27 The day after

The next morning was bliss, Avery woke had woken up to Jamal dropping kisses on her body, she thought it was a dream, but it wasn't, she could feel every kiss as it gave her goosebumps all over, it was electrifying, it definitely wasn't a dream and if it was she never wanted to wake up from it.

They were about to have another round when Avery's belly rumbled.

"Looks like your babies are hungry" Avery giggled when she saw Jamal's face.

"Hey babies, what time would you

like to have this morning?" Jamal asked referring to both his unborn twins and their mother.

"We want some breakfast anything as long as it's edible, not burnt or going to kill us" Avery teased.

"For your information I'm a very good cook, I can prolly beat a chef in a cooking battle" Jamal proudly stated, loving this side of Avery.

"Yeah the worst chef in the world" she teased again.

" Ohhh you're so going to get it" he said as he moved closer locking her between his legs and tickling her at the sides of body.

"Okay, you're the best cook in the world" Avery managed to say her sides starting to hurt from the laughing. She can't remember the last time she laughed genuinely and this hard.

Jamal had never seen her laugh before, he loves her laugh and he loves the fact that he's the one who put it there. They both spent another few minutes which felt like centuries passing by, looking at each other in the eyes.

They were about to go in for another kiss when Avery's stomach interrupted them again.

"Mr chef your kids are hungry, it's time to put you cooking skills where your mouth is" she teased.

"Oh I will, I'll be right back, Just take care of you beautiful self and I'll meet you back here in a few" Jamal said leaving the bed and heading towards the room's exit

"Can you at least put something on?" Avery shrieked when she saw Jamal's naked butt. He noticed Avery covering her eyes, hiding beneath the covers.

"Why are you hiding? That wasn't your reaction when you clinging to my body and screaming my name" Jamal teased.

"Oh Jamal, don't stop, I want more" he mimicked, teasing her.

"Shut up" Avery blushed, throwing a pillow at him.

" Oh Jamal give it to me, muah muah muah" he teased once again hugging himself while slowly leaving the room. After leaving he came back again with his puckered lips and made a kissy face smacking his lips for effect.

Avery threw another pillow and this time it hit him on his face.

" Okay I'm going" he laughed going to the kitchen to make something for her to eat.

While Jamal was cooking Avery decided to have a shower and wear some clothes.

After Jamal was done he placed her food, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and some fruits on a tray.

When Jamal got in he found freshly showered Avery typing on her laptop, prolly working again.

He would love if she didn't have to work another day in her life, but he knew he couldn't do anything about it. It's her decision and he'd learn to live with it, because he needed her a lot more in her life than she needed him.

"You had showered already?" Jamal asked slowly kicking the door open to enter and gently kicking it again to close it.

"Yes I did" she smiled briefly looking at him when she answered and looking back at her laptop to continue working after. The fact that she looked at him when she answered pulled a string in his heart, it meant that he meant something to her.

" And you didn't call me" Jamal acted surprised, dropping the tray on the table next to her, removing her laptop on her lap and replacing it with the tray on, also giving her a peck on her forehead.

" So how's it?" He asked after she took her first bite.

" uhh it's okay" Avery said messing with him.

" Stop messing with me babe" Jamal said, sitting next to her, giving her a little peck on her nose.

"Okayyy, it's amazing, I was just kidding.

They spent the rest of the day with each other relaxing and making fun of each other.
