6 My “Husband”

It was near the end of the day and I was heading down to go give the papers from the CEO to the finance team.

"Hey Haley! What are you doing here?"

"Oh Li Qiang! I'm here to give this to the head of the finance team." I held up the papers in my hand.

"Oh i'm the hea-"

The elevator opened and the CEO came running out.

"Stop! I forgot who the head was don't talk to him." he was panting and looked concerned.

"Why can't I talk to him?" I was really confused it made no sense to me.

Liu Wei glared at Li Qiang for reasons unbeknownst to me.

"Heyyyyyy!!!!! Cutieeee!!!"

A man that was dressed rather flamboyantly ran up to Li Qiang and kissed his cheek.

I've never been so shocked.

Li. Qiang. Is. Gay?

Of course I have nothing against him for it but why is it always the cute ones?

"We are not dating! Zhang Wei i'm sorry you're a great friend but i don't like you."

That's a relief. He's so cute. Oh wait, i'm married.... and my husband could kill anyone he wanted and probably not bat an eye.

I looked over at Liu Wei and realized that my new husband was so much better looking. But his personality was not what I would've wanted. Maybe if he looked like that and acted like Li Qiang I would've fallen for him immediately. Not that he's not great and funny. NO! What am I thinking I don't like him. I shook my head and looked in Li Qiang's direction.

"Um... okay well here you go Li Qiang can you give this to the head?" I handed him the papers with joyful eyes.

"I was saying earlier but I am the head of finance."

Wait so he also makes bank. He's a whole package but now I have to be married to this nightmare of a man.

"Li Qiang you won't be much longer if you keep coming onto my wife."

I glared at him. He had not right to tell anyone! Who does this man think he is! He noticed my glare.

"Don't listen to him Li Qiang we are not dating." I smiled at him lightly.

"Good because I was hoping to be your boyfriend." He teased me a little and I lightly blushed. I looked over at Liu Wei he balled his fist and looked ready to grab Li Qiang's throat. I grabbed my "husbands" arm and quietly excused me and him from the group of people before Li Qiang became his new punching bag.

We turned and got into the elevator.

The man next to me could freeze me with his cold glare.

"What is it sir?"

"Call me by sir again and see if I don't have you right here."

"W-wh-what?" I froze and my face was redder than a tomato. What was I suppose to say to this man? He really keeps me guessing.

"Call me by the choice of these names. Liu Wei, baby, honey."

"O-Okay Liu Wei."

I was suddenly pushed against the cold wall of the elevator by Liu Wei. He wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me close to his muscular body.

"It's so hard to control myself with you around."

I froze what am I suppose to do when he acts like this.

He was pulling my body closer to his and was staring at my lips. I wasn't able to pull away. He had such a solid build and he was extremely strong. Where did he find time to work out if all he ever did was work?

His lips connected with mine and I closed my eyes tightly. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't pull away I mean after all he was my husband.
