LAST TIME:

"Now come child, accept your first test." She said as she slowly extended out a blue orb as Percy just stared at it as he gulped a bit. He had no idea what awaited him inside the test or what he needed to do.

"Do you know what will happen?" Percy asked as Ananke gave a soft smile.

"Knowing Pontus… a test of understanding." She said simply as Percy nodded as he slowly extended his hand as he suddenly paused.

"Also, I am sorry about what happened to Chronos." He suddenly said as Ananke just gave a silent nod.

"It was his choice that led him to his destiny and I must accept that. Do not worry Percy, he is at peace and hopefully one day I can reunite with him, maybe in another life." She said with a sigh that made Percy's heart clench as he felt a fire or anger and vengeance burn in him. He then extended out his hand and grabbed the orb as the world around him shattered.

NOW:

THIRD PERSON POV:

Percy didn't know what happened but he felt weightless and incorporeal as he couldn't feel or find his body. His senses were gone other than touch as he suddenly felt his being begin to move as he began freefalling. Percy wasn't scared in the least as he began to fall down, suddenly his body smashed into something but Percy didn't feel an ounce of pain. Only the feeling that his body was starting to grow bigger and slide down something.

Still Percy just felt what he could as his body began to grow as time passed. Soon from what he imagined was only a speck of sand it grew into the size of a thumb. Then he touched something and his body began to rapidly grow bigger and longer. It was constantly moving with gravity as he grew and grew. Small specks falling from the sky onto him made him grow even more as he began to understand what he was.

A flowing creek, he was experiencing what it was to be water. Percy was astonished as more and more streams flowed into him as his form continued to lengthen in odd ways. His brain barely managed to keep up as his sense of touch was magnified many times over. Finally his creek form reached something much bigger. He had finally touched a river as he felt the river slowly move forwards as it cut itself into the earth it ran over. The concept of time was lost as Percy could feel the earth giving way to his massive form. The earth changed as he simply moved over it, nothing could stop the river as Percy continued to feel.

Finally the river connected to something else entirely, finally Percy had reached the sea. Instantly a vastness completely unknown to Percy entered his mind that it simply made him stop thinking. His senses spread and spread until finally Percy was almost in a coma-like state. His mind was overwhelmed as he could only feel the vastness that was a sea. His massive body churned and moved as he felt warmth and coldness making him move against his will.

He felt the earth shift underneath him that caused his massive form to shift as his surface quaked and formed tsunamis. Storms howled above him pelting him with rain and more water as he could feel himself constantly losing and regaining water with the temperature he went through. He just simply rested there and absorbed everything he could feel, animals and creatures traveling through him, lightning striking his surface, shifting of tectonic plates underneath him.

"Truly amazing isn't it?" Suddenly a male voice filled his ear as Percy's eyes snapped open as he gasped for air. His catatonic state tore away in an instant as Percy felt cold beads of sweat running down his face and back. The sensation of being a sea was still fresh in his mind as he swallowed the saliva in his mouth a bit as he slowly turned his head to reveal Pontus as he floated silently in the air.

Chaos had explained how the inheritances would work, each primordial would put a tiny sliver of their soul in them to help guide Percy. Once the inheritance was completed the soul would dissipate. The soul slivers also didn't have the energy to exist for long so anytime he wasn't using it they were sleeping and saving energy. Percy felt bad knowing that they would just dissipate but there was no way he could save the slivers either.

Percy just eyed Pontus as he examined him. He was currently dressed up in the same Hawaiian clothes and straw hat he had seen the primordial in. His skin blue as ever, though with his handsome features it did not look displeasing to the eye. His eyes like tumbling seas of power as Percy couldn't help but chuckle as he remembered to answer the question.

"Amazing? I am not sure if that word does it justice." Percy said as Pontus smiled even wider as he gave a laugh.

"That is a good answer. So what did you learn from this?" Pontus suddenly asked as Percy stayed quiet as his mind deciphered and categorized everything he had felt for who knows how long. It could have been a few minutes, it could have been a million years. He was not sure.

"The sea is vast, so incredibly vast. It never stops for anything in its path, it is an unstoppable force that seems tame but in a single second it can become hell on earth. The sea also gives life and takes it away, it creates storms to topple cities and also simple rain showers to water crops. There is just so much it does that nobody notices." Percy managed to say in the least words he could as Pontus nodded slightly.

"Your words are correct but your understanding… is still lacking." He said as Percy frowned a bit but couldn't help but agree, there was simply too much to know about the sea.

"So what now?" Percy asked as Pontus gave a small nod.

"You will leave here and then start on your journey to start understanding the powers of the sea. Once it has grown to a certain level you will automatically gain the first third of the primordial domain of the sea. Unfortunately your body is only so strong and I must partition the domain so you don't die when receiving it. Once you are strong enough you may return and then answer two more questions to receive the full domain." Pontus said as Percy nodded as he slowly stood up as Pontus gave him a soft look.

"Until next time I guess…" Percy said softly as Pontus smirked a bit.

"Don't be sorry Percy, we made our choice and we have no regrets. I just wish the real me could have met you a bit more. Until next time…. Brother." Pontus said as Percy felt a wave of drowsiness wash over him as his vision went black.

TIME SKIP: Saturday.

"So that is basically what happened." Chiron explained as Percy pursed his lips and bit as he stewed over the news of his half brother, whose name he had just found out was Nick; Nick Knowls.

Apparently during a game of capture the flag Nick was cornered and used his powers, Poseidon had claimed him in turn. That wasn't the only news though, as a hellhound had made an appearance in camp and had caused a mess. The beast aiming right for Nick, he had been hurt but luckily survived. Though this showed Percy something was going on with the camp, a hellhound doesn't just walk into camp… unless it was Orthos of course.

