2 Tifeo Ignis

The world of Arcadia is divided into four different territory, the human territory, the demihuman, the beast territory and the demon territory.

The human territory is known as the Andres kingdom and it is located in the South East of Arcadia.

In the southern region of Andres stands Milos, a legendary vulcano even known as the Phoenix nest because of the Ignis clan, one of the strongest clan of the Andres kingdom, that are said to descend directly from the legendary pheanix and that resided on the top of the vulcan.

Around Milos is situated the city of Emera, the biggest city of the southern region, famous to be the residence of the Ignis clan and for the Helios festival, a festival dedicated to the god Helios, god of flames and protector of the city.

One of the most famous attractions of the city are the "terminus", hot springs that originated from the vulcano Milos and is said to be capable of strengthening the body  and to be a great help for the mages and the warriors that specialized on the fire attribute because they increase the chance of making a breakthrough.

Thus I think it is a good place to live for the mages and warriors of the fire attribute and it is  a good place to visit even if you aren't a mages because of the beauty of the city and it  legendary hystory.

The residences of the Ignis clan are all situated around the crater of the Milos vulcan and they are disposed on order of importance, the more important is the member that live in an house the nearer it is to the crater, and on top of the crater is situated the Phoenix's temple, the sacred ground of the Ignis clan and the place were are stored the most powerful art of the clan.

The Ignis clan  is one of the strongest clan of the Andres kingdom and every member of it are specialized on the fire aspect.

At this moment, in one of the biggest courtyard near the crater, a boy is seated in the lotus position.

The courtyard was really bare with the only exception of an aged tree with red leaves and white trunk.

The strangest thing of the courtyard was the fact that, despite the fact that it was a good day devoid of clouds and with good weather, the courtyard was surrounded by a thick fog that prevented to see the features of the boy.

The boy remained seated in the same positions with the eyes closed when, suddenly, a sound similar to the ringing of a bell was heard and it seemed to be originated from the body of the boy.

At that moment the boy opened his eyes and the fog that previously hid his features was absorbed into his body at a crazy speed and even the courtyard seemed to tremble for a moment.

"HAHAHAHAHA I've finally do it" said the boy with a joyous expression on his face.

Now that the courtyard was free of the fog his features were clearly visible, from his black hair to his bare feet.

Even though his appearance was slightly androgynous he can only be considered handsome thanks to the contrast created by his black hair with his blue eyes that remind the people who saw them of the bottom of the sea.

"Yes, fuck you world and fuck you Elder Liu. Now that I'm a real mage I will come to your house and eat all your candy" said the boy named Tifeo.

Tifeo was one of the direct descendants of the clan and the son of the clan master.

He had 16 years and, even though when he was young he was considered a genius, after being unable to form a mana core for so long, even after having consumed an astronomical amount of resources, the people started to consider him a waste and stopped to give him the resources normally given to the other member of the clan even though he was the son of the clan master.

After being secluded from the other and having the clan resources foreclosed he began to use all the time he had to practice and to form his mana core and, finally, after having shed sweat and blood he was capable to form is core and, moreover, one of high purity too.

Suddenly a shadow climbed over the wall of the courtyard and and landed next to Tifeo.

The shadow was a girl with red fiery hair and blue eyes that seemed to be in the mid twenties and that resembled very much Tifeo.

When she landed her eyes was drown to Tifeo and because of their differences in height and because Tifeo was seated it seems like she emitted an air of superiority.

When Tifeo saw her, he jumped on his feet, hugged her and said with a big smile on his face "Big sister I've finally do it, I've formed my mana core".

The girl was the sister of Tifeo and the firstborn of Alos, the clan master, Sheila.

She was a renowned mage and was considered the greatest genius  that the clan have seen in the last centuries but, for Tifeo, she wasn't the cold and aloof genius that the other think she was but was only a warm big sister that encouraged him to try again when he failed and that protected him when the other bullied him for his inability to form a mana core.

When Tifeo hugged her the air of superiority and coldness that she was emitting previously dispersed immediately and a warm smile began to spread on her flawless skin.

"Good job Tifeo, I knew you would do it" said Sheila with a big smile.

"Haven't I said you that one day you woukd became a mage? And you will became the strongest mage, even more strong than our father".

"Whoa whoa slow down, I haven't even measured my attribute yet and you are already foretelling my future? "

"Why do you need to measure your attribute? Every member of our clan have the fire attribute because of our bloodline".

"I know but, besides the capacity to measure the attribute, the sphere have the capacity to measure the amount and the purity of the mana too".

"Hmph you are my brother, it's only logical that you have the highest value of energy possible".

"I know I know, despite this I need to do this satiate my curiosity and to  demonstrate to the other that I'm not a waste".

"Sigh" Sheila sighed and then said with a smile "Okay but after we need to go to celebrate".

"Yes but first I need to go to elder Liu to steal some money".

"Hahaha stealing is a bad thing to do and of you do it I will spank you".

Said Sheila with a cheerful expression making a cold sweat run down Tifeo back.

"hahaha I will never do it " said Tifeo with a dry laugh and then freed Sheila from his embrace and said "let's go I'm too curious, I can't wait anymore" and began to walk toward the gate of the courtyard without knowing that that day was the day that would change his life and that of the entire world.
