17 Chapter 16

"I heard that went well," I said as I sunk into the hot water. My body was sore and my muscles burned. "But thank you for doing that."

"I told you I would," he went to the stall with the toilet.

This man was as primitive as they came. He took what he wanted, he relieved himself when he wanted, stood naked in-front of whomever he wanted. He made no apologies and refused to pretend differently.

He came out of the stall pumping himself as he watched me bathe. I averted my eyes.

"No you don't," he demanded huskily. "I'll not ask you to take my size again tonight but you'll watch me as I pleasure myself." I slowly looked at him as he stroked himself. "Stand up lass so I can see you."

I pulled myself out of the water as he hungrily scanned his eyes over me.

"Have you washed yourself?" He asked. I shook my head no. "Spread your legs and wash as I watch."

I took my wash cloth and soaped it up. I knew he wanted the best view possible so I spread my leg as wide as I could, washing off the blood and remnants of our love making. Wait was that what it was? Love making? Or duty.

The water ran pink down my legs as cleaned myself off. He was pumping faster as he watched me.

"Touch yourself," he growled.

My eyes alarmed. "I don't know what to do."

He seemed intrigued. "You've never touched yourself?"

I shook my head. "No, I've never felt the need too."

He smirked. "I'll have to show you then," he let go of himself and got into the bath with me. He pulled me down until we both were in the water and sat on his lap with his chest to my back. "Spread your legs, my beauty."

I did as he said and he took my hand in his. He placed my fingers against my clit and began to massage me.

"When I'm gone, you'll be happy to know this," he whispered into my ear.

He swirled my fingers around and showed me how to slip them inside and massage myself.

My back arched against him and I felt his hardness under me.

"I know I said, I would not ask you to take me again..." he said as he pressed his cock at my entrance.

I took the initiative and sank myself onto him. I was still tender and sore but the look in his silver eyes made it all worth it. I instinctively began to move up and down his size.

"If I had not just taken your maidenhead I would no believe you were a virgin the way you are moving on me."

"I'm quick learner," I breathed over my shoulder.

He grabbed my hips and began to set my pace, faster and faster. I felt the build up within me as he speared me over and over.

"That's my good lass," he felt me tighten around him.

That night he awoke with a start. I jumped in surprise as he got out of bed and threw on his clothes.

"Put something on and meet me in my study," he growled and left the room.

My mind raced as I tried to wrap my sleepy brain around what was happening.

I threw on a comfortable track suit and went barefoot to his office where Sean, Humphrey, Bale, and Morgan stood around in hushed tones.

"What's going on?" I asked as I entered the room and shut the door behind me.

I could see the fear on Humphrey's face. I knew it had to be about Tally. That man was always in control of himself and his emotions.

"Where is she?" I whispered knowing I was correct. My stomach began to drop.

"Cavendish is looking for her now, along with all the resources we could get him," Arthur explained.

"Do you know where Emory would be staying?" Humphrey pleaded with me.

"Em? Why? Do you think he knows where Tally is?" This did not make sense.

"He's the one who took her," Arthur explained.

I chewed on my lip. "Are you sure she didn't run away with him?"

Arthur shook his head. "He had four wolves take her and they left a message for Harry. So we need to find Emory."

"I can call Tak." I looked at Arthur for permission. It was an odd sensation needing someone else's permission.

"We've tried reaching him," Humphrey said. "He went away after your wedding to pull himself together."

"He may answer for her," Sean tried to alleviate Humphrey's worry.

"Do it," Arthur demanded.

I pulled out my phone and put it on speaker.

"Hello beautiful," a chipper voice came from over the line. "I wondered when you would call. That old man not keeping you entertained?"

Arthur growled and rolled his eyes.

"Tak this is serious, do you know where Emory is?" I said sternly.

He snorted. "Ummm no I'm in the Bahamas."

"Tak, Emory took Tally," I explained.

There was a silence on the line. "What do you mean took her?"

He was finally taking this seriously.

"Apparently he kidnapped her using members of the republic. Where would he be holding her?"

"The old Johns mansion," he said.

"What do you mean, John's mansion?"

"Not John's mansion the mansion that belonged to the Johns family," he gruffed.

"His mother was a Johns, she named him after her maiden name," Humphrey explained. "But why would Emory be in that house?"

"John left it to his only son in his will," Tak explained.

It took us all a second to understand what he meant. I knew I had gone ghost white when it occurred to me.

"I told you that bastard wasn't to be trusted," Sean growled at Humphrey.

"He imprinted on her, he would never hurt her," Humphrey said for his own concern.

"He may not hurt her but he will try and breed with her," Tak said over the line. "I'm going back to Canada ASAP to help, I'm getting a flight in an hour."

"I'll meet you there," Humphrey said leaving the study.

I knew he could not publicly acknowledge Tak but I could tell he loved his son in his own way.

"I want to go too," I demanded.

"No," Arthur snapped. "You'll stay here."

I shook my head. "No one is a better fighter or tracker than I."

"She will need you when they find her," Sean explained. "We need you to stay here and prepare for her. I'm certain Cavendish will not want her to stay in Kelowna after all this is over."

"I'm going," I snapped and headed for the door.

"Lass, you'll stay here and do as you're told!" Arthur roared at me before I left.

I turned slowly to him. "My little sister is missing. That bastard probably has her chained up trying to break her. She's not as strong as I was. She won't be able to fight off Emory. She needs me."

"She needs you safe and here." Sean tried to calm the tension between us. "Like you said, you understand her plight. So you can be here to help her through it."

I glared at Arthur. "Are you forbidding me, alpha?"

"Yes."

I knew I could not break a rule that he had laid down. It was impossible.

I simply nodded and slammed the study door behind me.