"So let me get this straight, you started a quest and then Nick got his oracle by that creepy thing in the attic.. Zeus is basically making him, a 12 year old kid, go across the country to retrieve his master bolt from Hades?"

"Indeed so."

"Why doesn't he just ask me to retrieve it? It would be so much easier and over in like… a day?" Percy asked in a slightly flabbergasted tone as Chiron just raised an eyebrow as Dionysus gave a loud laugh. Seeing the two's reactions Percy couldn't help but blush and cough a bit as he rubbed his head.

"Okay, point taken. We both share a mutual dislike and distrust for each other. That doesn't explain why I need to be here." Percy said as Chiron nodded as he reached down and handed Percy something as Percy raised an eyebrow.

"Technically two quests have been issued. One for you and the other for Nick. This is some general supplies from camp that I thought you might need." Chiron said as Percy's flickered with understanding.

"Kinda figured this was going to happen. Let me guess… I am tasked with keeping the kids safe?" Percy said with a sigh as Chiron gave a light nod but stopped as he thought of something else.

"Technically no, it is you and another." He said as Percy suddenly started to grow curious. Percy was one of the strongest demigods that he knew of, who could possibly keep up with him?

"Think of it as backup for the backup if you will, Zeus is about ready to wage war while another war is about to happen. The council decided to cover all possibilities just in case. They will meet you when you depart. Also… stay out of sight, Nick and his fellow demigods going on this quest do not need to know you are there. Think of helping from the shadows." Chiron explained as Percy nodded, understanding the gist of it. Backup for the backup though? Were they possibly sending a minor god?

"I never asked, who is going on Nick's quest with him?" Percy asked as he had a gut feeling he already knew one of them.

"It is Annabeth and Grover."

"Knew she would work her way in somehow." Percy said with a smirk as Mr. D chuckled as Chiron nodded in understanding.

"So when do they depart? Also the quest timeline?" Percy asked as he just accepted the fact he was going on this quest, it wasn't like he didn't expect this to happen. Still needed time just in case.

"A few days from now, they will get some gear from camp. Although they need to be back before the summer solstice, if they can't… war will rage." Chiron said with a gloomy voice as Percy nodded.

"Well just shoot me an IM when they depart and I will follow. Also… did anyone tell him who I was?" Percy asked as Chiron gave a soft smile as Percy seemed a bit nervous for the information.

"He did ask about you, yes, Annabeth took the liberty of explaining you were a much older son of Poseidon that helps the gods by guiding stray demigods. He actually wishes to meet you and thank you for saving him." He said as Percy gave a soft smile, he didn't quite know how to feel about his half brother. The only sibling he had was Tracy but to actually have a sibling he shared blood with was something different.

"Maybe when he gets back from this quest I will meet him and we can chat." Percy said with a small smile as Chiron did the same.

"Ahh aren't you cute." Dionysus said as Percy glanced at the wine god.

"Cuter than you ever will be." Percy said without missing a beat as the wine god smirked at his retort.

"Please you wish you were as handsome as me." He said flipping his hair a bit as Percy pursed his lips as Chiron did the same.

"S-Sure." Percy said looking away as he gathered his things Chiron had given him, even though he didn't really need them he still wouldn't turn it down. Chiron was the best mentor out there and when he and Percy talked Percy constantly learned new things from him. He was always grateful to the old centaur.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Mr. D asked but Percy was already out the door as Chiron gave a small snort.

"You think I'm handsome right Chiron?" He asked as the centaur slowly stood up and looked over at the god. A mask of serious thought on his face as he seemed to come up with something.

"With the right amount of wine, of course." Chiron said as Mr. D's eyes went wide in shock and he even dropped his soda as Chiron gave a chuckle and trotted out of the big house leaving the god to himself.

"It seems Chiron finally learned how to joke." Mr. D said in complete awe.

LINEBREAK:

LOCATION: SALLY'S HOUSE

Percy stood outside Sally's house with a wide smile, he knew she had said she would come over but he just couldn't wait and decided to pick her up. With several knocks on the door he patiently waited, however nobody answered after nearly 5 minutes as he seemed to deflate a bit. He simply knocked again and continued to wait but still nothing after another 5 minutes as he worried he missed her.

"Hmm…" Percy seemed to think again as he placed his hand against the door and closed his eyes and expanded his senses a bit. A little trick he learned over the years as he intently listened for anything inside, that is when he heard it. A shaky breath and coughing came from inside as he instantly grew worried.

"Mom!" Percy yelled but the noise from inside continued without pause as he furrowed his eyebrows.

"Sorry about the door." Percy said as he suddenly summoned his Kopis as the blade came to life in his hands. With one swift motion Percy slashed right in the crack of the door, severing the locks that held the door shut as it slowly creaked inward. The first thing Percy noticed was the smell of booze, he wrinkled his nose in protest as the worry in him grew.

Without a word he pushed open the door as he suddenly froze as the door pushed several shattered bottles of booze and wine out of the way. A tremor passed through Percy as long lost memories of the time he spent with Gabe surfaced in an instant. The sound, the smell, the broken glass, everything flung him into the past as Percy had to shake his head as he gritted his teeth.

"Mom!" Percy yelled as he peered into the dark room finding it completely destroyed and torn apart as Percy's eyes went wide as he quickly rushed inside. The whole apartment had a stale and strong scent of booze only got worse as he ran inside. His feet not finding a single clean surface to run on as he quickly zoned in on the sound of his mother.

