3 Training
A loud gasp filled Lin Feng's room as his eyes suddenly burst open. He hurriedly scrambled to his feet, moving his hands on his stomach to check as he did so.
"No injuries? So injuries in the tutorial don't transfer to real life… that's lucky..." Lin Feng let out a breath of relief. "But it felt really similar to when I got hit by the truck back then…"
Taking a few more deep breaths, Lin Feng calmed himself down before he plopped back onto the ground.
"Shit, that tutorial was hard…" he said to himself. "Status."

"Heh, at least I managed to improve in some things at the very least."
With a groan, Lin Feng pushed himself up once more. Taking groggy steps, he made his way to the washroom as he tried to freshen up.
On the way, he glanced outside the window to see the sun hanging high up in the sky, signalling him that it was already noon.
Lin Feng's eyes widened slightly. Was he inside that dungeon for so long? He had woken up at 6am to cultivate, which ended by 9am. So, he had been walking at a snail's pace inside that tutorial for three hours?
That isn't worth it at all. However, what could he do about it? Complaining any more was a fruitless endeavour.
Taking some water to shower with, Lin Feng made up a plan as he thought of the tutorial once more.
While most people wouldn't dare to go back into the tutorial after something like that happened to him, Lin Feng wasn't afraid. The tutorial was hard, but as long as he could grind out some stats in the real world, it should be fine…
Right?
Not only that, there's definitely some sort of prize at the end of the tutorial. Hopefully it's the newbie package that every transmigrator with a system gets!
Finishing up, Lin Feng left his room. His stomach was growling in hunger at him and unlike cafeteria food in some countries, the food served at the Spirit Hall Academy cafeteria was pretty decent.
At the cafeteria, Lin Feng lined up for a while before he got his tray of food. Bringing it to an empty table, Lin Feng couldn't help but admire what he had gotten for lunch.
It was a risotto that had been cooked in a meat broth to creamy consistency. Powdered cheese and black pepper were sprinkled all over as four slices on thick-cut bacon laid on top.
Small slices of onions could be found within the risotto as they served to enhance the amazing fragrance from it. The weak smell of alcohol was mixed within the fragrance, telling that it had been cooked with wine.

Observe was a pretty self-explanatory skill though. Anyone who had ever read a system type novel would know what it does.
As Lin Feng began to eat, he tried to play around with the Observe skill a bit. It wasn't able to give Lin Feng much information about most of the people in the cafeteria, but they served well as a grindstone to level up his Observe.

Seeing these words appear in front of him, Lin Feng couldn't help but giggle involuntarily, causing people around him to look at him with a strange gaze. They discreetly scooched away as they tried their best to turn away.
Lin Feng noticed this of course, and his cheeks blushed red when he realised the reason for this.
Coughing drily, Lin Feng stood up as he deposited his food tray into the cleaning area. Then, he left the cafeteria to go to the training fields.
At a large open plain with large fences surrounding it, a large sign that read, 'Training Area', was hung on one of the fences. Walking forward, Lin Feng took out a badge that showed that he was a student of the Spirit Hall Academy to a guard before he was let in.
However, Lin Feng didn't forget to use Observe on that guy beforehand.
Privacy? What was that? That word didn't exist in Lin Feng's dictionary.

Lin Feng walked around for a bit after he entered the training area, using observe on random things to slowly grind them whilst he found a good spot to train at.

Seeing this, Lin Feng, being the curious boy he was, ran for that tree. Arriving at it, he saw a heart shape engraved on that tree along with words there.

At one glance, Lin Feng could already tell what this was supposed to be. If you didn't know, then BBD stood for Bibi Dong and YXG stood for Yu Xiaogang.
Yea… kinda surprising that it was still here considering all the hocus-pocus that Yu Xiaogang did to her. Guess Bibi Dong loved him too much huh?
Lin Feng personally wasn't really a fan of Yu Xiaogang in the original work. Yu Xiaogang abandoned Bibi Dong who loved him unconditionally to marry Liu Erlong.
Of course, there were a lot of things that led up to this that were out of Yu Xiaogang's control, but still, that didn't stop Lin Feng from disliking his character as a whole.

Oh! That was nice! It seemed that Lin Feng's little gossipy nature helped him grind as well.
Nonetheless, it was time for Lin Feng to go and train. He had been wasting enough time.

The thing that Lin Feng really wanted to train the most out of all his stats was agility. The reason for this was rather obvious.
His martial spirit was a spear, and people who used spears needed to be fast.
Simple right?
While that was the main stat he wanted to improve, the second stat he wanted to improve was strength. This was just so that each of his thrusts with his spear (hehe) would deal incredible penetrative damage at lightning speeds.
Now standing in an open field, Lin Feng was doing some exercises to test how the system would react to it.
100 pushups.
100 sit ups.
100 squats.
10km run.
Through the entire thing, lethargy creeped up on Lin Feng at all times. However, with sheer willpower and determination, he went through with it, not forgetting to continuously use observe on the way.
You couldn't forget to min max after all.

Unfortunately, the Observe skill didn't level up again, but it was still a pretty good haul for the day.
With sore limbs and muscles, Lin Feng went home for the day.
