89 Stone Tablet

After the two had tested each other, Keshiro led Araki to the underground floor of the Naka Shrine. This was the location where the Uchiha kept their secret texts.

Ignoring the texts related solely to the Uchiha Clan, Araki followed Keshiro to a stone tablet.

Keshiro said to Araki while pointing at the stone tablet, "This is the stone tablet left behind by the Sage of the Six Paths for the Uchiha Clan."

It was quite a huge tablet and pretty much blank to Araki's eyes. His eyebrows twitched at the moment, and he sarcastically said, "What a great message left behind by the Sage of the Six Paths…"

Keshiro didn't get his sarcastic tone and thought he was serious. He though Araki could actually read it without a Sharingan.

Araki stared at Keshiro's face for some time before he realised this dumbass didn't even get his sarcasm.

He said, "Are you really messing with me?! It is pretty much blank! Where the heck is that message from the Sage of the Six Paths?"

"Ohh… So, you really can't read it." Keshiro even nodded at the end of his statement. That was more appropriate. If someone could indeed read it even without a Sharingan that would be weird. Even Uchihas without their Sharingan couldn't read it.

Keshiro narrated what it said to Araki, "It says 'Seeking stability, one god was divided into yin and yang, these opposing two acting together obtain all things in creation.'"

Keshiro was somewhat surprised when he saw another line of text. He hadn't seen this text before. It seemed that this must be because of the fact that he unlocked Mangekyou Sharingan.

Araki noticed the surprise in Keshiro's eyes and said, "And? What else does it say?"

Keshiro thought there was no harm in mentioning it to Araki, "It also says 'When someone who possesses the power of Saṃsāra approaches the moon, an eye will open that is reflected on the moon to grant the eternal dream.'"

Araki's eyes widened at that statement as he thought 'Samsara? That must mean the power of the Sage of the Six Paths, meaning the Rinnegan and Juubi combined… And an eye reflected on the moon? That seems familiar… Is it similar to that thing I saw in Juubi's mindscape? That red-coloured moon? That moon seemed similar to the 9-Tomoe Sharingan.'

"An eternal Tsukuyomi over the world? Does that mean the user will be able to control all their dreams?" Keshiro muttered with a low voice.

Araki raised his head and saw some signs of understanding appearing in Keshiro's eyes. He somewhat understood what Keshiro was thinking of.

"A god was divided into Yin and Yang, meaning the Uchiha and the Senju. It means that you can get the power of the god once again by recombining these two once again." Araki said to Keshiro with a low voice.

Keshiro had the same idea.

Araki internally thought 'Is this how Madara got the idea of using my grandfather's cells to become the most powerful? Why would the Sage of the Six Paths write the way to acquire his own powers on the Uchiha Stone Tablet? Did he want someone from the Uchiha Clan to reach his level of power?'

And then the last question in his head 'And where is that Black Zetsu, right now?'

That question brought a frown on his face. With his sage mode, his sensing skill had boosted by a considerable amount yet, yet Araki couldn't find him nearby.

Just where was the Black Zetsu at the moment?

"Senju Araki, have you accomplished your objective?" Keshiro asked him rather neutrally.

Araki thought for some time before nodding. He really was done here.

As they were walking out of the Naka Shrine, Araki suddenly glared at Keshiro with a cold look in his eyes, "Uchiha Keshiro… If you do dare to take the cells of any of the Senju Clan members, whether dead or alive, I assure you, the Uchiha Clan would be buried that very same day. And believe me, when I say, I will know if you have them or not!"

Keshiro nervously gulped down a mouthful of saliva before nodding. He unconsciously used the power of his right eye, the eye which showed him the flow of future.

In that future, he saw that the Uchiha Clan had completely vanished with not a single descendant.

"I… I give you my word. This won't ever happen." Not at all hesitating, Keshiro promised Araki.

"Hmph…" Araki started walking towards the Senju Clan Manor.

The next day, Araki and Nagato were in the Senju Clan's training ground. Araki was instructing Nagato on how to control and train his elements.

This was because he wanted to see the power of the Rinnegan. Just how powerful were the eyes of the Sage of the Six Paths? It was said that the inheritor of Rinnegan could master all elements in the world.

This fact seemed to be true as Nagato's chakra affinity seemed to be perfectly aligned with all the five elements. But… combining them and using them as Bloodline Limit was quite challenging for him.

Even with Araki personally instructing him, he couldn't use Mokuton at all. Moreover, although his chakra was strong, it seemed far-cry from his own, whether it was in terms of quantity or quality.

Araki felt that even before his chakra was refined by the Gedo Statue, his chakra was still stronger than Nagato's chakra.

This only proved that this Rinnegan wasn't Nagato's Rinnegan. It was implanted by someone…And the only person who could implant it would be Madara, or perhaps that Black Zetsu…

The most Nagato could use the Rinnegan was to enhance his elemental control and attract and repel things, and lastly absorb Chakra. Though he had quite a control over the attraction and repelling things, it still wasn't enough to please Araki. As for the absorption, it seemed that he could absorb chakra but not the physical mass of the jutsu.

This was far from sufficient for Araki…

"Is it possible that he can't use it perfectly because he hasn't truly activated it? Are the condition like Sharingan where the user has to feel some sort of excitement or trauma to activate it?" Araki wondered in his head. It might be possible considering it was the evolved form of Sharingan.

So, he decided to test this theory.

For that, he knew he had to call on for Keshiro's help. Although he didn't want to tell that person about Rinnegan, it was necessary at this moment. He had to know of the Rinnegan's powers or else he wouldn't be able to plan ahead…

Keshiro wouldn't make any decision which would be harmful to the Uchiha Clan… But if he did make a decision against Araki, it wouldn't be that hard for Araki to silence him.