Like a bullet he shot towards the bathroom praying for best as he found the bathroom door battered and broken and wide open. Inside was Sally slumped against the toilet, Percy was instantly overwhelmed with emotions and brought to tears as he saw her state. She looked on the cusp of death itself, her hair greasy and matted and she appeared pale and sickly, her lips chapped and even bleeding a bit.

Only a vomit stained shirt covered her as her bare legs shivered against the cool tile. In one hand was a half empty bottle of wine that spilled onto the ground and in the other was a photo frame that had a picture of her and Percy in it.

"..." Percy was at a loss of words as he took shaky steps forward. Each seeming to drain him of strength as he watched tears leak from Sally's closed eyes as she suddenly coughed a bit. Small splatters of blood flung out of her mouth as they splattered the toilet which was full of vomit and blood. Percy suddenly lost all of the strength in his legs as he fell to his knees in front of Sally as he reached forwards and hugged her.

"Please be okay." Percy said but Sally didn't respond as she continued to take shaky breaths and slowly exhale in a wheeze. Percy's emotions continued to surge as he felt her weak heartbeat pass through her shirt as tears streamed down his face. A million thoughts ran through his head as he tried to find the cause of what was happening. She was so happy and cheerful when he saw her a few days ago. Suddenly something clicked in his head, the letter he left here.

"Aphrodite!" Percy roared in pure anger as a deep black aura surged from him and slammed into everything around him. Everything was pushed away from him as his anger continued to surge and turn into pure madness, his rage seeming to have no end in this moment. His normally calm galaxy-like iris turned into pitch black vortexes, his whole body shook as he held his mother even tighter. Just then Sally coughed again into his chest as Percy snapped back to reality, his aura fading and his anger slowly burying itself inside him as he focused on her.

"Mom! Wake up! Come on…" Percy pleaded as he patted her cheek roughly a few times but Sally showed no reaction as she laid limp in his arms as he gritted his teeth. He needed to get her help immediately.

"I need to get her to Asclepius." Percy told himself as his legs found the strength of stand as he picked her up from the ground. The bottle in her hand clanked to the ground but her grip on the photo frame only seemed to tighten as she unconsciously pulled it closer to her chest. Just as he walked out of the bathroom Percy was suddenly greeted by a bronze rapier with a rose thorn basket hilt at his throat as he froze.

"UNHAND HER YOU… monster?" Standing before Percy was Cammy herself with a face that was quickly changing from one of pure rage to pure confusion. She just blinked several times as if checking to make sure her one good eye was still working. Percy just looked down at his priestess as she had switched from her normal robes to a simple pink sundress with ruffles, a slight touch of makeup on her face as she seemed to try to hide her scar. Once her eye met his, the once steady rapier began to shake as she quickly pulled it back as the rapier swiftly turned back into a necklace resting on her neckline that had a symbol of Chaos on it.

"L-Lord, what happened to Sally?" Cammy asked in a panicked voice as if the last instant didn't happen as Percy snapped out of his thoughts and focused back on his mother.

"I don't know, we have to get her to Asclepius immediately. His palace of practice is not too far from here, come with me." Percy said as Cammy nodded quickly as the two rushed out the broken apartment.

LINEBREAK (There seems to be a lot of these)

"How is she?" Percy and Cammy asked rapidly as the medicine god rounded the corner and closed in on the two. Percy and Cammy however shared a glance at one another as Asclepius gave the two an odd look.

"She… is stable." Asclepius said as both Percy and Cammy sighed in relief.

"Do not celebrate early, as she isn't out of the water yet. Her body is not getting any worse but her spirit…" He paused and sighed as Percy and Cammy both paled as they understood his unsaid words.

"You can save her right?" Percy asked as Asclepius turned to the worried boy.

"I can try but the soul is… tricky. Her will to live has been crushed and her soul is crumbling in turn. If this carries on she will eventually die." He said as Cammy collapsed to the ground with her hands to her mouth as Percy shook in place.

"You must save her, Asclepius! You are the god who cured death! There must you be something you can do!" Percy yelled as he grabbed the god by the shoulders as the god met Percy's eyes and gave a heavy sigh.

"A crumbling will and a shattering soul is far harder to cure than death, I will do my best this I promise." Asclepius said as she slowly took Percy's hands in his own as he gave them a firm squeeze.

"In the meantime, I need you to do a few things. Go and find what happened to her so I can get a better understanding of why her will is collapsing." Asclepius said as Percy nodded quickly taking up the task, he already knew just who to interrogate… he meant confront.

"Cammy, stay here and watch over mom." Percy said as Cammy nodded as she slowly picked herself up off the ground as Asclepius gave a nod to both and then returned around the corner back to where Sally was being kept.

"Thank you." Percy suddenly said as Cammy glanced at him.

"Anything for the lord." She whispered as Percy shook his head.

"Out here I am no lord, also… nevermind." Percy said but stopped as Cammy gave him a curious look.

"What is it Lor… I mean Percy?" Cammy said as she tried to correct herself as Percy chuckled.

"I was simply wondering why you were visiting today of all days." Percy said as Cammy froze for a second.

"I-I was simply meant to catch up with Sally. After you gave me her new address I was a bit… over excited and jumped the gun a bit." Cammy admitted as Percy nodded as he suddenly chuckled.

"It seems that destiny is funny sometimes. One of us would have found her regardless of what may have happened." Percy said as Cammy just stared at Percy as he closed his eyes and took a long breath and then released it as he suddenly turned to her.

"Cammy… how do I get in touch with your mom as fast as possible?" He asked as Cammy was stunned by the question.

