Last season on buffy ( lol)...

As the master fell on a broken piece of wood he cried out " site se plašat od titanot Ryn!" and burst into ashes leaving only his skeleton and a deep feeling of dread in the surrounding occupants. The cool night was soon replaced by a hot breeze that blew throughout the small town of Sunnydale, California.

All the fleeing vampires around the school went quiet and burst into flames not even able to cry out in there sudden and immediate deaths. The site brought a chill down the recently revived vampire slayer Buffy Summers. In the end, the only vampire still alive was a frightened-looking Angel.

Angel looked around and whispered," Son of a bitch, he really knew the name!"

Looking confused, Buffy heard the whisper and asked:" Who knew the what?"

Seeing that he wasn't going to die for now Angel decided it was best not to push his luck and lead with " I tell you tomorrow when everyone is rested and together, this is something that needs to be carefully discussed or we could all end up dead."

Nodding her head, Buffy realized this would probably be for the best as she was already tired and the adrenaline from her recent kill has worn off. " Tomorrow then."

The next night, after a day of rest and recuperation, the Scooby gang gathered in the library at school. Giles being the great watcher he is had spent the day researching the master's last words.

" Before the old ones came to power, there were whispers of a being so powerful that it brought all deities fear just with the mention of its name. Known to be the first being to come into being the Titan was feared by all. His very name calls his attention to the speaker. The last old one to leave this world was said to have spoken his name and fled hoping to call him down upon humanity in one final act of revenge. The old one was never heard from again...."

Giles took off his glasses and started to rub them furiously " oh dear " was all he said after reciting the only passage he could find.

" So is it like some big bad that's coming to town", asked Buffy with a worried look.

" Maybe he won't notice like if it wasn't spoken loud enough for him to hear.." Willow trailed off.

" Not after last night, you should have seen it Giles all those vampires went quiet and boom they pulled a Roman candle act," said Buffy.

"Oh dear" Giles responded looking more and more worried.

Angel finally pulled himself into the conversation by saying:" There were stories that the master was looking for his name. It's the reason Darla pulled our group into following him. He's said to be older than the old ones and stronger than a god though how much I have no idea. The last demon who found his name was found and killed by a cult of worshipers that claimed it was sacrilegious to even know it."

The more Angel spoke the faster Giles cleaned his glasses. Looking hopeful, Xander said," Maybe he's a good guy, I mean he did kill all those vampires, though he missed one, so he could be a little bad...."

The whole group looked thoughtful on this, though Angel still looked a little annoyed.

" We can only hope that it was a fluke at this point. Buffy you'll have to keep a regular patrol just in case and even if it is a fluke there are bound to be more vampires and demons out there that need to be taken care of. I'll call my contacts and ask around within the council, to find out if they know anything about this titan." Giles said sagely.

And like that the summer passed with Buffy leaving a month in to visit her dad in Los Angeles.
