32 THIRTY-TWO

UNDERWORLD...

"SIRE, I have found her location. She's walking down an alley with a wolf boy" Grizon said while bowing.

"Good, now take these Sporiks and get me either her blood or herself" Liam said and then flicked his hand. The creatures immediately disappeared from the palace.....

BACK IN THE HUMAN REALM...

"Yeah, I also felt it. But it's not a wolf, not even a rogue" Jason said as he sniffed the area.

" Selena, we need to leave, now." Jason continued as he held Selena's hand and walked faster.

"Why are we walking so fast babe?" Selena asked.

"It's not an ordinary creature. It has a rotten smell; I don't want it to be what I'm thinking" Jason said as he stepped into the bushy forest like alley of his apartment...but the smell was getter closer and just when they were about taking a turn, they heard a growl....

"Oh, why are you waking away so fast? The party is just beginning" A hideous looking red skinned creature suddenly came into view with five blue skinned creatures behind it. The red one seemed to be the leader.

"Who and what are you?" Jason asked growling.

"Oh, forgive my manners, I'm Grizon and I'm on a mission" Grizon said as he gazed at Selena, smirking.

"What do you want from us, demon" Jason said as he pulled Selena behind him.

"I need the white-haired lady behind you and if you give her willingly, I might spare you" Grizon replied.

"If you want my mate, you'll have to go through me" Jason said as he charged towards the Nyxe.

"Oh please" Grizon said as he moved out of the way, avoiding Jason...Jason slide as he dragged his feet through the ground, his eyes now golden as he charged forward again towards Grizon who had predicted his move, but Jason had something else in mind. As Jason charged, he knew Grizon would move out of the way, so when Grizon less expected it, he shifted his position with a speed of light thanks to his powers and he punched Grizon so hard into the forest. He then ran into the forest, but the sporiks were already waiting for him next to Grizon. They all attacked him at once, Jason falling heavily to the floor, Selena quickly intervened as she used her powers to push two of the sporiks away by a huge force. Jason groaned in pain as he stood up. This time he growled as he shifted into his big black wolf, Rex...Rex roared as he charged towards the Sporiks again, not noticing that Grizon had sneakily hid behind a tree, and hell broke loose as they fought roughly. While Jason tried fighting off two of the Sporiks that attacked him, the other ones ran towards Selena, but Jason was quick to finish up the two sporiks. He leapt into the air as he pounced on the sporiks after Selena. As he fought off two, the last one clawed him on his back. Jason howled in pain, but it did not last as sprinted towards the sporiks, tearing them limb by limb. Grizon who watching as he waited for the perfect opportunity to strike, came from behind and clawed Jason from his chest down to his stomach. Jason shouted in pain as he fell to the ground on his knees, but before it could end things, fire spikes with purple flames were sent towards Grizon. Grizon's attention was now fully on Selena as he started going towards Selena, very slowly as if savoring his soon to be victory...Selena on the other hand feared for Jason and herself as she watched Grizon get closer and closer, claws out and ready to devour, but didn't know how to help Jason and also get out of this mess. Selena was panicking thinking of what to do ,but something in her was telling her that the creature was a creature of darkness, and she was of darkness, it was telling her to release and after watching a bit more and seeing that Jason needs help, she took a deep breathe, listening to the voice that told her not to fight the darkness within her, she suddenly screamed in pain as she held her head and fell on her knees.....Selena shouted and writhed in pain and after what seemed like a million years, she finally stood up, hair glowing as it floats, eyes bright purple as she looked at the Sporiks. She moved with the speed of light, touching each of the sporiks on its head and before they could understand what was going on, they all froze up as their bodies turned into stone before eventually scattering into pieces. Selena stopped as she looked at her very injured mate and her eyes glowed even brighter....

"YOU HAVE HURT MY MINE AND KNOW; I SHALL SEEK VENGEANCE TEN-FOLD" Selena said as she stared daggers at the Nyxe.

" You think killing the sporiks will make me scared, I am not afraid of you, I am the highest rank of my kind and none of those your little tricks will work on me" The Nyxe said.

"Oh, you will be afraid of me once I'm done with you" Selena said as she suddenly appeared in front of the Nyxe. She placed her index finger on its forehead, and he began shouting in pain as some dark mist started leaving him. He tried to move but could not as he was frozen on the spot....After a bit of torture and struggling, the monster turned green, fell on the floor and melted as Selena watched as her eyes glowed much brighter almost white.... Slowly, her eyes turned normal and her hair stopped floating. She then rushed up to Jason who was already healing.

"Babe, are you okay?" Selena asked.

"Yeah, and hey, you finally controlled your dark powers" Jason said.

"Yeah, I just embraced it and not struggle" Selena said.

"Well, I'm happy for you babe. I just hope it won't hurt you" Jason said as he caressed Selena white hair, while closing his eyes....