LINEBREAK:

"Oh Percy you shouldn't have." Aphrodite said happily as Percy held a deep frown on his face as he tossed more offerings into the open fire for her. Aphrodite sat across from him admiring several new glittering bits of jewelry on her fingers and wrists as more and more began to appear as Percy tossed the last of them into it as the fire gave a puff of smoke in the shape of a heart.

"I really shouldn't have, but you never answer my IM's and I needed to get in contact with you." Percy said quickly as the love goddess admired a fancy ring on her finger as she gave a stunning smile. Currently she was in a form Percy had never actually seen her in before. She was dressed in a stunning nearly see through white toga that hugged every curve of her scandalous body. Her hair was bubblegum pink with golden highlights that flowed down like a waterfall of silk that went down to her large breasts that were bigger than anything Percy had ever seen.

Her toga even revealed small bumps where her nipples lay on her breasts adding to the tantalizing image. Her hourglass figure leading down to a pair of wide hips and big ass that was also hugged by her toga revealing a deep V right at her pelvis. Her long legs taking delicate steps as she walked around in circles admiring a new necklace that was covered in gems and diamonds. Her petite feet lay bare as somehow the dirty ground beneath them was unable to dirty them.

"Truly stunning gifts! So how can I help you with Percy? Also is my true form really that appealing to you?" Aphrodite asked in a soft curious tone with a happy smile as Percy blinked as he found his gaze lingering on her body that was the embodiment of lust and love. Somehow this form had broken past his resistance he had built up against the goddess.

"The bet you had with my mom, what was it about?" He asked in a flat tone as his gaze found her kaleidoscope like eyes, their colors changed every few seconds in a entracing manner. However the goddess' stunning face suddenly went from happy smile to actual sadness and remorse as she gave the softest of sighs. Her head looked down at the necklace in her hands as she suddenly found it unappealing.

"I can't say Percy." She said softly as Percy's fists clenched hard as he suddenly reached for the goddess as he grabbed her shoulders.

"MY MOTHER IS DYING BECAUSE OF THIS! I FOUND HER DROWNING HERSELF IN BOOZE AND HER SOUL BREAKING APART! TELL ME!! Please…" Percy screamed as his buried rage exploded outwards and his black aura flared, his hands shaking the shorter love goddess as her eyes widened with surprise. However Percy hung his head as he begged at the end, his arms shaking as he held tight to the love goddess as she stayed silent. Her thoughts clouded as she watched one of the strongest demigods she knew crumble before her.

"..." Aphrodite kept quiet as Percy continued to stay silent as well as his body shook and his aura flared a few more times then receded. Aphrodite took a long breath as she gave a soft exhale as her conflicted thoughts finally seemed to make a decision.

"It is about Sally's relationship with Poseidon, I am sure you are already aware of your new half brother Nick." She said softly as Percy nodded and slowly took his hands off Aphrodite as they continued to shake. The sensation of the goddess' skin doubled its normal effectiveness as Percy fought against the feeling to grab her again.

"I am aware of him." Percy said simply as Aprhodite nodded as she glanced at Percy and gave another soft sigh as she rubbed her head a bit and then began to walk in circles. Percy just looked at her confused as the normally giggly and funny love goddess was now showing a face of frustration.

"I am bound by an oath to not reveal any details… but I can leave you some hints. His age is roughly the same as your real one, Poseidon… messed up. That is all I can say." Aphrodite said with a small grunt as suddenly a trickle of golden blood dripped from her nose. The oath took its payment from her as she broke the contract a bit as she wiped away the blood.

"Poseidon…" Percy said in nothing but a whisper as he started to connect the dots. Everything began to make sense as he gritted his teeth.

"Never thought I would say this but, thank you Aphrodite." Percy said as he began to walk away as Aphrodite shot Percy a look of worry.

"What are you planning on doing?" Aphrodite asked as Percy paused and shot her a small glance as Aphrodite's eyes widened as they met his. Dark storms of hatred and malice swelled deep inside his galaxy like eyes, so much so that even a goddess who had seen the world was taken aback.

"Just… going to have a chat with Poseidon is all." Percy said in a low tone but his face was shrouded in anger. Seeing his expression Aphrodite knew instantly what he intended to do.

"You will not win if you fight him." Aphrodite said with a touch of worry as Percy just turned his head forward as Orthos slowly stood up from his prone position not too far away and walked over to Percy as the shadows began to wrap around Percy and him.

"..." Percy didn't say anything as the shadows wrapped around him full and he was gone as Aphrodite was left alone by the fire as her eyes were filled with worry.

"Why must the good ones always be so stubborn and die early?" Aphoridte said as she showed a look of sorrow.

PERCY POV:

I stood quietly on top of the ocean far off the east coast as I stared at the billowing dark clouds above me, Poseidon and Zeus both presenting their strong fronts against each other as the choppy waves splashed all around me. The sea breeze caused my obsidian black hair to flip wildly as I took a deep breath. I could feel the sea begin to shift and move as a presence began to work its way towards me.

I just waited silently until finally the figure rose out of the water as I instantly recognized Poseidon. He was in his normal attire, a Hawaiian shirt with coconuts and flowers on it, tan cargo shorts, and leather sandals. His black hair was free of his normal hat and was actually pulled back into a short ponytail. His face however was filled with tiredness and regret as he just stared at me.

"I assume you know why I'm here?" I asked in a flat tone as he nodded.

"Your brother is someone you don't need to worry about, Percy. He is a good kid." Poseidon said in a calm tone as I suddenly chuckled as I found him actually not knowing, this caused Poseidon to give me a confused look.

