1 Outline

Rough Outline: (Nothing concrete).

Shi Meng has the lowest tier of personal skills, it will let him steal 0.10 luck every 5 minutes he touches them.

Luo Hai also has the lowest tier of personal skill, it let him only slow the time to 0.95 times the original.

With his luck steal skill, Shi Meng starts his journey with his friend to climb the tower. As his luck gets increased he finds himself in a lucky situation which he takes advantage of and screwing everyone around as he tries to climb the tower.

He starts from a town and decides to journey the tower and climb it. He meets his friend Luo Hai in the town. their parent pushes him to travel with Shi Meng on his journey to the top of the tower. Afterward, Shi Meng starts cultivating with the manual he got from Luo Hai as they travel to the closest stairway to the next floor. They need to pass through a town and a city before they can reach their destination. Along the way, they meet the enimes and friends who also travel with him.

On their journey Shi Meng gets to know that their is an opening to a screat relam that anyone under 18 can enter and inside they can find a flower called skill upper that let's them get a chance to increase their skill tier.

third is also a fruit that comes out of the skill upper flowers this fruit guarantee that every person get their skill upgrade to higher tier compulsory and also have a chance of upgrading twice.

Shi Meng and his team decides to the screat relam or zone where people are allowed once every 10 years. their Shi Meng keeps a plan reading stall and unexpectedly Zhang Mei come to his stall. she is all cover up to make sure that no one identify her. seeing her here Shi Meng is shocked but tried to give some bogus reading but she gets anger when he say that he is having toible with cultivation or has a competition that she has to defect. seeing this Shi Meng thinks hard and say that she no real friends that she can hangout which. seeing the he hit the nail. he takes advantage of this and says that she will meet a person who will be her friend in the place she was going to go. seeing this she asks who that he. Shi Meng say he also a low level cultivator with black hair handsome looks and he some stuff about himself. help him if he needs help, this should be the start if your friend ship when both of you come out

Shi Meng gets to know about his special skill and thinks of ways to make maximum us of it. Then he sets up plam reading stall so that he can steal luck other.

He casually picks a stone from the side of the road and it becomes spirit stones, He randomly picks a plant it in the jungle and it is a rare spiritual herb. His luck plays a huge part in his journey, that helps him with his cultivation and also his financial situation. He with his friend they start climbing the tower meet new friends and enemies all the way. Along the way, he gets a new skill that he learns. Sometimes even though he gets a good item he cannot use them as he needs to do solve some problem to use the items. There is a time when one person tries to kidnap him because of his luck and wants him to gather item that can only be found based on luck.

As his skill level up instead of luck steal it becomes destiny steal, he steals the destiny of all the other protagonist. and make a road for his journey.

Stealing the destiny of other and climbing to the top Shi Meng becomes the God to all the people of the Tower, He finally frees the old man he meets at the beginning giving him a life in the tower so that he can enjoy his life and appoint a group of people to take turns in his place.

Chapter 1 (Rough - what should happen in chapter one, not the original writing):

Shi Meng wakes up to find himself floating in an empty space. He waits there for a long time with nothing to do. He gets anxious initially and then gets bored almost turning into mad. He shouts, sings songs, dreams about food etc. After a long time, an old man appears in front of him greeting and introduces about himself saying that he is the one who brought Shi Meng here. Listing to it Shi Meng loses his control and starts shouting at the old man saying he was late and has no manners, he is not reponsible, says they should fire this old man from this job and hire a new one etc. The old man initially get shocked and then anger at all the shouting replays saying that he is really busy and that he works day after day, year after year doing the same thing explaining the dumb people who know nothing about the same stuff for the last fifty thousands of years, from being anger the old man get depressed and dull and starts sobbing saying that he does not even get paid, they are no holidays, and he didn't even have girlfriend even at this age. See that the old man started crying in the middle of shouting, Shi Meng tries to clam the old man. Encouraging him on his hard work, saying that it is only him in the whole universe who can do that and no one else can do it. Say that he can still find a girlfriend even in this age, and also says that they are girls who are into old people. Old man calms down and thanks to the Shi Meng for encouragement saying that he is okay and that it is impossible for him to get a girl as he cannot leave from this place. Seeing that the old man cannot leave this place and he is here for the time he can remember Shi Meng feels sad for him. Leaving his issues apart the old man continues saying that Shi Meng actually is dead and he is brought here so that he can be given a new life where he can start his own adventures. After saying that the old man waved his sleeve and a huge light descended to were Shi Meng was. The old man told that he will be sent to The Tower where cultivation and martial arts exists. Still depressed the old man quickly finishes some chanting and waves his hand. The light column becomes bright and vanishes in the next instant. Shi Meng is sent off to the tower before he could ask a question.

