6 Double-sided face

I took Sierra to my room. She was so well mannered that by mistake she sat on my blanket and said, "I am sorry." And then she jumped off and sat on the other side of the bed.

I didn't understand why she behaved like that so I asked, "What happened? Is something wrong?" 

"No, it's just that we used to cover our faces with our blankets so I didn't want to sit on it and make it dirty," I heard such a nice thing from someone for the first time.

It was all new and refreshing for me. Although I told her it was perfectly alright but she didn't listen to me and sat on the other side of the bed. 

Soon I got the dishes I prepared for her. She was shocked and was happy that I did so much for her. I told her it was nothing but she was happy with it. 

Soon we started chatting. For the first time, we talked about personal stuff with each other. We almost shared everything. I was very happy with her company.

A little later she was hesitating to share something with me. I didn't know what was going on in her mind so I asked, "It's alright. Feel comfortable, if you don't want to share then it's fine. I understand."

"No, no, I have to share this with you. I just find it very strange. So I have to share," she was willing to share one more thing with me. 

She continued, "Babez I think Shanky is a bit weird." 

I was puzzled, "How come?" Although I thought something suspicious was there but still I waited for her to finish the conversation.

"Well, remember I told you I was flirting with Shanky? You know it was all for fun and nothing serious," she reminded me.

"Yes, What about that?" I asked.

"Shanky seems to be a cheap person. I mean he's acting all serious. He kept on calling and messaging me the whole day long. At times I ignore him but then I think of you guys and I reply to him back," She was still not finished.

Sierra sighed, "At first I thought it was normal but now I find it quite strange. He's becoming weird day by day. I thought it would be better to share with you. Maybe I am wrong but I don't know."

As soon as she told me the entire thing then I got to know that Shanky was playing real smart. He was two-timing. I mean Shanky told Diana and me that Sierra was being cheap.

He even showed his texting box to us. It seemed he deleted the messages from his side. I knew something was off. He was being strange like always. 

After a little while before I could say anything Sierra showed me her entire chat with Shanky and I got pissed. 

It was high time to tell her the reality. Soon, I revealed that Diana and Shanky were dating each other for too long.

Sierra was surprised to know that fact.

I continued, "Although I wanted to share this thing with you I couldn't. It was Diana's matter and I didn't mean to interfere. But I no longer can take it anymore."

I sighed, "I am sorry Sierra. I should have told you this a long time back."

"Are you crazy? Don't be sorry. Thank God that you told me the reality before it's too late." Sierra was happy that I told her the reality and she understood my situation well.

Then I revealed another secret to her, "Well I can tell everything to Diana right now, that too with proof but I can't."

"Why not," she asked. 

"Shanky is a big-time manipulator. Two years back he asked to sleep with him. That time Diana and Shanky were quite serious and he realized his mistake too. So I forgave him thinking I might come in between them. Or it might be a mistake from his side." I was a bit upset. 

"But now I understand. He never really changed and wanted everything on his plate. Even if I tell Diana about that incident she won't believe me because that stupid ass will manipulate her again with some stories." I took a breath.

"Let's just wait and not tell her now. Just wait for the right moment then we will tell her the reality. Once she finds a good guy, a way better than Shanky then we will tell her and I am sure then she would believe it because then she would have someone else to rely on," I expressed my feelings. 

"Yes, you are right or else Shanky would manipulate her again. Let's just wait for the right time and till then I will save his and my chat for proof." She insisted.

"But seriously Sierra, I have never seen such a double-sided face like him. He played the victim card. He acted as if he was innocent and you were after him. That sucks!" I became more comfortable with her. 

"Yes, you are right. He's very smart. I will block him right away. And will never meet him again," she gave an idea to me as well.

"Right, I will also finally block him. I will tell Diana not to bring him whenever we are out," I took a bold step. 

"But won't be it's suspicious if we tell Diana that we can't meet him?" Sierra questioned me. 

"No, no. She's already insecure why she would bring him to meet us unless we ask for it. And we are not going to invite him to meet us," I solved her query. 

"Yeah right," then we discussed other things about us. 

Today for the first time I have realized that Diana herself is not trustworthy. I mean how can friends be jealous or insecure of each other. 

Diana always believed Shanky and maybe that's why I hid that thing from her because deep down I knew she won't believe and I would be the one who would get hurt the most. 

But I didn't say these things to Sierra. Maybe I was respecting my 'so called' friendship with Diana. I have realized that even our friendship was also one-sided.