"I don't care about him, he doesn't matter in any of this! What matters is what you did!" I yelled angrily as Poseidon grew more confused as I felt my anger begging to boil inside me again. The winds around us were beginning to strengthen as time moved on.

"Then why are you here?" Poseidon asked in a deep unfluctuating voice as I gritted my teeth, of course he wouldn't know.

"Sally Jackson is why I am here! MY MOTHER!" I roared angrily as the choppy waves grew more intense as Poseidon's eyes blinked in genuine surprise.

"What have I done to her?" He asked, confused as my anger continued to grow.

"She found out what you did! She knows you cheated on her when you two were together, not only did you cheat on her! You had another child with that woman when you were with her! After she found out she drowned herself in booze and nearly killed herself! Asclepius doesn't know if she will even survive! SHE IS DYING BECAUSE OF YOU!" I yelled as Poseidon's eyes widened a bit he blinked a few times.

"That's…" Poseidon said but I wasn't done as I didn't let him speak.

"Was having a blood child really that important to you!? WAS SHE NOT ENOUGH FOR YOU!? WAS I… not enough for you? Couldn't you have waited?" I screamed in a frustrated tone but towards the end I lost my steam as the words slipped out of my mouth. The wind and waves stormed around us as Poseidon finally seemed to have found words.

"I-I didn't mean for any of this to happen… I was impatient. Your mother was very important to me but… she couldn't give me what I wished for. I am sorry." He said as I stared at him wide eyed as finally anger couldn't be restrained as I moved. I clenched my fist and punched forward as hard as I could, Poseidon didn't move as my fist landed right into his face.

*BOOM*

A deafening boom and an explosion pushed back the raging wind and water around us, only the water we were standing on remained still. My fist shook as it remained on Poseidon cheek as a small amount of blood began to leak from my fist. Poseidon however remained steady and unmoving, his eyes slowly opening as his glowing sea green iris met mine.

"I understand your anger Percy. I know what I did to Sally was wrong, I should have never done what I did. The past… cannot be changed." Poseidon said as he pushed back my fist from his face as I only grew angrier by his calm attitude.

"If you are so sorry, why don't you seem worried that she is dying!? You didn't even answer half of my questions! Did you even love her? Did you ever love me?" I asked as Poseidon's face grew a bit stern.

"Of course I did! I love you both greatly! A god's love… is different from a mortal's love Percy. You would not understand." Poseidon said as I saw a conflict of emotions in his eyes as he reached up and rubbed the side of his head.

"A god's love is different how?"

"... go home Percy. The answers you seek are not ones you wish to hear. I have already allowed you to strike me, this much should be enough." Poseidon said as he turned around but my arm shot out and grabbed his as my aura began to leak as the air was tainted with its darkness. Poseidon gave me a look of surprise as I gritted my teeth as I squeezed his arm as tightly as I could.

"TELL ME! TELL ME THE REASON WHY WE WEREN'T ENOUGH! TELL ME WHY YOUR GODLY LOVE IS SO FUCKING SPECIAL! TELL ME WHY YOU DON'T FUCKING CARE ENOU-" Before I could finish the back of a hand was in my vision as I was too slow as it struck me across the cheek. I was thrown down hard as my body was instantly buried in the water where we were standing. My head rang like a bell as I flew downwards at an incredible speed, finally I had enough sense to come back to me as I stopped myself.

Blood spilled from my nose and lips as I blinked a few times as I looked around to find I was already a few hundred feet below the sea level. Just then Poseidon slowly appeared in front of me as he had his arms crossed but his sea green eyes shown with anger. His golden and sea green aura began to leak out as I faced him down with my own aura.

"So this is how you treat your least favorite child huh?" I asked with a smirk on my lips as I wiped my bloody nose as a wave of frustration, anger, and resentment crossed his face.

"You are not-."

"Quit lying to yourself, it makes it easier for both of us." I said in a mocking tone as I felt Poseidon's rage begin to build, I really had a knack for pissing people off didn't I?

"Percy enough!" Poseidon suddenly roared at me as the ocean quaked all around us as the king of the sea's rage surrounded us. He just closed his eyes and took a long breath and exhaled as he opened his eyes again. I didn't see any of the normal Poseidon, I only saw a king in his domain.

"Go home, before you do anything you regret." Poseidon said with a booming voice as I floated silently in front of him.

"The only thing I would regret doing is not getting the answers you clearly are capable of telling but don't want to. Is your pride truly so large that you cannot admit your faults when you know you fucked up? So much so you have to lie to yourself and others to make up for it?" I asked as Poseidon's eyes just remained on mine as the water began to shake even more, it seems I hit the nail right on the head.

"It seems… you need a lesson on how to properly respect gods." Poseidon suddenly said as he slowly reached out his hand as the water churned began to swirl around his hand. Soon a golden trident appeared in his hands and radiated a power so vast that it made me shiver. Yet I just gritted my teeth as Crimons Sky began to morph and soon a blood red pronged trident and a pitch black staff handle on it appeared in my grip.

"Now that I think about it, this would be the first lesson you ever gave me." I said as my armor appeared around my body as well as my sleek knight helmet showed my spiraling iris of pure anger. At my comment Poseidon's grip on the trident hardened as the water around us began to slowly spiral around us. Our auras began to slash as well as it seemed to create further tensions as I gripped Crimson Sky even harder.

"Let this be the last lesson I ever need to give you on this topic." Poseidon suddenly said as that seemed to be the last push as the water around us exploded outwards and we both charged at one another.