In the middle of the day, Shi Meng wakes up in middle of the forest, with no knowledge of where is. After he woke up he searches around to see I where he is. looking that he is at forest he and that no one is around Shi Meng Picks a direction and starts walking. After walking for a couple of hours Shi Meng finds a person seriously injured laying to on side of the huge rock. Looking at the person Shi Meng tries to call him and approaches him cautiously, Shi Meng is no fool and reach a lot of cultivation novel. so he was cautious not to get to close to the man and maintained a safe distance such that he can run away if need. See that they are some near him the man turns to see who it was. On finding out that he has no cultivation the man who is seriously injured and about to die finds some hope and calls for help, the man says he will repay him generously with spirit stones and stuff if he could help him get back to his town. But Shi Meng was not sure if he should believe him as he could be just lie-ing and he knows nothing about where he was what is happening. After debating for sometime Shi Meng decides to help him. Lifting the man app and supporting him by shoulders Shi Meng carries him and walk along the path the man mentions and slowly walks. While walking Shi Meng found out that the man's name is Luo Yang and he owns a restaurant called Hai Delicious Restaurant in the Mudpeak Town. He also told him that he has family and a kid of Shi Meng's age. Luo Yang said if he did not make it out alive he asked him to at least bring the necklace as a token of remembrance to this family and game Shi Meng a Necklace

After walking for quite some time they both finally leaves the forest and reach the outskirts of a town. Seeing that they are out of the forest both the man and Shi Meng relaxed a lot.

(The man has a restaurant and came to the forest to hunt a monster for his shop. he is the father of Luo Hai whom hero becomes friends with.)

Chapter 2(smaller brief text on what should happen in chapter 2):

Both Shi Meng and Luo Yang show reach to a general hospital and the doctor quickly starts treating Luo Yang. The doctor also sends someone to tell the news about Luo Yang to his family. After about 15 minutes a chubby not fat but chubby boy comes dashing into the hospital and rushes to Luo Yang. This should be Luo Hai, the Luo Yang son. after a couple of minutes, a woman rushed into the hospital with anxious and crying and rushed in. She must be the wife of Luo Yang. After meeting the doctor and finding out the Luo Yang is okay and it was thanks to me that Luo Yang got to the hospital, both the son and wife came out of the hospital and thanked me repeatedly. After thanking me sometimes the wife went inside as she was still anxious even though Luo Yang is alright but the son is still with me accompanying me and thanking repeatedly. He looks to be an easy going person and some who is very easy to approach and become friends with. He asked me where I was staying and where I can come from. I told him that I was just passing by and did not decide where to stay. I did not tell Luo Hai about how I was teleported from a different world as it might freak him out. Seeing that I do not have a place to stay, He offered me to stay at his home as they have an empty room where he can rest, I rejected him just casually just for courtesy and hoping that he will ask me again so that I can act as being forced and accept his offer. I mean I literally came to this world he knows nothing, but Luo Hai need ask me again and started talking about how good his father cooks and stuff. I was flabbergasted as of how he did not ask me again to stay at his home. Did I screw my self up while I in these thoughts and thinking what to do? The wife came out of the hospital and told us the Luo Yang need to stay in the hospital for the night and he cannot come home. She thanked me again and asked she asked me what I am planning to do and where I am staying. I told her the same thing I told Luo Hai but emphasized it little more. I was just passing by and I am new to this town and I know nothing about it. To make sure that she will definitely ask me to stay at their home I also added saying that when helping her husband the seems to lost his purse with money in it and he doesn't know where to stay or what to do. Seemingly understanding my intention the wife offered me to stay at their home as long as I wished for, she also said that I should stay with them at least until her husband is back from the hospital. I took her offer and three of us Me, Luo Yang wife and the son walked to their home.

