weeks old he hadn't had the gentle guidance & training needed to fully understand the depth and importance of his new found skills like his ancestors had before him. Why me? why now? this wasn't what he had planned, he'd been waiting for his 21st birthday forever and now he wished he could go back to yesterday, before he finally came of age, before he was given this 'unwanted gift'.