THIRD PERSON POV:

"We made it as soon as we could, how is Sally doing?" Zoë asked frantically as she walked into a waiting room that only Cammy was currently sitting in. Hestia, who had Ryder, and Zora in hand followed quickly after her. Cammy quickly stood up as she reached out and grabbed Zoë's shaking hands as she tried to calm her down.

"Lady Zoë Asclepius is doing everything he can… but he doesn't know if anything will stick." She said as Zoë bit her lip as she grew even more worried. Her honey brown eyes threatening to spill over with tears any second, she had grown very close with Sally over the years. Even more so than some of her huntress sisters. After hearing what had happened from Cammy over an IM She and the family rushed Asclepius' place as quickly as possible.

"Cammy can you lead me back to him, I want to see if there is anything I can do to help." Hestia suddenly asked as Cammy nodded as the hearth goddess. She then helped Zoë take a seat as Zoë seemed to be lost in thought, Zora and Ryder quickly taking up seats besides her as they had their own worried looks.

"Absolutely Lady Hestia." Cammy said with a small bow as Hestia nodded, not minding to correct her like she normally did. With that the two disappeared into the hallway leaving Zoë and the children alone as Zoë put her head in her hands and gave a huge sigh.

"Mommy don't be sad." Zora said as she patted Zoë's back as Ryder did the same with a nod, Zoë just gave them a soft smile as she hugged the two of them.

"I'm sorry, we must be worrying you two. Don't you worry, Grandma is gonna make it through this, I promise." Zoë said as both of them nodded in their group hug that lasted for a bit. Finally Cammy returned without Hestia as Zoë let the two go from the warm hug.

"Lady Zoë there is something I must tell you, it is about Lord Percy." Cammy said as Zoë looked up at her, she knew Percy left to gather information but she did not know from where. He left at such an important time and it made Zoë want to ring his neck, but she pushed down her anger for the moment as she nodded towards Cammy.

"The fishes say Daddy and Grandpa are angry at one another." Suddenly Zora said, making Cammy and Zora look at the worried girl as she sat staring at the fishtank not too far away. The fish inside all staring right back at her.

"W-What?" Zoë asked in confusion as Zora seemed mesmerized by the fish as she stood up and quickly trotted over to them as she put her hands on the glass.

"A big fight is about to happen between them." Zora said as her brows furrowed in worry. Zoë's and Cammy's eyes widened dramatically at the sentence.

"Zora what else do they say?" Zoë asked as she quickly walked over to her daughter who was currently in a trance-like state. Zora's shark tail suddenly began to twitch angrily as she balled up her tiny fists.

"Don't say that about Daddy! He is super strong! You don't know!" Zora suddenly yelled at the fish as they suddenly scattered in the fish tank and hid from the girl. Zora huffed in anger as her shark teeth clenched against one another as she clenched her fists tighter.

"Zora what is going on?" Zoë asked as she walked to her daughter in worry as Zora suddenly began to cry as her body shook.

"T-They said that Grandpa is gonna hurt Daddy! They said Daddy is in big trouble! T-That daddy is gonna-." Zora just shook her head in anger as her teardrops flung around as she suddenly dashed away from Zoë and the others. Zoë was stunned for a second but quickly ran after her daughter as she rushed out the door.

"ZORA STOP!" Zoë had a tremendously bad feeling rise up in her as she chased after Zora who had a good head start on her. The door was flung open by Zora as Zoë was inches away from grabbing her shirt. Just then the rain and water hit Zora as her tiny legs tensed and she jumped forwards as Zoë missed her by a quarter of an inch.

"ZORAAA!" Zoë screamed in anger and fright as she continued to give chase but with the rain it gave Zora the boost she needed to gain some distance from Zoë. Thankfully with Zoë being a huntress she was fast, instantly she focused and ran at a speed nearly double her original as she quickly caught up to Zora.

"NO! I MUST HELP DADDY!" Zora screamed as she shook her head as Zoë reached forward and tried to grab her but then something beyond her expectations happened. A stream of water wrapped itself around Zoë's leg suddenly causing her to fall face down and miss Zora yet again. Zoë was taken aback as she saw small streams of water begin to gather around her crying daughter as she continued to sprint forward.

In a split second there was enough to wrap around Zora completely as she dove to the ground and then zipped across it towards the nearest gutter. Zoë didn't even have time to scream her name before her daughter disappeared into the gutter with only a flip of her tiny tail. Zoë suddenly started to sob as the rain drenched her from head to toe as she lay prone on the ground. Cammy and Ryder soon shot out of the building to find Zoë wailing in anger and frustration as she slammed her fists against the ground.

LINEBREAK: 10 minutes later

THIRD PERSON POV:

Percy gasped in exhaustion as he stared down Poseidon, he felt like hell. Nothing in this world would have prepared him for this fight. Everything he did seemed to meet an immovable wall of steel that simply defected or returned his attacks. Every power he used was nothing in the eyes of Poseidon, his camouflage was useless, his lightning did nothing but seem to tickle him, his fires were snuffed out. Only his water powers barely seemed to work, even then Poseidon's own water powers dwarfed his. Everything was useless, even his skill in the trident was miniscule compared to the god before him.

Yet even then Percy continued to attack and do everything he could to injure or hurt Poseidon. He was so vividly angry at the god's uncaringness about him and Sally that it made his blood boil. He wanted to show the god he was wrong but as of yet he had failed, Poseidon was simply too strong. Even so he had no regrets as he gritted his bloody teeth and charged towards Poseidon like a rocket.

