The thought of introducing myself tomorrow scares me but my father can't already tolerate no for an answer. He said that as his successor, I need to appear public already. My father was supposed to introduced me when I was 18, which is seven years ago, but was postponed. Seven years ago, it was raining hard and I came home crying to tell them I'm pregnant. I wasn't crying for the mistake but I am crying because I've disappointed them. I knocked on the mansion door and a maid was already there to open it. My father and mother were having tea when I entered end when they see my disheveled state, worry flash in their eyes.

"Sweetie, what's wrong? Why are you wet? Hurry and prepare clothes for your miss!" mother yelled at the maid and tears continued to flow from my eyes. They loved and cared for me like any parents would do.

"Mom, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" I kept saying sorry and my mother just hugs me.

"Rara, tell us what's wrong," father said.

"Dad I'm pregnant," I finally said and silenced envelope the room that even a drop of needle could be heard.

"Who's the father?" my father said in a tone lace with anger and his eyes were burning that it can pierce through me. I just keep my head low and was avoiding his eyes. My actions were telling him that I cannot confess who he is.

"Akira Shane tell me who the bastard is! How dare him to make my daughter cry!" my father lost control and he finally shouted angrily.

"Jake watch your tone," mom said while glaring at dad and rubbing my back.

"Baby, it's ok, it's going to be okay. Everything will be alright and we will support you no matter what happens. Whatever you decide to do, we will stay and do everything for the better good of you," mom said.

"Mom I can't go and introduce myself tomorrow. What will the public say? Uncle will grab this opportunity to seize more power," I said worriedly.

"Baby don't worry about the party. You are way more important than anything. As for your uncle, I can handle him and he is not too stupid to make any mess right now," dad said reassuringly.

"Have you gone to any hospital for a check-up?" mom ask.

" Yes mom and they said that I just need to nourish myself and eat more healthy food," I answered.

"That's good to hear," my mother said.

"Mom, Dad, I want to keep my pregnancy a secret and as much as possible, keep my child from the eyes of the public," I asked them.

"Akira at least tell us the reason why," father said and I must tell them why.

"He is a very influential person and he doesn't want the child. All he know is that I aborted it and he also doesn't know that I came from an influential family," I explained and my dad was suppressing his feeling but I know that he can kill someone at the moment. I can't tell him the whole truth but at least he know some of the crucial moments.

That night, after confessing everything to my parents, a huge burden was lifted from me. My parents comforted me and let me rest. I also decided to make sure that nobody can trace me so I called the base.

"Hello Eli," I said on the phone.

"Hey boss what do you need?" he asked.

"The information that I forwarded you, keep it safe for a while. I want you to erase all my information from the last mission. The data, all the videos from the CCTVs, make sure to delete all of them. My life and my child's life might be affected by it," I said.

"Copy. But what about Eros? We need to do something about him ," he said.

"Don't do anything about him. What's important is that he doesn't figure out that the child is alive. Let fate play its role this time," I said.

"Akira, you may not end where you thought you're going, but you will always end up where you were meant to be," he said

"Eli, I will determine where I end up and remember that it is I who will decide no matter what," I said and hang up the phone.
