Awake to the usual

"urrrgghhhh" Tyler awoke with a groan, What day is it..? or better yet what year?

Thats right I'm an immortal, Ageless and indestructible throughly tested by many people over the years.

Some might think being immortal would be great "think of all the things i could learn and do if i never aged or couldn't be harmed" they would say, Well let me tell you it is one thing more than anything... Boring.

I don't like to talk about how old I am, after all most people can't even count that high.

So where am I today? I guess I should find out,

Looking around there doesn't seem to be a lot to see, the most basic room you could ever see, 4 plain white walls and a bed, Not a very comfy one I might add, well might as well check if the door is locked... Yup... locked typical.

"why wouldn't you know where you are?" well let me tell you little voice in my head, I haven't a damn clue how long I've been asleep! Like i said being immortal is boring sometimes i just sleep for days, months... okay years.

"who the hell is able to sleep for years? don't you need to eat?" well again... I'm immortal no need for food, water or even oxygen which is lucky because I have been to space before and let me tell you... breathing is a luxury.

Should I just go back to sleep or see if I can break the door down? I mean I had a bed maybe someone will bring me some food! "Didn't you just say you didn't need food?" Well little voice it appears you are listening to me, I do not NEED food but i do like to eat it food is one of the few things that will always give at least some pleasure, Tasting new dishes is sort of a hobby of mine!

Well may as well lie back down-

"The subject is awake, approaching to identify" -

Well... These look like humans so this is probably gonna suck... "Hellooooo thereeee" I direct at the first doctor looking guy "how do you know hes a doctor?" Come on... hes wearing a white lab coat so i'm just guessing ok LV? "what is LV?" that's you little voice! "oh..."

"subject can speak after years of stasis, most astounding!" The doctor says talking into a recording device.

"I wasn't in stasis, i was just sleeping buddy, So you gonna tell me your name?" What is with Doctors and acting as if their patients don't exist?

"Ahhh my apologies subject 1, I am Doctor Kelvin I have been the person in charge of looking over you for the past 13 years, May i know your name?" Doctor Kelvin replied

"My name? Hmm... which one do you want? I have gone by many many names, God, Torruk, Vivkandy, Jesus, Buddah, Carl... pick any name and I've probably been called it before" This is going way better than I expected, they haven't tried to sedate me yet!

"Well I will call you Carl then, Let me ask you a few questions Carl, I must tell you we are very fascinated by you!" Dr.Kelvin beamed at me.

"I was kidding buddy, You can call me Tyler its what my friends call me" Well I guess this guy doesn't hear many jokes, completely ignored God and buddah "what do you expect, why would anyone believe you are god? you look like a hobo" Sleeping for years will do that to you LV I'm not gonna wake up to shave every day am i?!

Dr.Kelvin seems to be writing a lot of stuff down on his computer, probably that I am able to speak their language and move around freely despite having not moved for years and years.

"Ok Tyler, If I may ask, do you know which year it currently is?" -

"Haven't a clue Dr, I'm in an empty room and no calendar, I would ask you the same question... What year is it?" I really doubt he will tell me the year and even if he does it might not mean anything to me.

"uhuh. mhh the year is 2019, Do you know when you went into stasis?" Dr.Kelvin asked

"2019? when did I go to sleep... about 300 years ago? maybe depending on when you started counting Dr" After all how am I supposed to know when their year 1 is? "what do you mean when year 1 is? are you telling me you've been around for more than 2000 years?" Of course I have little Veeee, I AM IMMORTAL AND ALLLLL POWERFULLLLL... okay well not all powerful but I am at least Immortal.

Sarah Coalfield, The operating manager of the secret department "Sleeping beauty" founded 200 years ago when a body was discovered alive after a landslide in the middle of no where... the strange this was there was not a single mark on the body and for all intents and purposes was more healthy than your average adult.

Many tests had been conducted on this body to try and revive it, from submerging in water for days to placing it in an airlock with zero oxygen, These were of course tried after all attempts to draw blood via needles and other such typical procedures.

"Now he is awake we can finally start some real tests!" Sarah was ecstatic to have "sleeping beauty" wake while she was in charge, the discoveries to be made will be recorded for lifetimes to come!

"well Doc, whats the plan I'm sure you wanna run some tests on me and keep me locked up in here so lets get on with it... after all you don't have all day... I do." What do you think will be first LV, Attempting to take blood? or straight to the good stuff and putting me through interrogation? After all this ain't my first rodeo.