The instant he got close and met tridents with Poseidon he was blown back yet again as the golden trident swept towards him with unrelenting force. If he had wielded any normal weapon it would have long shattered from the force of Poseidon's strikes. Currently his armor was dented and scratched to hell, Percy was also riddled with bruises and welts underneath the armor. Even so Percy believed he would have not lasted this long without his armor, suddenly he coughed up blood as it stained the dark water around him.

"Do you really want to know the truth so badly you would go through so much?" Poseidon suddenly asked as Percy gritted his teeth and roared in anger as black lightning covered his trident as he shot towards Poseidon like a bullet. Poseidon's eyes narrowed a bit as the black lightning was not anything he had seen before. Their tridents clashed with a brilliant flash that lit up the dark waters around them. The lightning scorched the water and everything in it for hundreds of feet as Percy continued to roar as he pushed Poseidon backwards.

"Petty tricks!" Poseidon yelled as he suddenly twisted his trident, his body completely unhindered from the lighting as it locked Crimson Sky's prongs faster than Percy could blink. In a split second his whole body rotated with Crimson Sky, in that same second a foot was planted right in his stomach with such a tremendous force it caused him to vomit out the contents of his stomach as a shockwave ran through him from the impact as it shook the water around him.

Percy was launched back yet again for the hundredth time this entire fight as his body groaned in protest. He knew gods were strong but this… was far outside his expectations. Suddenly the water around him shook as it was bent around him in a massive form of a hand. Instantly Percy used his own powers over water to begin to push back against the fist with all his might. Yet Poseidon's power was far greater than his as the fist slowly closed in around him until he was locked in a firm grip of the water.

Percy struggled with all his might as his lightning began to course through his muscles as he pushed back yet the grip did not budge on him. Then Percy saw Poseidon flying towards him at incredible speed as he continued to struggle. Poseidon just flipped his trident backwards revealing a blunt end as he slammed it right towards Percy's chest.

*BOOOOM*

Instantly Percy felt like he had been hit by a freight train and some bones crack as he shot back at incredible speeds as multiple sonic booms echoed around him. His mind was in a daze and he didn't have time to prepare as he suddenly slammed into a rock wall causing a huge eruption of debris and dirt. An underwater avalanche of boulders fell down on him and crushed him as he felt multiple bones break as pain coursed through his body as blood began to drift out from under his armor and into the ocean. He tried to remove himself but he found himself lodged deep in the rock face.

'Boss, use one of us before you get any more hurt.' Alpha and Barbatos whispered in his mind as Percy just shook his head. This was not that type of fight, even if he was getting his ass kicked into the dirt.

"Now have you had enough?" Poseidon asked as Percy slowly lifted his head revealing his father as he coughed out a few mouthfuls of blood.

"T-Tell me you prideful fucker." Percy managed to get out as Poseidon's eyes narrowed as he even gritted his teeth a bit.

"..." Poseidon didn't say anything as his angry face suddenly began to diminish and he showed a face of disappointment and regret as he heaved a large sigh.

"Why must you be so stubborn?" Poseidon said as he suddenly began to twirl his trident then in a split second faster than Percy could think the trident slammed down. The rocks around Percy shattered apart as Percy felt something pierce his gut as he stifled a scream of pain. A burst of red blood filled the water around him as he looked down to find the three prongs of his fathers trident buried completely in his stomach.

The shock drove away the pain as his trembling hands slowly reached forwards and felt the cold metal of the weapon. In the next second Percy was ripped from the rocks as he lay impaled on the golden trident still, without even waiting Poseidon then shot upwards at a speed far exceeding Percy's maximum. Percy felt like his body was about to break in half from the force of the water against him when suddenly the two broke the surface. Poseidon then slammed Percy and the trident down on the rocky outcropping of a broken beach cracking the rock beneath them.

Percy coughed violently as pain flared all over his body, the boost of the oceans water slowly fading as he felt more and more pain. Yet he didn't scream as Poseidon stood towering over him as he gripped the trident keeping Percy from removing it.

*Sigh*

"This is your last chance Percy… give up. Even if gods are in the wrong it is not for the likes of demigods or mortals to tell us that we are." Poseidon said in a deathly calm tone as Percy slowly looked up at him as he felt his little remaining energy going towards his gut wound to try and heal it.

"I-I will give up when you tell me why." Percy said through bloody teeth as Poseidon's eyes quivered as he gritted his own teeth.

"Fine, you wish to know so badly that you would fight me to this state!? Very well I will tell you…" Poseidon said as Percy just stared at him as the god struggled for a second.

"A god's love for a mortal or demigod is like that of a human and… a pet." He said as Percy's eyes widened in shock as suddenly the sky rumbled in anger as Poseidon looked up at it.

"He deserves to know if he has come this far, Zeus. I will swallow my pride and tell him… a god cannot just love a mortal like a god does a god or a mortal another mortal. Our lives are far too different, a mortal will live 100 years at best, gods on the other hand are immortal. We outlive any mortal we come across and any children we have with them. Do you know what that is like Percy? To know you will outlive any person you love who is not a god?" Poseidon asked as Percy remained wide eyed as his brain seemed to short circuit. Poseidon simply continued ignoring Percy's silence.

"It is a terrible heart wrenching feeling that repeats itself over and over again, so we gods had to change the way we loved mortals. Some still love mortals the way they would love gods but all they get is a broken heart, I was tired of getting my heartbroken Percy. I truly was, it was too much so I had to change my ways." He said with a deep sigh as he rubbed his head as the sky rumbled multiple times as Percy remained frozen still.