Chapter 3(smaller brief text on what should happen in chapter 2):

eat food- praise the taste-sleep for the night- next day meet again at breakfast- wife goes to work -ask Luo hai to show around-Luo Hai mostly takes to food stall or fruits stalls-he eats too much.- he uses the power to make a cube out of thin air and keeps a couple of skewers he bought inside them-choked I ask him what that is and how he did it-Luo Hai say that it his special skill and it can store items-goes around the town-ask different question and get the information-ask about more details-get to know about how everyone has skill and can use once they cultivate-before Luo answering more question he rushed to a new food stall on the side of the road-follows him-Luo Hai says that uncle Hu Jun chicken fry is the best in the town-also say that uncle Hu Jun seems to be not from here and he was outside the world that is why his chicken fry tasted is one of a kind and good -feel shocked knowing that he is not the only one who came from other world-ask more question-gets to know that they are a lot of people from outside the world-some basic information about the place he lives.-Luo Hai also said that uncle Hu Jun found himself outside the town at the outskirts of the forest when he first came to the tower- most of the town people treated him good so the decision that he will settle here in the town - knowing that Shi Meng felt dumb for thinking that he is smart-if that is the case then he would have told the same thing and The wife would be glad to help him with the accommodation instead of sounding like an idiot-gets frustrated-Luo Hai does his own thing-after reaching home Shi Meng find the wife and apologies to her saying that he just came to this world and does not know anything - that is the reason he acted like that yesterday - Shi Meng hopes that saying this will help him with a lot of things in the future- and the town has a lot of good people in it.- the wife was shocked initially but smile warmly at me saying that it is okay and she was not offended in any way- to be frank she should feel happy that I saved her husband even though he is new to this world.- then she went up and brought a brought with her- she gave the book and told me to read - it has some basic information about the tower-and people who come from outside-she told she brought it for her son but he did not read leaving it to collect dust.

Chapter 4:

Luo Yang comes home from the hospital in the afternoon -spent an entire day eating talking about different stuff about the tower and rumors-Luo Yang also got to know about me being from outside. We spent eat and evening after dinner we went to our respective room to sleep - felt hard to sleep because of all the things I had heard and read.-shocked about knowing about the system everyone has-gets angry knowing that the old man should be responsible for explaining these things before sending him here- curses saying that if he gets a chance he will definitely screw him just like the old man screw him- says it is right for him not having any girlfriend etc- fucking curses things why does community forms and technology doing in this kind of fantasy settings- fucking scolds author again for his fucked up story setting-Next day wakes up and had dinner- They start the restaurant as usual-Luo Hai and Me go out again to see the town - in the market Luo Hai meets Chen Shun who bullies them- Luo Hai pulls Shi Meng to avoid conflicts trying to leave-Seeing that Chen Shun is the typical bad guy Shi MEng feels happy first but then scolds the author for not giving him any cheat code and they is no way to beat him- knowing that he is gonna get buiiled any way- Shi Meng teaches Chen Shun how to be a good negative character. he gives guidelines like, ask the name, where he came for if he has any affiliation. only after than act arrogantly around others. after that Chen Shun asked follows the guidelines ask the questions to get fucking angry because of Shi Meng answers. Then Duan Ru from Duan clan comes and helps Shi Meng, they have a conflict. Chen Shun warns Duan Ru to wait until his brother Chen Tian comes out of cultivation to talk.-after thanking Duan Ru and leaving the market- later Shi Meng gets to know about Chen Shun and his family business and their relationship with Shao clan of Saltfair city Also about Duan Ru and the Duan Clan. -About the competition between the two clans and their affiliations-. They go home and Shi Meng cultivates with the manual given by the Luo Yang.

Chapter 5(Rough Idea):

After ending the day with cultivation next day wakes up - decides even though do not have a cheat he should act like protagonist climb the tower and become god so that he can screw the author and the old man- so works about the basic things he need-concludes that money is important- go to Luo Yang and says to him that he wants to climb the tower but he needs money for the journey - He asks a place for job to earn money - Luo Yang says he saved his life - he can work in the restaurant - Luo Yang starts working in the restaurant - he also learns basic cooking - about common ingredients in the tower - about the process and how they use spirit Energy into cooking and stuff. - Shi Meng plans that he will start journey once he reaches Qi Gathering Stage 2 - So Shi Meng spends his time working in restaurant - saving money- cultivating- Experimenting with his skill- gathering info about climbing tower - some influential powers etc.
