You Are The Exception

The man furrowed his brows when he noticed it and decided to release her. He loosened his grip around her wrists and poked her from behind with his forefinger, pushing her towards the sofa. Like a lifeless doll, Sarah fell forward on her face and accidentally hit the remote's Power button with her nose.

"Oww.." She groaned in pain.

The TV started again, resuming the news channel playing earlier. Sarah opened her eyes wide when she saw two familiar cars entering through the main gate of 'Tulsi' apartment and heading towards the basement of the building.

She heard the TV Reporter Ananya shouting on the mike,

"...As we can see here, Sarah's family members have finally arrived here at Tulsi! IPS Vikram Deshpande is here with his siblings to meet his younger sister Sarah! He has just arrived with Dr. Rahul, Dr. Samar, and Advocate Naina, and oh... Dr. Lav is here too!" She sounded excited while reporting.
