The next day, Sadik and Peter were going to class where they met a teacher standing by the road side close to SS2 block."Hey, you boys should come here" the teacher called. Sadik and Peter walked to him" Good morning sir" they greeted him."Good morning how are you?" The teacher questioned."We are doing okay sir" they answered."Could you boys do me a favour by delivering these keys to the class captain of SS2 D" the said teacher handing a bunch of keys to Sadik."Okay sir, we will" they replied and continue to walk their way to class."You should deliver the keys since SS2 D is close to your class" Peter said. "I don't even know where it's located" Sadik complained."It's just above your class on the third floor" Peter answered."Okay we will meet when class is over" Sadik replied and they got separated.

Sadik moved to the third floor and discovered SS2 D. As he was about to enter the class, he unexpectedly saw Fatima coming out of the same class. Out of fear, he dropped the bunch of keys he was holding without even noticing it. His heart was beating like a big band drum and his hands were terribly shaking like a vibrating phone. He bent down and picked up the keys. When got up, he saw Mary sitting at the last sit."Hey Mary, can I have a moment of your time please?" Sadik requested."Oh I suppose so" she replied and got out of her sit. Hey V boy, what brings you here?" One of the boys mocked. Sadik turned at looked at him smiling."Thanks for the nickname" Sadik replied and the class started laughing."How was your night Sadik?" Mary asked."It was good, are you a member of this class?" Sadik asked."Of course I am" she replied."Who is the class captain of this class? I was given a bunch of keys to hand him" Sadik mentioned."He's gone out, but you can give it to me to give him when he returns" she replied."Oh I'm so grateful Mary" Sadik thanked and handed her the keys.

When Sadik turned to leave the class, again he saw Fatima coming back to the class. They both quickly looked away after an eye contact. The same reaction that happened before occurred again. He quickly walked out of SS2 D and went to his seating position in his class. His heart was still beating fast even after he sat down on his seat."Hey Sadik, why do u look anxious?" Sarah observed."I'm okay Sarah" Sadik replied."That's not right" she argued."Did someone bother you?" She asked."No I'm really okay" Sadik responded."Oh what a relieve" Sarah sighted."We have club and society today, and each student is expected to join at least a single club" Sarah explained."Oh really? What club do you belong to?" Sadik questioned."I'm a member of JETS club, will you join the club? Most of bright students of this school are members of the club" Sarah emphasized."Okay I will think about it" Sadik concluded.

In the evening when it was 4 O'clock, all the students were going to their respective clubs."What club do you want to join?" Peter asked Sadik."Maybe it should be JETS club" Sadik replied."So you are not even sure of which club to join" Peter jokingly said."If I should ask, what's the full meaning of JETS" Peter continued."Are you trying to mess with me?" Sadik replied as he tried to grab Peter. Peter ran away from him laughing and Anas appeared before them."Hey house captain, Sadik said he wants to join JETS club" Peter reported."Oh really? Then he should meet the head boy, for he's the president of the club" Anas directed."Oh thank you house captain" Sadik replied and they left Anas behind talking to some students."So what's your club" Sadik asked Peter."I'm in red cross club" Peter answered."Hey there is the head boy, tell him you want to join his club" Peter said pointing in the direction of the head boy."Excuse please, this boy wants to talk to you" Peter yelled to the head boy."Let him be quick, because I have something to do" the head boy said. Sadik ran to him."I want to the join JETS club" Sadik said."Oh that's good, please follow me, I am on my way to where the club holds its meeting" the head boy said. Sadik turned to Peter."We will meet later" yelled Sadik and they departed.

The JETS club usually holds its meeting in the school Physics laboratory. The laboratory was big enough to be occupied by 100 students. They got to the laboratory after about 5 minutes. As far as Sadik could remember, he had never seen a laboratory as beautiful as this. When they entered the laboratory, he was startled Fatima was also there. When he got close to her, his heartbeat became quicker than usual. He tried his best not make an eye contact with her. She was sitting in the front seat. In order to avoid her, he tried to move to back seat. He also saw her James there, and he knew trouble won't be far away."Hey Sadik" Sarah called out. When Sadik saw her, he moved towards her direction."I can't believe you're here" she smiled."I don't know what club to join that's why I joined the JETS club" Sadik replied."We have about 10 clubs in this school, and you still don't know which one to choose?" She asked."Well,I think I know which one to choose now, that's why I came here" Sadik grinned.

The patron entered the lab, and all the students stood up and greeted him."Please have your sits" the patron ordered and the students sat down."Is like I'm seeing a new face here" the patron noticed."You there, are you a member of this club?" The patron pointed at Sadik."Yes I am, I joined the club today" Sadik answered. "Could you please introduce yourself?"My name is Sadik Tanko from SS2 C, I feel so honoured to be in this club" Sadik introduced."That's my V boy" James mocked and the students laughed."It seems to me like you are not serious" the patron said looking at James."Okay let's go into our business" the patron suggested. He started explaining science and technology to the students then came in Mary."Why are you late Miss Mary?" The patron questioned her."I was in the clinic sir" she answered."Okay please hurry up and have a seat" the patron ordered."Big mama, please don't break our seats" James teased. The patron stopped the students when they were laughing."Go out, your presence is a big nuisance to my club" the patron shouted at James. Sadik was so relieved when heard that."I'm sorry, I will never do it again sir" James pleaded."Okay any mistake from you and I will kick you out of my club" the patron warned."You should have kicked him out right away" Sadik angrily said in his mind. The teacher continued with what he was doing. At 5:30 pm, the teacher concluded, he gave them an assignment and asked the students to take their leave.

When Sadik got out of the laboratory, he saw James following Fatima."Please listen to me Fatima, just five minutes and I will be done" James pleaded. She kept walking without even looking at his direction and Sadik was behind them watching everything."Okay give me your assignment, I will help you do it" James insisted."No thanks, you have an ugly hand writing" she replied. Sadik started laughing when Fatima said that."But at least, my hand writing is more good looking than someone" James grinned at Sadik. Sadik did not say anything; he increased his steps and left them.
