13 FIRST NIGHT

There was no need to continue talking with her. He didn't want to create a chance for himself, he wanted her to give him a chance whole heartedly. Even though she hurt his pride as a man, he can't do anything to her.

Harshitha didn't think that he would actually agree to her this quickly, she thought of all the ways she would use to force him to divorce but it seems all that thinking had gone to waste. She thought he would cling to her and lust after her beauty, but he dismissed her so easily? Well anyway she got what she wanted, so she too got up and picked a room for herself and went in.

Raj took a bath and changed his clothes, which were already prepared and stored in the wardrobe. He came out of the room and went to kitchen.

He didn't have his lunch today, so he was feeling hungry and there was no food that was cooked. There were no maids here in the mansion yet, maybe the old man specially didn't want anyone from disturbing the newly wed on their first night, so didn't send any maids. This possibility is very high considering the eagerness for grand children of the old man.

Thinking upto here Raj shook his head and began to take out vegetables, meat and all the necessary ingredients he needed. He then proceeded to clean, cut, fry and finally he finished cooking.

He put all of it on a plate and made his way towards the dining table. He caught sight of Harshitha staring at him with disbelief, he wondered why and didn't waste any of his time with her and ignored her directly.

Just as Harshitha had her bath and was dressing up, she heard sounds of cutting she didn't see any maids, so she curiously went out of the room and headed towards the kitchen. What she saw made her open her mouth in disbelief, she saw Raj cutting vegetables and meat with precision and cook the food. It was as if he wasn't cooking but performing an art instead, he was completely like a different person. She stood there dumbfounded, she could smell the delicious food.

Raj sat down and started eating his food, only then did Harshitha go inside the kitchen and she found out that he had only cooked his share of his food, there wasn't any left for her so she approach him and sat opposite to him eyeing the food on his plate. Raj frowned, how could he eat peacefully if someone kept staring at him? He stopped eating and asked "what?"

Harshitha thought he would share some with her if she stared at him. But she would have never thought that he didn't get her hint and even ask her directly what she wanted. She was a bit embarrassed but she still said in a low voice "I don't know how to cook."

Hearing this a frown appeared on Raj's face, what does she want to imply? A moment later realization stuck up on him, he decided he would tease her for some time so he smiled and asked "so?"

Seeing that her 'husband' was bent on not sharing food with her, she got angry. When has she ever asked someone for food? Nobody had ignored her request in the past. So she just went through her NC to call take out.

Raj saw that she was pretty angry and was about to call a take out so he started talking.

Just as she was about to call a take out, she heard him saying "wait for a couple of mins, after i finish my dinner I'll cook for you. But this will be the only time I'll be cooking for you, don't expect this in the future. I only cook for people who I'm close with."

"Hmm just so you know I don't want to eat the food you cook, it's just because of the situation." She replied.

Raj ignored her statement and resumed eating. After he finished eating, he went into the kitchen and cooked her share of food. He served it on the table "there you go." He said and went to his room.

Harshitha watched him leaving and stared at the food he made. She started eating it. It tasted so delicious, she felt as if she discovered a new world. After eating she too went to her room.

She was a bit nervous, it was her first time staying alone with a man. She was thinking whether he would come to her room and do 'that'. She had spoken about this with her agent, but she didn't think that this day would come so early. Her agent had told her to bring some self defence equipment just in case, but Harshitha knew that Raj's power should not be underestimated. He might be just as strong as her father a SS rank HM, so she was worried that if he tried to use force even those self defence equipment wouldn't stop him.

She had experienced his power before, if he really forced himself on her she really didn't know what to do because she can't even depend on her father in law for this issue. She tried to maintain a strong front in front of him, but now with each passing second she was getting more anxious.

While Harshitha was anxious in her room, Raj had already started to meditate. He wasn't even bothered by her being here in the same room, because unlike Harshitha Raj had experienced such situations before. Even before the evolution started Raj was in love with a girl named Varsha, but for some reasons they broke up. Well you could say she was the only girl whom Raj had ever loved. So he did have some experience in these matters but not entirely.

Just like this, the first night of the couple was spent, while one was meditating the other was nervous and anxious.