"Of course I love you and your mother! I nearly fell in love with her like I would a god! I wanted to have a child with her Percy, more than anything I wanted a personification of our love. We kept trying and trying but nothing was happening… she couldn't carry a child! So, I got impatient and then I slipped up, I fell in love with another woman and she gave me what I wanted. I still stayed with Sally hoping for something but then we adopted you, after that Zeus grew wary of you two and I had to step away. Sadly with distance my love for your mother faded."

"As for your brother and his mother it is… different, all I ask is that you don't hate him Percy." Poseidon finished as Percy seemed to think.

"Hahaha." Percy suddenly began laughing as Poseidon stared down at him as his helmet dissolved and his armor turned back into a normal hoodie. His bloodied and bruised face was revealed as he held an almost maniac-like grin on his face. Suddenly he coughed up blood as he turned his head to the side but he kept laughing for a few seconds longer.

"You were right… that was a terrible fucking answer that I didn't want to hear." Percy croaked out as tears began to fall down his eyes as he began to cry.

"Pets? That's all we are to you? Is that why you don't care that Sally is dying? Even if you're the cause of it?" Percy asked as he glanced up at Poseidon as he didn't respond, instead he simply yanked the trident impaling Percy out of his gut cursing Percy to scream in pain as blood began to gush out of his stomach. Just then Poseidon snapped his fingers as a pitcher appeared in his hand as he suddenly began to pour its contents out as nectar fell over Percy's open gut wounds.

"AAHHH!" Percy screamed in pain as the inch wide holes in his stomach began to sizzle as the nectar did its job and tried to heal him. Poseidon then just tossed the pitcher away and began to walk away from Percy as he lay squirming on the ground.

"Be happy you still have my blessing, a normal demigod would be stripped of their powers if they did what you did." Poseidon said as Percy gritted his teeth as he felt anger well up in him like never before.

"W-We aren't done yet!" Percy screamed as he managed to slowly get to his knees and try to stand up as he clenched his bleeding stomach, his skin pale from the blood loss. Yet his eyes were like spiraling galaxies of anger, his aura then burst out of him like a raging storm as it seemed to choke out the air around him and Poseidon.

"What else do you want me to say Percy? You have gotten your answers, you have gotten your apology, why are you still challenging me?" Poseidon asked in a furious tone as faced down Percy.

"I want kick your ass for being such a terrible fucking father! ORDER WAS TEN TIMES THE ADOPTIVE FATHER YOU EVER WERE!" Percy screamed in pure anger as suddenly the world seemed to shift and the ocean around was suddenly blasted backwards a dozen yards. At the same time Percy felt something in him snap as his mind was flooded with immense amounts of information and pain.

Then the sky began to crack with blue thunder as Percy began to scream in pain as Poseidon watched in awe as a sudden power wave hit him causing him to freeze. He felt his blood run cold as the water around him seemed to revel in excitement as another strange energy signature blasted from Percy. Percy hugged himself as the pain coursing through him was so extreme it almost made him faint.

Just then the skin of Percy's back began to stretch and morph in horrendous proportions as if something was trying to burst out of it. He kneeled over in extreme pain as his hoodie suddenly transformed into a necklace leaving his chest bare to the world. At the same time the three large puncture wounds on his stomach began to seal up rapidly leaving only three new scars on his stomach.

"AAHHHHHH!!!"

Percy's scream sounded primal and infinite as he crushed the rocks in his grip, just then his skin finally gave way to the thing inside him as it split apart as two 17 foot long skeleton wings shot out of his back in a spray of blood. The pure ivory colored bones that dripped in blood suddenly spread to their full width as they showed the vividly stunned god their full form. From right where Percy shoulder blades met is where the new bones started. Each going out several feet and meeting an elbow joint and then another bone that led up to a wrist.

From that wrist were 5 finger-like bones that each had different joints leading to more bones. It looked nearly like the skeletal structure of bat wings as they somehow held themselves in the air without any muscles or ligaments holding them together. Just then the ocean trembled and water began to rush towards Percy's wings like mad, as if worried it would be left behind. Water slipped over his wings and began to solidify almost like ice as Percy slowly stood up. The second he fully stood up his wings finished being covered, now a light blue water that had intricately laced itself to look like the finests and softest feather you had ever seen.

Each wing was perfect in every aspect with their baby blue color as they stood proudly in the air as if telling others to bow to them. Percy's body had also somehow changed as well, his 6 foot even he had been stuck at for the last 2 years had finally adjusted. He now stood 6 foot 2 and his body had changed just as much. His muscles had grown as well but also given him more definition as his swimmers' build was exchanged for a seasoned warrior's build instead. His abs and pecs seemed to be carved out of marble themselves as his body would probably make any woman drool with ease.

He appeared like the pinnacle of masculine perfection as Percy raised his right hand and Crimson Sky was summoned. This time Crimson Sky took the form of not a trident but a 8 foot long red harpoon with a black chain attached to the back of it. The sky then cracked apart with dozens of lighting bolts as Zeus showed a fury and worry as the demigod before him put off an energy signature like that of a god.

Poseidon himself was in awe as he felt a sliver of danger, he gripped his trident harder as Percy slowly opened his eyes revealing two sea green whirlpools in his eyes. The very ocean before him trembled at his gaze as the water seemed to bow to him. Percy's eyes then slowly looked up at the sky as he seemed to be thinking to himself.

"Is this what you wanted me to understand, Pontus? That the sea's wrath is as vast as its size?" Percy spoke to himself in a whisper but Poseidon heard him as he suddenly had a feeling he knew nothing about Percy.

Title: Shattered Soul & Domain of the Sea

Just then Percy turned his gaze to Poseidon and in the next second shot right at him, the rocky coast he was on exploded into fragments as the ocean rushed towards the two in a massive engulfing wave.
