21 One Loot

Humanoid Man Iguana was defeated without much trouble. [Passion] lost a bit of its durability, but after Ynoir smeared blood on it, [Passion]'s durability was back to normal. Ynoir sensed Dye's questioning gaze and immediately knew what she was thinking.

"[Passion] can repair itself through the blood of enemies," Ynoir said.

Of course Dye knew of it...but in her mind, she thought that they had to refine it with the essence blood. That was what she designed after all.

Who knew [Passion] would actually be so OP in Hyouka!

"Oh...," Dye nodded. She had to give Ynoir a little credit...just a little bit. Honestly it was quite embarassing, being the game designer yet she didn't know everything.

'My presence will also affect the storyline...,' Dye thought, 'but what's the use of thinking like that! I'll just fight whatever is in my way!'

Dye went to the corpse to retrieve the system loot. She thought that she might get those weapons she assigned to Humanoid Man Iguana, however, to her surprise, she received an egg.

Yes, an egg.

It was red in colour, and the system described it as 'Flame Iguana' egg. Other than this egg, she received nothing. Though, Dye felt as if the system was very generous.

She created something called [Pet] in this game. It was hard to get an egg, and a Silver tier one as her first one... Dye felt like dancing until she was exhausted, but she didn't know how to dance at all, which was in a way...hillarious.

"What did you get?" After being with Dye for quite some time, they found out tha Dye could 'get something special' from the corpse of the monsters. Honestly, to them, it seemed like magic. High tier armours appearing out of thin air...who would believe that?

"An egg...," Dye replied, showing the egg's information with the two of them, "honestly, I think it's a pet...if it is, it will be very beneficial to us."

Ynoir's eyes widened, "Is this something like...taming a beast?"

"Yes," Dye nodded, "except, taming a beast from when it was still premature, like this, will be much easier than taming a baby, infant, or even adults."

'But..., I feel like something is....not right here...,' Dye thought, putting a finger under her chin.

"...ye....Dye!"

Dye snapped out of her thought as she looked at the worried Lin Mao. She gave Lin Mao a soft smile before paying attention to the egg again.

"We should observe this egg first," Dye nodded as she said that, agreeing with herself, "I'll let it out when we have...rebuilt our guild..." (The guild was destroyed by Thorny Iguana)

The three of them walked back to where they were before, as if they were peerless beings...

They will be, in a few years.

Dye flipped through a book. The Elementalist Guild was rebuilt, and now it looked like a bar. Dye had bought the furniture from the system, which was actually sold at production price. Although Dye was wealthy right now, she was still a woman. Women tend to not spend a lot of money...especially when she had to take care of two adult men...

The book contained basic information of Hyouka, as she realised that she didn't know as much as she thought she knew.

In the book, there were only descriptions of Beginner's Village and a little about the area surrounding it. Dye found out that the area surrounding Beginner's Village was exactly the same as the ones she designed, but some of the structures were different.

She also found out there was a hidden area called Falling Leaves Ridge. That place seemed to be a place of a secret organization...

The book also contained the information of level 1 until level 10, which she didn't really need as she was already level 11. But one thing she needed was Hyouka's terms for levelling.

According to the book, level 1 until level 10 indicated mortality. Anyone who was still in between these levels were still mortals. Above level 10, or could be said level 11, indicated a starting path to immortality. Of course, there were no such things as immortality. There were only people who live longer due to their strength.

'According to the book, below 100 means mortality, level 11 and bove can live above 100 years old...,' Dye thought, 'It seemed...'

'This world is much more different than I think it is.'
