"Hmm...you prepared quite a lot, let me take a bite."

"...."

Liu Rachael saw him reach close to where she was, so close that she could see the fine pores of his toned skin. She began swallowing deeply, while trying to hold her breath to steady her nerves that was about to give way.

"It tastes so good, would you like some?"

"Heck no!"

The thought passed through her mind, as her eyes widened in dismay. Watching as his throat moved up and down, while swallowing a bite of the pancake.

"Miss Liu?"

"..."

Fearing that her voice would give an embarrassing croak, Liu Rachael opted to shake her head in refusal, but Duan Chengyu wasn't done yet, she saw as he began slowly, but deliberately licking his fingers, while sending a wink her way.

"What is he doing?! Did he just wink at me?!!!!"

Liu Rachael silently screamed inside of her, not knowing of what to make of her boss's outlandish behavior, her whole face turned a shade of light pink from looking at him. After a while, she had to avert her eyes so as not to end up doing something she would regret.

"Would you be joining me for breakfast?"

"After what you just did?! Are you trying to give me an heart attack?! Is he really serious?!!!!"

With her eyes downcast, instead of voicing out the thought in her head, Liu Rachael chose to say, "I don't eat this early in the morning, I'm sorry I can't join you for breakfast."

It was a boldfaced lie, but she would rather lie to him than give in to what her body was craving.

"Oh! I didn't know that, when do you usually have breakfast?"

"Can he just leave me alone! I'm trying to save myself! Can't he see that?! Why does he want to know when I eat breakfast! I wish I said I don't eat breakfast, it would have been case closed! Arghhh!!!!"
